AbstractThis study aims to investigate the characteristics of night soil/horse manure with leaf co-composting using aerobic static composting method. Two influencing factors, including composting materials and aeration pattern, were investigated by determining the change in the principal physicochemical properties, i.e. temperature, volatile solid, carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen, carbon-to-nitrogen ratio, heavy metals, ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, and germination index (GI). The mixture of horse manure and leaf can achieve high composting temperature, long retention time of high temperature (55 °C), fast organic matter degradation, and high GI under the same aeration pattern. Under the same composting materials, the intermittent aeration pattern during composting was superior to the continuous aeration pattern because the former promoted the composting process.

The high-temperature mechanical properties of SPHC steel produced by compact strip production (CSP) process were tested on Gleeble thermal simulator under different temperature conditions. The results show that: at the strain rate of 1×10-3s-1,the SPHC steel has three brittleness temperature zones within the range from 650°C to 1200°C;the percentage reduction of area of the tested steel are all above 60% within the range from 950°C to 1150°C,thus the steel has good high temperature plasticity; the percentage reduction of area decreases rapidly when the testing temperature is under 900°C and the minimum percentage reduction of area is only about 41.78% at 800°C.

For current urban problems of uneven development of basic education in Western Liaoning Province, take Jinzhou for instance, researching the city settlements basic education facilities status and analysis related factors from a planning perspective, to propose recommendations on the supporting of residential education facilities.

The evaluation for comprehensive performance of electric power listed companies generally exist some subjectivity and one-sidedness unavoidably. On the basis of the characteristics of complexity and the uncertainty of optimal evaluation on comprehensive performance of electric power listed companies, grey relational analysis model in evaluation on comprehensive performance of electric power listed companies has been put forward in this paper. Application model and procedures of the grey relational analysis method are introduced. According to the degree how close it is with the ideal dot, the optimal evaluation result is easy to be obtained. This method is convenient, quantitative, and strict. It provided a new method and a possible new way for evaluation of comprehensive performance of electric power listed companies.

A series of experiments were carried out aiming at resource utilization of fresh green waste and sewage sludge. The green waste, rice straw and sewage sludge were chosen as raw materials and packing materials in composting experiments to study the variation characteristics of composting in different aeration patterns. It was found that the effect of intermittent aeration pattern during composting was better than continuous aeration pattern according to the results of detection of composting temperature, oxygen, carbon dioxide.

Based on the estimation of the critical hydrogen pressure and concentrations required for hydrogen-induced delayed cracking in high-strength steel, the conclusion that welded joints are hydrogen pressure microcracks body can be drawn under certain conditions. Through the analysis of the relationship between the microstructure evolution of welded joints, diffusion enrichment of hydrogen and cracking behavior, the formation mechanism of hydrogen-induced delayed cracking in weld center of high-strength steel joints is analyzed and the mechanism that stress induced the residual diffusion hydrogen gathered to promote the hydrogen pressure microcracks propagation is proposed. The research shows that the initation and propogation of hydrogen-induced delayed cracking in weld center can be divided into two stages, i.e. irreversible hydrogen damage stage and reversible hydrogen damage stage. In irreversible stage hydrogen pressure is the main causes of the initation of microcracks, while in reversible stage welding residual stress and residual diffusible hydrogen are necessary conditions for microcracks growth. The microcracks growth can be controlled by regulating welding residual stress.

In this paper, cold bending properties of Q620-CF steel butt joints were analyzed based on the finite element method. Finite element analysis (FEA) results indicate that the flush under-matched butt joints have lower bending properties than the flush equal-matched butt joints, but under-matched butt joints with definite reinforcement shape can get greater bending force and better cold bending angles than the flush equal-matched butt joints. It shows that shape design of the reinforcement can improve the bending load-carrying capacity of under-matched joints. The reliability of the FEA has been verified by the experiment.

Research project evaluation is an important part of research management, and there is no unified approach to evaluate research projects．On the basis of the characteristics of complexity and the uncertainty of optimal selection for research projects, grey relational analysis model in research projects selection application has been put forward in this paper. The index system of influencing research projects selection is determined. Application model and procedures of the grey relational analysis method are introduced. According to the degree how close it is with the ideal dot, the optimal project is easy to be selected out. Through the optimization analysis projects selection for research projects, it is proved that the optimal project selection for research projects based on grey relational analysis has the strong recognition judgment ability. It is convenient, quantitative, and strict. It provided a possible new way for evaluation of research projects selecting．
