The article discusses the progress report for homeless Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, & Transgender (LGBT) youth in New York City. Looking back that many of these homeless youths were killed and became victims of prostitution in the streets, the City Council had released more than 2 million dollars for housing opportunities for them. Through this, many more organizations begun responding on the needs of the youth wherein some had created a unit to offer legal assistance and successfully make a safer foster care system.
