Objective: Tessier 3 cleft with clinical anophthalmia is one of the rarest craniofacial clefts, and hence little has been published about its management and treatment. This article presents two cases of Tessier 3 cleft with clinical anophthalmia. A review of the literature helps to diagnose these complex facial deformities. The treatment and etiopathogenesis are discussed.

Against the false alarms and false negatives caused by the error of alarm threshold selection because different working conditions when the early warning device is close to the same charged body, this paper proposes self-organizing competitive neural networ modle for Identification working conditions of worker, which climbing towers, climbing slopes and horizontal walking. Then randomly select 900 sets of data for training, 300 sets of data for verification. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the training sample reaches 94.67%, and the accuracy of the test sample reaches 92.73%, which meets the requirements for working condition identification in the outdoor environment.

We report on the experimental observation of photon energy sharing among two electrons and two ions ejected from a doubly ionized molecule exposed to an intense ultraviolet femtosecond laser pulse. Although two electrons are successively released one after the other, bridged by the nuclear motion via their interactions, photon energy sharing among four particles is observed as multiple energy conservation lines in their joint energy spectrum. For sequential double ionization of H2, the electron-nuclear joint energy spectrum allows us to identify three pathways towards the charge-resonance enhanced ionization of the stretching H2+ in strong laser fields. By counting the photon number absorbed by the molecule, we trace the accessibility, enhancement, and suppression of various pathways. The correlated electron-nuclear motion provides profound insights of the complicated strong-field dynamics of molecules. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

We experimentally investigate dissociative double ionization of CO by a phase-controlled orthogonal two-color (OTC) laser pulse. Directional breaking of doubly ionized CO as a function of both kinetic energy and emission direction of the nuclear fragments is observed in the polarization plane steered by the laser phase. It is attributed to the dominating sequential double ionization at the maximum strength and nonsequential double ionization at a relatively weak strength of the spatiotemporally shaped oscillating laser field pointing to various directions. Our results are interesting not only for two-dimensional control of directional bond breaking, but also strengthen our understanding of strong-field sequential and nonsequential double ionization of molecules which are spatiotemporally streaked to various directions and kinetic energies by an OTC laser pulse. The directional control of molecular dissociation with a laser electric field waveform is a paradigm and was demonstrated for a variety of molecules. In most cases, the directional control occurs via a dissociative ionization pathway. The role of laser-induced coupling of electronic states in the dissociating ion versus selective ionization of oriented neutral molecules, however, could not be distinguished for even small heteronuclear molecules such as CO. Here, we introduce a technique, using elliptically polarized pump and linearly polarized two-color probe pulses, that unambiguously distinguishes the roles of laser-induced state coupling and selective ionization. The measured photoelectron momentum distributions governed by the light polarizations allow us to coincidentally identify the ionization and dissociation from the pump and probe pulses. Directional dissociation of CO+ as a function of the relative phase of the linearly polarized two-color pulse is observed for both parallel and orthogonally oriented molecules. We find that the laser-induced coupling of various electronic states of CO+ plays an important role for the observed directional bond breaking, which is verified by quantum calculations.
