Aiming at the emergency decision-making problem of major emergencies, this article proposes a large group emergency decision-making (LGEDM) approach with public opinions mining on hesitation fuzzy language term set (HFLTS). First, extract keywords that represent general preferences on events from the Weibo platform, classify keywords using the word similarity-based keyword clustering algorithm and identify decision attributes and their weights. Next, define the similarity measure and hesitation fuzzy entropy measure of HFLTS, quantify the decision risk of experts using the risk measurement model, and cluster all experts into several subgroups using the risk metric-based group clustering algorithm. Subsequently, assign clusters' weights on their risk value and size and obtain each cluster's preference matrix by the HIOWA operator. Finally, derive the ranking results of alternatives using the sorting process, and an example of “COVID-19” is presented to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method.

The Five-Year Plan (FYP) in China guides the social and economic development. The features of ecology-related vocabularies in national and regional FYPs help to study China's emphasis and focus on ecological civilization. In this paper, a multi-phrase dictionary with syntactic and semantic features is constructed to analyze the features and trends of ecology-related vocabularies through social network and phrase topic model. Then, based on studies on the 13th and 14th FYPs of China and 31 provinces and cities, it is found that remarkable different stage definitions and tasks of ecological civilization construction are proposed according to different description vocabularies, with more pragmatic measures to fulfill its “carbon” target in 2030 as a duty-bound responsibility and mission to cope with climate change. The research ideas and methods in this paper can provide references for similar policy text analysis, and the conclusions from empirical studies are helpful to grasp the focus and trends of ecological civilization-related policies in China and various provinces and cities.

G-quadruplex (G4) is a noncanonical nucleic acid secondary structure that has implications for various physiological and pathological processes and is thus essential to exploring new approaches to G4 detection in live cells. However, the deficiency of molecular imaging tools makes it challenging to visualize the G4 in ex vivo tissue samples. In this study, we established a G4 probe design strategy and presented a red fluorescent benzothiazole derivative, ThT-NA, to detect and image G4 structures in living cells and tissue samples. By enhancing the electron-donating group of thioflavin T (ThT) and optimizing molecular structure, ThT-NAshows excellent photophysical properties, including red emission (610 nm), a large Stokes shift (>100 nm), high sensitivity selectivity toward G4s (1600-fold fluorescence turn-on ratio) and robust two-photon fluorescence emission. Therefore, these features enable ThT-NAto reveal the endogenous RNA G4 distribution in living cells and differentiate the cell cycle by monitoring the changes of RNA G4 folding. Significantly, to the best of our knowledge, ThT-NAis the first benzothiazole-derived G4 probe that has been developed for imaging G4s in ex vivo cancer tissue samples by two-photon microscopy techniques.

To explore the value of the combined MR imaging features and clinical factors Nomogram model in predicting intractable postpartum hemorrhage (IPH) due to placenta accreta (PA). We conducted a retrospective study with 270 cases of PA patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2022. The clinical data of these patients were analyzed, and they were divided into 2 groups: the IPH group and the non-IPH group based on the presence of IPH. The differences in data between the 2 groups were compared, and the risk factors for IPH were analyzed. A Nomogram model was constructed using independent high-risk factors, and the predictive value of this model for IPH was analyzed. The results of multivariable binary Logistic regression analysis showed higher number of cesareans, placenta previa, placenta accreta type (implantation, penetration), low signal strip on T2 weighted image (T2WI) were independent high-risk factor for IPH (P < .05). ROC analysis and Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness-of-fit test showed the Nomogram predictive model constructed with the high-risk factor has good discrimination and calibration. Decision curve analysis (DCA) showed that when the probability threshold for the Nomogram model’s prediction was in the range from 0.125 to 0.99, IPH patients could obtain more net benefits, making it suitable for clinical application. The higher number of cesareans, placenta previa, placental accreta type (implantation, penetration), and low signal strip on T2WI are independent high-risk factor for IPH. The Nomogram predictive model constructed with the high-risk factor demonstrates good clinical efficacy in predicting the occurrence of IPH due to PA.

The rapid development of China’s economy and urbanization has given rise to noticeable environmental problems, among which the change of air quality has received extensive attention. The panel data of PM2.5(particles with an aerodynamic diameter of 2.5 µm or less) in 343 prefecture-level cities in China from 1998 to 2016 were statistically analyzed to reveal the characteristics of the temporal evolution and spatial variation of China’s air quality in the past two decades. The results show that: 1) the overall deterioration trend of air quality is obvious throughout the country. The variation trend of PM2.5was divided into three phases: rapid-growth phase (1998–2007), lag phase (2006–2011) and mildly-incremental phase (2012–2016), with their average growth rates of 7.19%, -3.59% and 0.52%, respectively. 2) The spatial difference of PM2.5values in China increased significantly with time. Since 2003, the high-value area in the east has expanded rapidly, and polarization became much more pronounced. The change rate of PM2.5is high in the east and west and low in the middle. The change rates of most areas in the west exceed more than 80%, and in the east lie somewhere between 40% and 60%. In the midlands, the change rate is not large and some regions even show a negative growth. 3) The change rate of PM2.5is also high in areas with higher values. However, in regions where the change rate of PM2.5is high, the value of PM2.5is not always high. The high change rate is mainly attributable to the low base value of PM2.5and the cities concerned belong to sensitive areas. 4) According to the PM2.5warning index, the number of strong, medium, weak and non-warning areas in China is 45, 85, 159 and 54, respectively.

Lipid transferase-catalyzed protein lipidation plays critical roles in many physiological processes and it has been an increasingly attractive therapeutic target from cancer to neurodegeneration, while sensitive detection of lipid transferase activity in biological samples remains challenging. Here, we presented an AuNP-based colorimetric method with dual-product synergistically enhanced sensitivity for convenient detection of lipid transferase activity. Homo sapiensN-myristoyltransferase 1 (HsNMT1), a key lipid transferase, was selected as the model. Accordingly, positively charged substrate peptides (Pep) of HsNMT1 can induce the aggregation of AuNPs through disrupting their electrostatic repulsion, while the HsNMT1-catalyzed lipid modification generates aggregated lipidated peptides (C14-Pep) and negatively charged HS-CoA, which will eliminate the disruption and stabilize the AuNPs by the formation of Au–S bonds, respectively. Consequently, charge reversal of the biomolecules and the formation of Au–S bonds synergistically contribute to the stability of AuNPs in the presence of HsNMT1. Therefore, the HsNMT1 activity can be visually detected by the naked eye through the color change of the AuNPs originated from the change in their distance-dependent surface plasmon resonance absorptions. Here, the A520/A610ratio can sensitively reflect the activity of HsNMT1 in the linear range of 2–75 nM with a low detection limit of 0.56 nM. Moreover, the method was successfully applied for probing the HsNMT1 activities in different cell lysates and inhibitor screening. Furthermore, given the replaceability of the substrate peptide, the proposed assay is promising for universal application to other lipid transferases and exhibits great potential in lipid transferase-targeted drug development.

In recent years, due to increasing energy requirements and special attention to the issue of carbon, hydrogen fuel has become an efficient alternative to energy carriers. The aim of this article is to present and investigate of a novel solar-driven hydrogen generation process. The introduced hybrid energy system (HES) is comprised of a solid oxide electrolyzer (SOE), solar photovoltaic (SPV) modules, and solar dish collectors (SDCs). Further, since one of the most attractive utilizations of hydrogen fuel is as a fuel cell's fuel, the present HES suggests that hydrogen fuel be injected into molten carbonate fuel cell (MCFC) to convert it into useful electrical and thermal energies. Finally, the electrical energy obtained from HES is stored via a relatively new hybrid storage system (i.e., pumped hydro and compressed air (PHCA) storage system) for peak and night hours. Therefore, the considered HES in the present study can generate electrical and thermal power, hydrogen fuel and oxygen gas, and store electricity. Although some publications on solar-driven hydrogen generation process are available, there is no study on proposed HES of the present article that considers both energy production and storage. In other words, the components embedded in the proposed HES are developed in such a way that the relationships between them are novel. According to the numerical simulation, it was found that the electrical energy production rate and electrical efficiency of HES are almost 183.1 kWh/day and 33.6 %, respectively. HES can also produce approximately 3.9 kg of hydrogen fuel per day. Moreover, the storage system size for storing the electricity yielded from the considered HES should be nearly 29.9 m3(at n = 1.2). Also, the storage efficiency of the energy cycle is 59.1 %. The considered process is investigated under different effective parameters in order to identify their effectiveness.
