Abstract

The article presents information on a judgment delivered by the federal court in Biloxi, Mississippi related to a damage suit. The federal court jury has discarded a $13.8 million damage suit by the families of persons killed by police during disturbances at Jackson State College in Ohio on May 15, 1970. The Jackson State College student called the incident it a demonstration and police called the incident a riot.
