Abstract
Chapter 18 of the book "A Final Reckoning: A Tale of Bush Life in Australia," by G. A. Henty is presented. It explores on the continuing journey of Reuben Whitney towards his course to capture the bush ranger whom in one way or another caused such mischief in Goora District, Australia. It highlights the speed and effort of Whitney in capturing the bush rangers and provide appropriate punishment for the crimes committed by the bus rangers.
