A one-two strike of tornadoes and flooding tonight. At least 13 dead across four states. A massive tornado, take a look, touching down in Canton, Texas. A 35 mile-long path of destruction killing four and sending dozens to the hospital. Prom night there abruptly cancelled. The venue, as you can see, taking a direct hit, as some early promgoers sought shelter inside. This is the devastating scene from the sky today. Homes obliterated. Officials describing the scene as heartbreaking. To the north and east, that same system delivering deadly flooding. Several victims swept away. High water rescues under way.
