Understanding the impact of local government debt expansion on microeconomic entities is crucial in evaluating local government debt policies. This study explored the crowding-out effect of local government debt on firms' commercial credit financing. We found that local government debt plays a crucial role in enhancing corporate commercial credit financing by exacerbating the financing constraints faced by firms. Second, the impact of local government debt on commercial credit financing is more pronounced for firms with lower leverage and a more stable capital chain. Third, state-owned enterprises (SOEs) are more susceptible to the impact of local government debt on commercial credit financing compared to private enterprises. And the crowding-out effect of local government debt on firms' commercial credit financing is more pronounced in the regions where the credit market regulation is relatively weaker. Our findings provide valuable insights that can contribute to the reform of the local government debt management system.

Abstract: A meshless local natural neighbor interpolation method (MLNNIM) is utilized to build shape functions for solving elastoplastic problems in this paper. This method searches natural neighbor nodes of the given point and defines local Delaunay triangles. Total Lagrangian (TL) and Updated Lagrangian (UL) formulae have been derived and analyzed. Consideration of the constitutive law and numerical efficiency indicates that the UL formulation is more expedient and attractive in practical problems of solid mechanics. Combined with the linearized UL formulation, the MLNNIM was used to solve problems of two-dimension elastoplastic large deformation. Finally, two representative numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of the MLNNIM combined with the UL formulation for two-dimension incompressible large deformation problems. A series of niobium doped KTP (Nb: KTP) crystals has been grown. XRD and DTA experiments show that the Nb: KTP crystal structures do not differ from that of KTP (within experimental error) and that the melting points of the crystals increase with increasing Nb content. Synchrotron radiation topography revealed that the main defects of the crystals were growth sector boundaries, growth striations, inclusions and dislocations. Second harmonic generation experiments were performed using a 12.2% Nb:KTP and the d15and d24values of csystal were determined to be (3.7 ± 0.4) and (8.3 ± 0.8) × 10−9esu, respectively. The relationship between phase‐matching angle and Nb content for a 1.064 μm laser was determined and in the case of a 4.0% Nb:KTP crystal, non‐critical phase matching was realized.
