The article reports that 156 children are suffering from severe acute malnutrition (SAM) in Sudan in July 2013, which is the lowest number of SAM cases registered since 2012. It is mentioned that with 873 cases recorded, the number of cases of moderate acute malnutrition signified the lowest in six weeks.
