An optical type touch‐input flat panel is designed. The driving system is based on the passive pixel sensor (PPS) array with amorphous silicon (a‐Si) TFT technology. The embedded sensing structure of the optical sensor is using the a‐Si TFT phototransistor and four‐mask process architecture technology. This paper presents a primary optical pixel sensor circuit that utilizes hydrogenated amorphous silicon photo‐transistor sensor. The a‐Si TFT phototransistor sensor is high reliability by using Multi‐N+ layer in the a‐Si TFT structure.

In order to improve the low positioning accuracy and execution efficiency of the robot binocular vision, a binocular vision positioning method based on coarse-fine stereo matching is proposed to achieve object positioning. The random fern is used in the coarse matching to identify objects in the left and right images, and the pixel coordinates of the object center points in the two images are calculated to complete the center matching. In the fine matching, the right center point is viewed as an estimated value to set the search range of the right image, in which the region matching is implemented to find the best matched point of the left center point. Then, the similar triangle principle of the binocular vision model is used to calculate the 3D coordinates of the center point, achieving fast and accurate object positioning. Finally, the proposed method is applied to the object scene images and the robotic arm grasping platform. The experimental results show that the average absolute positioning error and average relative positioning error of the proposed method are 8.22 mm and 1.96% respectively when the object's depth distance is within 600 mm, the time consumption is less than 1.029 s. The method can meet the needs of the robot grasping system, and has better accuracy and robustness.

We have developed a new AMLCD with multiple ambient light sensors (ALSs) for reducing backlight (BL) power consumption, and false sensing of ambient illuminance. ALSs perform well in showing BL control for power‐saving, even though one of the sensors is covered by a finger shadow. Architecture of integrated ALS with a‐Si technologies are presented. We fabricate the in‐cell and wide‐dynamic‐sensing ALSs display using a‐Si photo‐transistor sensor technology. Photo‐electrical characteristics with well linearity and reliability under long‐term operation were observed.

Platinum-based material is the most efficient and durable electrocatalyst for motivating the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) in an acidic electrolyte; however, its low abundance and high cost limit its further application in proton-exchange membrane water electrolysis (PEMWE) technology. Therefore, minimizing the Pt amount while retaining high activity would be desirable. Herein, we use defect-rich W18O49nanowires to anchor well-dispersed, ultrafine Pt species (Pt−W18O49) viaa freeze-drying method to avoid aggregation, further mediating an efficient and durable HER in acidic water. Density functional theory analyses also demonstrate that the strong electronic interaction between the Pt species and W18O49support greatly improves the HER performance. With a 1/10 Pt loading amount of the commercial 20 wt% Pt/C, the Pt−W18O49catalyst requires the over-potentials of 116 and 743 mV to achieve high current densities of 100 and 1000 mA cm−2in 0.5 mol L−1H2SO4, outperforming those of the 20 wt% Pt/C benchmark. More importantly, the Pt−W18O49catalyst can sustain a high-current-density HER at 500 mA cm−2for more than 38 h without obvious degradation. This work paves a new avenue for synergistically reducing the Pt amount and retaining high activity for real-world PEMWE.

Tracking registration is a key issue in augmented reality applications, particularly where there are no artificial identifier placed manually. In this paper, an efficient markerless tracking registration algorithm which combines the detector and the tracker is presented for the augmented reality system. We capture the target images in real scenes as template images, use the random ferns classi- fier for target detection and solve the problem of reinitialization after tracking registration failures due to changes in ambient lighting or occlusion of targets. Once the target has been successfully detected, the pyramid Lucas-Kanade (LK) optical flow tracker is used to track the detected target in real time to solve the problem of slow speed. The least median of squares (LMedS) method is used to adaptively calculate the homography matrix, and then the three-dimensional pose is estimated and the virtual object is rendered and registered. Experimental results demonstrate that the algorithm is more accurate, faster and more robust.

Intend to develop a suitable method of the grinding process of 9SiCr alloy steel in high efficiency deep grinding, to obtain high removal rate and good surface quality.

The oil-in-water emulsifier is a key component of the emulsion explosive, experimental apparatus to simulate the environment of deepwater charge reusable research T155; the Span-80 are two commonly used emulsifier content of the emulsion explosive anti-Sham pressure performance the impact. Experimental results show that: T155, Span-80 emulsified explosive sample at the initial stage as the emulsifier content improved explosive performance and anti sham pressure performance has significantly improved, when the content is increased to a certain value against Sham pressure performance improvement is no longer a significant contribution small explosive performance; T155 content of 2% and 3% in Span-80, the emulsion explosives at this time there are a better anti-deepwater pressure performance and explosive performance.

Thin silicon nitride films were prepared on PET by r.f. reactive sputtering. Deposition Rate, reactive mechanisms, the thickness attribution, chemical stoichiometry and impurity were studied by means of RBS, XPS, and ellipsometer. Results show that chemical stoichiometric films with N-to-Si atomic ratio of 4:3 were achieved even at room temperature. Depth profiles of XPS and SIMS reveal that oxide exists only at the interface between nitride and substrate and Ar atoms are buried in the films.

The adsorbability of the wool with three different treatment ways were studied in this paper. The effects of different factors including pH from 2.0 to 4.5, time from 4h to 24h, temperature from 20℃ to 40℃, concentration of Cr（III）from 0.343 g/L to 2.185g/L were investigated by single factor and static experiment. The adsorption of Cr（III）includes chemical and physical processes, the wool of WAW mainly depends on physical adsorption, the wool of SKW and the wool of SWW are mainly suported by chemical adsorption. The results showed that each step of treatment to wool can increases its adsorption capacity obviously and the maximum absorption capacity of swelling wool, degreased wool, washed wool reached 13.4 mg/g, 9.76 mg/g, 4.22 mg/g respectively under pH4.5, 30℃, the concentration of Cr（III） 2.185g/L conditions absorb 12h. The wool will be a promissing biomass adsorbtion meatrials.

A sensitive quantitative-competitive reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction method was developed to measure μ-opioid receptor (MOR) mRNA expression in SHSY-5Y neuroblastoma cells. Differentiation of SHSY-5Y cells with either retinoic acid (RA) or 12-o-tetradecanoyl-phorbol-13-acetate (TPA) significantly increased MOR mRNA levels. Morphine treatment (10 μM) for 24 h decreased MOR mRNA levels in control, as well as RA- and TPA-differentiated cells. In contrast, chronic exposure to the opioid peptides endomorphin-1 or endomorphin-2 significantly increased MOR mRNA levels in undifferentiated and RA-differentiated cells. An opioid antagonist, naloxone, reversed the morphine and endomorphin-1 and -2 effects on MOR mRNA levels in undifferentiated SHSY-5Y cells, but naloxone had differential reversing effects on the agonists’ regulation of MOR mRNA in RA- or TPA-differentiated cells. To investigate whether the changes in MOR mRNA expression paralleled changes in MOR receptor function, intracellular cAMP accumulation in SHSY-5Y cells was measured. After chronic treatment with morphine, forskolin-induced cAMP levels in SHSY-5Y cells were significantly higher than those of untreated control cells. In contrast, forskolin-induced cAMP accumulation levels were lower in cells treated with endomorphin-1 or -2 than in untreated control cells. Together, our studies indicate that the opioid alkaloid morphine and the opioid peptides endomorphin-1 and -2 differentially regulate MOR mRNA expression and MOR function in SHSY-5Y cells.

In order to determine the human foamy virus (HFV) infection in vitro conveniently, we developed a baby hamster kidney cell (BHK)-21-derived indicator cell line (BHK-HFVLTR-EGFP) containing a plasmid that encodes the enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) driven by the HFV long terminal repeat promoter. The viral trans-activator Bel-1 protein can induce EGFP expression, so the HFV titer could be determined by counting the corresponding EGFP-positive cells. This foamy-virus-activated EGFP expression (FAE) assay was about 50 times more sensitive than the traditional focus plaque assay by end-point dilution. Additionally, the results of the FAE assay can be obtained rapidly within 2 days, whereas the determination of focus developing needs 2 weeks. Moreover, a linear relationship was found between the fluorescence intensity and the titer of inoculated HFV. In brief, the FAE assay is a rapid, easy, sensitive and quantitative method for monitoring and investigating HFV infection. Using the indicator cell line BHK-HFVLTR-EGFP, we examined the effects of repeated freeze-and-thaw cycles and temperature on HFV stability by the FAE assay. Such information about HFV infection and stability would be valuable for HFV applications.

The direct cross-couplings of diaryl sulfoxides with aryl bromides via C–S bond cleavage could be readily accomplished using nickel(II) as the catalyst, 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane (dppe) as the ligand, and magnesium turnings as the reducing metal in THF, leading to the corresponding biaryls in moderate to good yields. The reaction exhibited a broad substrate scope and could be applied to a gram-scale synthesis. The “one-pot” reaction, which avoids the utility of presynthesized and moisture-labile organometallic compounds, is operationally simple and step-economic.

Due to the strong correlation among adjacent pixels, image encryption schemes typically perform multiple rounds of confusion and diffusion to protect images against various attacks. This is time-consuming and cannot meet the real-time requirements for video encryption. Existing works, therefore, realize video encryption by simplifying encryption process or selectively encrypting specific pixels, resulting in lower security compared to image encryption. This paper proposes a real-time chaotic video encryption strategy based on parallel computing. It splits video frame into sub-frames, creates a dedicated set of threads to concurrently perform confusion and diffusion operations on their respective sub-frames, and efficiently outputs encrypted frames. To assess its performance, two cryptosystems are implemented using different chaotic systems. Encryption speed evaluation demonstrates a significant acceleration in byte generation, confusion, and diffusion phases, enabling real-time encryption and decryption on different X86 platforms. The average encryption time is less than 42 ms, despite performing five rounds of confusion and diffusion operations on each frame. Statistical and security analysis prove that the deployed cryptosystems exhibit exceptional statistical properties and provide resistance to different attacks. Moreover, our method is adopted to implement a multi-user, real-time mobile video secure communication system using embedded systems, validating the feasibility of the proposed strategy for various application scenarios.
