This article aims to identify counterfeiting state-of-the-art and expand the Operations and Supply chain Management (OSCM) field from the identified gaps and bottlenecks to understand the real-life phenomenon and critically evaluate the existing body of knowledge. This is a systematic literature review from 63 relevant articles identified from Scopus and Web of Science. This is a reflection exercise to identify gaps and bottlenecks to subsidy research opportunities. Clearly, the strategies for combating counterfeiting could be more reactive or proactive, for example, reactive in the purchasing/co-opting offenders and proactive by blockchain adoption and marketing communication with tips to identify fake products. Therefore, the results also identified some central aspects related to the evolution of counterfeiting studies in the OSCM field and relevant gaps. We provide theoretical evidence that an interesting and broad field exists to expand from the identified gaps and bottlenecks. We also present up-to-date, state-of-the-art literature on all the aspects and facets of counterfeiting.

Micro and small enterprises (MSEs) have contributed significantly to economic development in many countries, but they have many challenges. The aim of this study is to identify and evaluate the most important capabilities for the operations strategies used by MSEs in Brazil, to determine whether the degree of importance given to each capability influences the performance of the same, and to ascertain whether companies have strategic alignment. In methodological terms, this is an exploratory and explanatory quantitative study. Questionnaires were distributed to a sample of 1,250 MSEs, and we used multinomial logistic regression for the data analysis. These MSEs consider reliability the most important operational capability. A positive relationship was observed between the importance given to a capability by the firm and the probability of achieving superior performance in this capability relative to its competitors. Moreover, most of the researched firms presented strategic alignment.

The N-15(n,p) C-15 cross section between 14.6 and 15.0 MeV was measured, using activation analysis of a CINH4 sample with 10% enrichment in N-15. The efficiency of the detection system for the C-15 gammas (5.299 KeV) was determined using rays from S-37 and N-16. The flux incident on the sample was controlled with the N-14 (n,2n)N-13 and C1-37(n,p)S-37 reactions, with corrections for C1-35(n,2n) C1-34g interference. The C-15 induced activity was observed with multichannel scaling, allowing a determination of the half life too. The results are s`= 26.5±12mb; t± = 2.42±0.16s.
