The surface watershed and groundwater basin have fixed recharge scale, which are not only the basic unit for hydrologic cycle research but also control the water resources formation and evolution and its corresponding eco-geological environment pattern. To accurately identify the boundary of the surface watershed and groundwater basin is the basis for properly understanding hydrologic cycle and conducting the water balance analysis at watershed scale in complicated geologic structure area, especially when the boundary are inconsistent. In this study, the Dalinuoer Lake located in the middle of the Inner Mongolian Plateau which has complicated geologic structure was selected as the representative case. Based on the multidisciplinary comprehensive analysis of topography, tectonics, hydrogeology, groundwater dynamics and stable isotopes, the results suggest the following: (1) The surface watershed ridge and groundwater basin divide of Dalinuoer Lake are inconsistent. The surface watershed was divided into two separate groundwater systems almost having no groundwater exchange by the SW-NE Haoluku Anticlinorium Fault which has obvious water-blocking effect. The surface drainage area of Dalinuoer Lake is 6139 km2. The northern regional A is the Dalinuoer Lake groundwater system with an area of 4838 km2, and the southern regional B is the Xilamulun Riverhead groundwater system with an area of 1301 km2. (2) The groundwater in the southern of regional A and the spring-feeding river are the important recharge sources for the Dalinuoer Lake, and it has greater recharge effects than the northern Gonggeer River system. (3) It is speculated that the trend of Haoluku Anticlinorium Fault is the boundary of the westerlies and the East Asian summer Monsoon (EASM) climate systems, which further pinpoints the predecessor’s understanding of this boundary line. At present, the Dalinuoer Lake watershed is proved to have gone through a prominent warming-drying trend periods, which leads to the precipitation reduction, temperature rise, human activities water usage increasement. So the hydrological cycle and lake eco-environment at watershed scale will still bound to be change, which may pose the potential deterioration risk on the suitability of fish habitat. The results can provide basic support for better understanding water balance evolution and lake area shrinkage cause as well as the ecological protection and restoration implementation of Dalinuoer Lake watershed.

Through methods, such as microscope analysis, mechanical analysis, chemical analysis, metallography examination etc, the causes resulting in water wall tube bursting of 300MW station boiler have been analyzed. The raw material defects is the primarily inducement of bursting failure. In welding tube, the measures of reducing residual stress, such as lower welding heat input, reducing thickness of welding layer and so on, were taken. The welding repair succeeded greatly.

Through methods, such as microscope analysis, chemical analysis, metallography examination and scanning electron microscope etc, the causes resulting in high temperature reheater tube cracking of station boiler have been analyzed. The result indicates the crack is reheat crack, and structure stress, higher hardness and excessive welding residual stress are the primary inducement of tube joint crack.

Through methods, such as microscope analysis, mechanical analysis, chemical analysis, metallography examination and scanning electron microscope etc, the causes resulting in lots of tube socket cracks of supercritical boiler water wall header (15CrMo) have been analyzed. The result indicates failure of the supercritical boiler water wall header tube sockets are the ductile fracture and belong to thermal stress crack. The unreasonable structure, excessive thermal stress between header and sockets are the primarily inducement of crack failure.

A kind of white massive microstructure in weld joint of P91 steel was first discussed by OM, SEM and EDS analysis. Results indicated that it is a kind of substance with low melting temperature other than the conventional delta ferrite. It contains high content of Cr due to improper choice of weld electrode and weld heat treatment. The existance of the abnormal microstructure will result in cracking under large stress for poor toughness. Solutions are suggested to prevent the formation of the white massive microstructure.

Improper heat treatment may result in unsatisfactory microstructure and mechanical properties for P91 steel. In this work, the effect of abnormal heat treatment on microstructure and properties of P91 steel were studied. Results showed that with the normalization temperature increased from 860◦C to 1000◦C, the microstructures of P91 steel are ferrite, mixture of ferrite and martensite, and tempered martensite correspondingly. Cooling rate after austenization has important influence on microstructure and properties. The tempered microstructure has a gradual transition from coarse inhomogeneous ferrite to finer martensite when the cooling rate increased from 1 to 3◦C/min. The reduced temperature normalization has no significant effect on hardness even as low as 860◦C under aircooling condition, whereas the hareness is inadequate when the cooling rate is too slow. Incomplete austenization and transformation in dual phase zone may account for the phenomenon.

Sulfonylurea receptor 1 (SURI) and multidrug resistance protein 1 (MRP1) are two prominent members of multidrug resistance proteins associated with insulin secretion. The aims of this study were to investigate their expression in insulinomas and their sole and synergistic effects in modulating abnormal insulin secretion.

The cause of welding cracks in thermal sprayed water wall tubes was analyzed, the choice of nondestructive testing method was discussed, and a welding procedure for the water wall tube with thermal sprayed coatings was established successfully.
