Abstract

The article discusses the use of three small incisions in cataract surgery which is referred to as Tri-MICS. The procedure is performed under the constant flow of fluid from an anterior chamber maintainer and without using a viscoelastic. The modification of the phaco parameters is discussed. The implantation of microincision lenses can be done through a 1.8-millimeter incision. The safety of the procedure is defended by Doctor Ehud Assia.
