GINGER ZEE (ABC NEWS) (Off-camera) That is correct, and who wants to go to Puerto Rico because they had their hottest Halloween on record. Meanwhile, Chicago, fifth coldest on record. And so, the snow was flying. It was blustery. I even saw some of the suburbs had to cancel their Halloween celebrations around Chicago because the wind was so bad, and it was, too, in Muskegon, Michigan, more than 10,000 people, or customers, were without power because trees were coming down with that heavy snow, on the order of eight-plus inches.
