The article offers information on a solution found by Charles Brownstein for loud, throbbing noise that takes over the car cabin when a rear-seat passenger crack open a window. It reports that his solution is a miniature spoiler that fits between the front of the driver's window and the side mirror and sticks out about three-quarters of an inch, but interrupt the airflow into the cabin and eliminate the throbbing.
