An interview with Philosophy professors Jack Mulder Jr. and Bertha Alvarez Manninen. Among the issues they discussed include how they become and remain close friends despite their contradicting opinions on abortion, how they were able to cultivate a classroom environment that gives differing views equal consideration, care, and criticism, and how to educate students to become democratic citizens.
