Abstract
The article explores the shifting attitudes of young voters in the United States, noting that while Donald Trump was not popular among voters aged 18-29 in the 2016 and 2020 elections, a recent poll shows him leading Joe Biden by a small margin among voters aged 18-34. The article highlights the dissatisfaction of young voters with the economy and the political and economic system of the country. Despite this, most young voters still identify as Democrats, although a significant portion identify as Independent. The article argues that the current and previous generations have mismanaged the country, leading to disillusionment among the youth, and calls for principled and courageous leadership to address these concerns.
