The article reports on efforts by adoptive parents of Chinese girls to find siblings of the children in the U.S. The article includes the case of Annie Bernstein and Rennee Surrey who were adopted by parents in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Boynton Beach, Florida respectively. The two families connected through a website for adoptive parents and became friends over the years. After noticing many similarities between the children, they had DNA tests done to confirm their suspicion that the girls were fraternal twins. INSET: HOW GOOD ARE DNA TESTS?.
