The study aimed to investigate the diagnostic role of multislice spiral CT (MSCT) combined with clinical manifestations and laboratory tests in acute appendicitis subtypes. Patients diagnosed with acute appendicitis were included for retrospective analysis and their clinical manifestations and MSCT signs were analyzed. The clinical manifestations of different subtypes of acute appendicitis, including simple appendicitis, suppurative appendicitis and gangrenous appendicitis, were compared. The clinical manifestations were anorexia in 51.1% of patients, nausea and vomiting in 62.0%, shifting right lower abdominal pain in 51.1%, elevated body temperature in 31.2%, right lower quadrant abdominal tenderness in 91.4%, rebound tenderness in 91.4%, increased white cell count in 89.1%, high neutrophil count in 88.2%, increased appendiceal diameter enlargement in 100%, surrounding exudate in 95.0%, fecal stones in 51.6%, appendiceal wall thickening in 94.6%, lymph node in 82.8% and intestinal stasis in 18.6%. There were statistically significant differences in body temperature and neutrophil percentage among the subtypes of appendicitis and they were lowest in simple appendicitis and highest in gangrenous appendicitis. There were statistically significant differences in appendix diameter and the surrounding exudate among the subtypes of appendicitis and they were lowest in simple appendicitis and highest in gangrenous appendicitis. Clinical manifestations and MSCT signs, especially body temperature, percentage of neutrophils and the surrounding exudate, might have significant diagnostic value in acute appendicitis.

Mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) inhibitor as an attractive drug target with promising antitumor effects has been widely investigated. High quality clinical trial has been conducted in liver transplant (LT) recipients in Western countries. However, the pertinent studies in Eastern world are paucity. Therefore, we designed a clinical trial to test whether sirolimus can improve recurrence-free survival (RFS) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients beyond the Milan criteria after LT. This is an open-labeled, single-arm, prospective, multicenter, and real-world study aiming to evaluate the clinical outcomes of early switch to sirolimus-based regimens in HCC patients after LT. Patients with a histologically proven HCC and beyond the Milan criteria will be enrolled. The initial immunosuppressant regimens are center-specific for the first 4-6 weeks. The following regimens integrated sirolimus into the regimens as a combination therapy with reduced calcineurin inhibitors based on the condition of patients and centers. The study is planned for 4 years in total with a 2-year enrollment period and a 2-year follow-up. We predict that sirolimus conversion regimen will provide survival benefits for patients particular in the key indicator RFS as well as better quality of life. If the trial is conducted successfully, we will have a continued monitoring over a longer follow-up time to estimate indicator of overall survival. We hope that the outcome will provide better evidence for clinical decision-making and revising treatment guidelines based on Chinese population data.

ABSTRACTLiver fibrosis occurs following inflammation triggered by the integrated actions of activated liver-resident macrophages (Kupffer cells) and hepatic stellate cells (HSCs), and the multiplicity of these mechanisms complicates drug therapy. Here, we demonstrate that the selective bromodomain and extra-terminal (BET) bromodomain inhibitor compound38 can block both the Janus kinase-signal transducer and activator of transcription and mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling pathways in macrophages, which decreased their secretion of proinflammatory cytokines in a dose-dependent manner. The inactivation of macrophages attenuated lipopolysaccharide-induced injurious inflammation concurrent with a reduction in F4/80+ cells, proinflammatory cytokine levels, and neutrophil infiltration. Moreover, compound 38 inhibited the Wnt/β-catenin and transforming growth factor-beta/SMAD signaling pathways to abolish the activation of HSCs. In vivo, compound 38 significantly decreased the collagen deposition and fibrotic area of a CCl4-induced liver fibrosis model, and restored the deficiency of activated HSCs and the upregulation of liver inflammation. These results highlight the potential role of compound 38 in treating liver fibrosis considering its simultaneous inhibitory effects on liver inflammation and related fibrosis.

The genesis of the Dabaoshan stratabound base metal deposit has remained in dispute since its discovery. Scheelite is commonly present in both the Cu-S orebody and adjacent porphyry-style Mo-W mineralization and can provide insights into the hydrothermal history. In the stratabound Cu-S orebodies, there are three stages of mineralization: early-stage, Cu-(W), and late-stage. Two types of scheelite (here referred to as SchA and SchB) are identified in the Cu-(W) mineralization stage. SchA is anhedral and disseminated in massive sulfide ores. It coexists with chalcopyrite and replaces the preexisting arsenic-bearing pyrite. SchA exhibits chaotic cathodoluminescent (CL) textures and contains abundant mineral inclusions, including pyrite, chalcopyrite, arsenopyrite, uraninite, and minor REE-bearing minerals. Chemically, SchA displays middle REE (MREE)-enriched patterns with negative Eu anomalies. SchB occurs in veins crosscutting the stratabound orebodies and shows patchy textures in CL images. Based on CL texture, SchB is subdivided into SchB1 and SchB2. SchB1 is CL-dark and occasionally shows oscillatory zoning, whereas SchB2 is CL-bright and relatively homogeneous. Chemically, SchB1 has a high-U content (mean = 552 ppm) and REE patterns varying from MREE-enriched to MREE-depleted. In contrast, SchB2 is depleted in U (mean = 2.5 ppm) and has MREE-enriched patterns. Compared with SchB, SchA is significantly enriched in Ba.

Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is a common chronic liver disease that is increasingly prevalent worldwide. Liver inflammation is an important contributor to disease progression from nonalcoholic fatty liver (NAFL) to NASH, but there is a lack of efficient therapies. In the current study we evaluated the therapeutic potential of givinostat, a histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor, in the treatment of NASH in vivo and in vitro. Liver inflammation was induced in mice by feeding a methionine- and choline-deficient diet (MCD) or a fructose, palmitate, cholesterol diet (FPC). The mice were treated with givoinostat (10 mg·kg−1·d−1, ip) for 8 or 10 weeks. At the end of the experiment, the livers were harvested for analysis. We showed that givoinostat administration significantly alleviated inflammation and attenuated hepatic fibrosis in MCD-induced NASH mice. RNA-seq analysis of liver tissues form MCD-fed mice revealed that givinostat potently blocked expression of inflammation-related genes and regulated a broad set of lipid metabolism-related genes. In human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2 and human derived fetal hepatocyte cell line L02, givinostat significantly decreased palmitic acid-induced intracellular lipid accumulation. The benefit of givinostat was further confirmed in FPC-induced NASH mice. Givinostat administration significantly attenuated hepatic steatosis, inflammation as well as liver injury in this mouse model. In conclusion, givinostat is efficacious in reversing diet-induced NASH, and may serve as a therapeutic agent for the treatment of human NASH.

Although some porphyry-skarn deposits occur in post-collisional extensional settings, the post-collisional deposits remain poorly understood. Here the authors describe the igneous geology, and mineralization history of Tuolangla, a newly-discovered porphyry-skarn Cu-W-Mo deposit in southern Tibet that belongs to the post-collisional class. The deposit is associated with Lower Cretaceous Bima Formation. It was intruded by granodiorite porphyry intrusions at about 23.1 Ma. Field investigation indicated that mineralization is spatially and temporally associated with granodiorite porphyry. Molybdenite yielded a Re-Os weighted mean age of 23.5 ± 0.3 Ma and is considered to represent the age of skarn mineralization at the deposit. The δ34S values of sulfides, concentrated in a range between 0.6‰ to 3.4‰, show that the sulfur has a homogeneous source with characteristics of magmatic sulfur. The Pb isotopic compositions of sulfides indicate that ore-forming metal materials were derived from the mantle and ancient crust. The granodiorite porphyry displays high SiO2(68.78%–69.75%) and K2O (3.40%–3.56%) contents, and relatively lower Cr (2.4×10-6–4.09×10-6), Ni (2.79×10-6–3.58×10-6) contents, and positive εHf(t) values (7.7–12.9) indicating that the mineralization porphyry was derived from the partial melting of juvenile lower crust. The Tuolangla deposit is located in the central part of Zedang terrane. This terrane was once considered an ancient terrane. This terrane is in tectonic contact with Cretaceous ophiolitic rocks to its south and Mesozoic continental margin arc volcanics and intrusions of the Gangdese batholith of the Lhasa terrane to its north. Thus, the authors proposed that the Oligocene porphyry skarn Cu-W-Mo mineralization is probably associated with the Zedang terrane. This finding may clarify why the Oligocene (about 23 Ma) deposits are found only in the Zedang area and why mineralization types of the Oligocene mineralization are considerably different from those of the Miocene (17–14 Ma) mineralization.

The nature of the vlf atmospheric noise can have a dramatic effect on the performance of the vlf receivers. To understanding how the receivers will perform in different locations and time, the key is proper predicting the critical parameters of the vlf atmospheric noise. Based on the purpose, according to the historical data and the corresponding frequency and parameter variation chart, established the data fitting algorithm to predict the critical parameters of the vlf atmospheric noise. By simulating and comparing with the measured data, testified the effectiveness of the vlf atmospheric noise prediction method. To grasp the change rule of critical vlf noise parameters with time and geographical position is helpful to improve the vlf communication effectiveness.

The amounts of municipal solid waste (MSW) are increasing dramatically in metropolis, such as Shanghai in China, due to rapid economic development and urbanization, and it has brought a significant challenge to ecological situation of the city. It is concerned to establish an innovated management system for MSW reducing, recycling, and reusing (3Rs). Thus, information technologies are introduced with the objectives to establish an integrated, and cost-effective solid waste management system. In this system, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology is applied to collection, transportation, and disposal of MSW. Meanwhile, source separation is also combined as a best practice for management of trash and recyclable materials. The paper infers that the establishment of information management system of MSW will offer opportunities to MSW management by reducing secondary pollution and improving efficiency of collection and transportation.

Swirl chamber diesel engine’s insert piece of channel performance has a great influence on the swirl chamber indoor airflow movement condition. So based on the 175F series bell flat bottom type swirl chamber’s single connection channel improvement, the influence law of swirl chamber indoor air movement during the injection time by the double connection channel angle at the engine rated speed 2600r/min was studied. Simplified boundary conditions to establish its mathematical solution model for the swirl chamber, then the fluid simulation software was used to research the original scheme and double channel with angle of 50 ° and 30 °, 40 °, 60 ° schemes’ swirl chamber indoor air movement. Results show that the angle of 40 ° dual channel form, the loss of the throttle was reduced, and the swirl chamber air velocity increases obviously, the swirl chamber air velocity in injection time up to 125 m/s,which not only increased indoor vortexes energy but also contribute to oil and gas preferably blended, and near the nozzle the temperature lower 20 °C than the original machine, effectively reducing the nozzle heat load.

In order to improve the acoustic attenuation performance of agricultural diesel engine exhaust muffler, take the 175 series air-cooled diesel engine as the example. Based on the original exhaust muffler structure and kept the same size of mesh partition aperture and mesh radial distribution, the four groups of different pore density schemes (14 pores/cm2,19 pores /cm2,10 pores /cm2,15 pores /cm2) are designed. The laboratory measurements are used to research the influence of different pore density exhaust muffler effect on the acoustic attenuation performance of the diesel engine. The tests indicated that the No.4 scheme did not increase the power loss, meanwhile, improved the performance of exhaust muffler noise reduction effectively, and the amount of noise elimination increased about 2~4dB(A), which provide theoretical basis for further research of performance optimization of the exhaust muffler.

We compare the energy efficiency of different cooperative communication schemes in wireless sensor networks. By taking into account the energy consumption of the RF circuitry, we show that the incremental decode and forward (IDF) protocol may be considerably more energy efficient than others because a feedback channel is available. We also find that using cooperative transmission too much is not necessarily to improve system performance.

A general theoretical model is developed to investigate the sound radiation from an infinite orthogonally stiffened plate under point excitation force. The plate can be metallic or composite, and fluid loading is also considered in the research. The first order shear deformation theory is used to account for the transverse shear deformation. The motion of the equally spaced stiffeners is examined by considering their bending vibrations and torsional movements. Based on the periodic structure theory and the concepts of the equivalent dynamic flexibility of the plate, the generalized vibro-acoustic equation of the model is obtained by applying the Fourier transform method. The generalized model that can be solved numerically is validated by comparing model predictions with the existing results. Numerical calculations are performed to investigate the effects of the location of the excitation, the spacing of the stiffeners, the plate thickness, the strengthening form and the fiber orientation on the sound radiation characteristic of the orthogonally stiffened plate, and some practical conclusions are drawn from these parameter studies.

Viscous dissipation is the key factor impacting flowing characteristics of polymer melt. In order to study the difference between micro scale and macro scale, experimental studies of viscous dissipation at various shear rate were investigated with several polymers, including PMMA and HDPE, at different temperature when melts flow through 1000μm,500μm,350μm diameter channels of identical aspects ratio in the paper. The results indicate that the temperature rises caused by viscous dissipation increase with increasing shear rate and the temperature rise for some shear rate decreases with increasing melts temperature. The temperature rises decrease significantly with the reduction of the characteristic size of micro channel at the same shear rate. However, the average temperature rises per unit length increase when the character size of channel decreases. This indicates the shear friction gradually increases with the decrease of channel characteristic size. Therefore polymer melt viscous dissipation effects of micro scale dimensions are different from that of macro-scale dimensions.

VLF communication is one of the most effective means to command underwater platform. The spectrum resource of vlf communication is limited, so it is very important for enhance the reliability of vlf communication to strengthen the vlf communication spectrum management. It makes use of the well prediction of the vlf frequency band, to establish the signal field predicting model and atmospheric noise statistics predicting model respectively, predicts the field of signal and noise level, and then calculated the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). According to the SNR distribution we can determine the relationship of the optimal communication frequency, time and location of receiver. So the efficiency of spectrum management for vlf communication can be enhanced.

Transport sector is one of the main sources of anthropogenic greenhouse gases (GHG) emissions. Comprehensive countermeasures are needed in cities to mitigate transport GHG emissions. After reviewing green traffic measures that implemented by Shanghai since bidding for Expo 2010, this paper analyzes the achievement that Shanghai has made in carbon mitigation. The results showed that travel demand management and the constrcution public transportation infrastructure promoted by the event played a vital role in promoting mode shift to form public transport oriented traffic system. Carbon emission intensity of Shanghais urban transport declined steadily from 1.66 kg/trip to 1.55 kg/trip. The CO2 reduction attributable to mode shifts amounted to 4.99 million tons. It demonstrated that Shanghai Expo has promoted the city in carbon emission reduction through public transport improvement, new energy vehicles innovation, car growth restriction measures and green commuting initiate.

Liquid crystals, contained in Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), would cause undesirable impacts on the environment and human health if not treated properly. Converting the waste liquid crystal into harmless product has aroused worldwide attention. In the present work, hydrothermal technology was applied to treat the liquid crystal of 4-octoxy-4'-cyanobiphenyl, which is one of the most common used liquid crystals in LCDs. The experiment was carried out in a 5.7 mL stainless tube reactor and heated by an oven. The effect of reaction temperature and reaction time on degradation rate was evaluated and the analysis was conducted with High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The degradation products in liquid phase were analyzed with Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometer (GC/MS). Results indicate that the degradation rate improved along with the increase of reaction temperature and reaction time. At 300 C and with the reaction time of 90 min, 99.8% of 4-octoxy-4'-cyanobiphenyl could be degraded into simple and environmental innocuous products and its environmental risks were finally eliminated.

Food residue is receiving increasing attention because of its large quantity of production, wide generation and potential environmental hazards. The characteristics of food residue vary greatly with catering habits. In order to study the composition characteristics of food residue, and to determine the reasonable treatment technologies, ten types of catering habits in Shanghai were sampled, and experimental research was conducted by means of analyzing the variation of moisture content, volatile solid, C/N ratio, salt content and metal elements. The results showed that moisture content varied greatly in accordance with catering habits, while VS/TS ratio was comparatively stable, ranging from 90.60% to 96.17%. The C/N ratio and salt content fluctuated with the change of catering habits, and the highest value was from Sichuan cuisine restaurants and local cuisine restaurants, respectively. Among the four metal elements, Mg had the highest content, followed by Al, and both Fe and Zn accounted for little content in food residue.

The increasing amount of kitchen waste (KW) has raised great concerns for the environmental risk and health issues. It is necessary that some technologies are utilized for managing and treating KW. For proper technology and operation of treating KW, the general composition characteristics of KW were investigated in accordance with different catering types. KW from different catering types (Restaurant, Noshery, Snack bar and Canteen) in Shanghai was sampled for each season in a year. All sampling was carried out 3 days repeatedly and performed after pre-treatment in order to obtain more homogeneous and representative samples. The moisture and VS/TS ratio of KW for different catering types is more than 70% and 89%, respectively. High VS/TS value indicates that KW is suitable for composting and biodegradation. The pH value of KW is lower than 7 for each catering type and drink shop gets the lowest pH (3.47). The total amount of fat, protein and carbonhydrate is over 90% for all the samples and high content of fat and protein indicates that KW can be used as the raw materials for feed process.

Cities are the main contributors of anthropogenic greenhouse gases (GHGs) emissions. Comprehensive countermeasures are needed in cities to mitigate GHGs emissions. The aim of this paper is to study the results that Shanghai achieved in carbon mitigation by comprehensive green measures. It demonstrated that Shanghai has made significant progress in carbon emission reduction through technological innovation, industrial structure adjustment, and energy efficiency improvement in recent years. The results showed that Shanghais energy related CO2 intensity reduced to 1.14 t/104 yuan in 2010, owing to adjustments in energy structure and industry structure. It also showed that Shanghai had made abundant reduction in carbon emissions in the past few years. 9.2 million tons of CO2 reductions were obtained in industry, transportation, and building in the city level. Among them, reductions in industrial sector and transportation were the major contributors. Further efforts should be taken to realize a low carbon future.

In general, the scale of production, exploitation period and the economic benefits of oil and gas field are, to a large extent, depended on the selection, deployment and adjustment of well patterns, especially for tight reservoir. So far, some problems exist in Changqing low permeability oil field, such as the effective displacement system is not easy to be established, a low utilization efficiency of injection water, low oil production and so on. Therefore, five kinds of different well pattern schemes are designed. Then, the well pattern schemes are optimized through numerical simulation method based on the exploitation index including the daily oil output per well, moisture content and oil recovery. Results show that the well patterns of horizontal-vertical wells have better development efficiency than the well patterns of vertical wells. For the optimized well pattern, when the horizontal segment length of horizontal well is 300m, the optimalizing well spacing is 400m and the optimalizing row spacing is 100~150m.

The vlf radio wave propagation is usually treated as a waveguide problem. It should be noted that many of the parameters that describe the boundaries of the earth-ionosphere waveguide are not known with great accuracy over all regions and times. In order to know the effect of underwater platform receiving in corresponding region and time, this paper makes use of the waveguide mode theory to predict the propagation effectiveness of vlf radio, offers the service of propagation environment for the system to adjust the variable parameters or abstain from propagation attenuation, makes the system performance matching the channel character and advancing the effects of vlf communication.

Water integration method is widely used in water minimization. Water minimization has great benefits to environmental and industrial sustainability. Both freshwater consumption and wastewater discharge can be minimized by practicing water system integration. Sulfate process (SP) is an important and mature method to produce titanium dioxide (TiO2) pigment. A large amount of water is consumed and a large quantity of effluent is discharged, which may cause water resource waste and serious environmental pollution. The paper presents Mathematical Optimization Method for water minimization of a titanium pigment plant event in China. The result of this study shows that mathematical optimization method has been effectively applied for the titanium pigment plant, and the freshwater consumption is reduced by 45.97 %.

With the development construction of subway in the city, the cross tunnel is becoming common. However, due to the geological conditions of the subway which limited the minimum depth of the shallow overburden of the tunnel is not the same. In this paper, according to the mechanical characteristics of the cross subway tunnel in several typical soil, a three-dimensional finite element mode is established. And to find out the discipline of minimum cover depth in vertical cross the tunnel by researching tunnel shield excavation the ground surface deformation characteristics.

It is well known that the slope stability analysis is the core of the slope engineering study .The key of the study slope safety stability is optimize the slop coefficient。And the reasonable coefficient decides the design of slope type structure.This paper used the simplified Bishop method which according to the limit equilibrium theory as the foundation and the finite element numerical simulation to solve the south-to-north water transfer engineering slope instability problem.So it can provide the theory basis and design opinion for the slop construction engineering in the future.

With the deepening of the degree of oil exploitation, investigation of geological structure is particularly important, especially those faults that have an important impact on the exploration and development of oil. However, seismic data is affected by various kinds of factors in the progress of data acquisition, which reduces SNR and interfere with the accuracy of geological structure interpretation. This paper based on image processing provides fault enhancement medthod. It can reduce random factors impact and depicte fault more clearly. This method combine anisotropy and orientation information of image, then use generalized Kuwahara filter to enhance fault. This technique has a most important value in seismic fault interpretation.

The new type wind power yaw reducer has been virtually assembled in Pro/E for the operating conditions of the Megawatt wind power yaw reducer. The planetary gear contact model of the new type wind power yaw reducer has been built to simulate the change of the contact stress in the process of planetary gear operation with the interface of Pro/E and ANSYS. The results show that: the initial maximum contact stress of the meshing planetary gear is 395MPa and the maximum stress in the engagement process is 460MPa, but it is still less than the material yield limit of the planetary gear. The results also show that the fatigue life of the gear teeth is 125,800 times, the cumulative fatigue factor is 0.72501 by analyzing the fatigue loads and 42CrMo’s S-N curve of Megawatt wind power yaw drive planetary gear, so it can meet the design and operation requirements for the Megawatt wind power yaw reducer.

Two three‐dimensional metal‐organic framework heteropolynuclear complexes [Nd2Zn4L4(OAc)6(NO3)2(OH)2]·Et2O·2EtOH (1) and [Eu2Zn4L4(OAc)6(NO3)2(OH)2]2·EtOH (2) [L = o‐vanillin] were prepared by reactions of the o‐vanillin ligand with Ln(NO3)3·6H2O and Zn(OAc)2·2H2O. X‐ray crystallographic analyses revealed that molecules of 1have an unusual central cage‐like cavity through short intermolecular C···H···O interactions and π–π stacking giving rise to a three‐dimensional metal‐organic framework, which contains open channels. Photophysical studies showed that the typical emission bands of Nd3+ion assigned to the 4F3/2→4Ij/2(j= 9, 11, 13) transition are observed upon excitation of the ligand‐centered absorption band at 380 nm. But the characteristic luminescence emission of the EuIIIion in MeCN is not observed.

Melamine (C3H6N6) consists of 66% nitrogen is an organic compound and seems to be not toxic by itself. However, it can cause fatal kidney stones as it reacts with cyanuric acid. In this paper, some methods for determination of melamine and its analogues in food and feed were reviewed after an extensive literature review.

A new process for treating a Co-Ni residue of zinc metallurgy to produce zinc powder and recover cobalt in ammonia and ammonium sulfate(AAS) solutions was proposed. In this process, the baked Co-Ni residue was leached in AAS solutions. The leached solution was purified to remove the impurities by adding zinc powder and to separate Zn and Co from Cu, and Zn from Co and Cd. Under the optimal technical parameters, the metal leaching rate was 91.18 Zn, 96.98 Cu, 99.38 Cd and 89.35 Co in wt% respectively. The high cobalt-residue bearing 3.79wt% cobalt that of 8.4 times the raw Co-Ni residue can be used as a raw material for extracting cobalt or cobalt-salt. An active zinc powder could be obtained by using electrolysis from zinc purification solution, and current efficiency of the electrolysis is more than 88.19%. It’s a practical technology for treating waste-residue in zinc hydrometallurgy and will be a feasible process to recover valuable metals.

Cloud computing is a novel parallel platform, this paper proposed a kind of simple parallel genetic algorithm (PGA) using Cloud computing called SMRPGA. Comparing with the traditional PGAs using high performance computers (HPC), cluster or Grid, SMRPGA is simple and easy to be implemented. Another advantage is that PGA using Cloud computing is easy to be extend to larger-scale, which is very useful for solving the time-consuming problems. A prototype is implemented based on Hadoop, which is an open source Cloud computing. The result of running two benchmark functions showed that the speed-up of PGA using Cloud Computing is not obvious considering the long communication time and it is suitable to solve the time-consuming problems.

The implementation platforms of parallel genetic algorithms (PGAs) include high performance computer, cluster and Grid. Contrast with the traditional platform, a Master-slave PGA based on MapReduce (MMRPGA) of cloud computing platform was proposed. Cloud computing is a new computer platform, suites for larger-scale computing and is low cost. At first, describes the design of MMRPGA, in which the whole evolution is controlled by Master and the fitness computing is assigned to Slaves; then deduces the theoretical speed-up of MMRPGA; at last, implements MMRPGA on Hadoop and compares the speed-up with traditional genetic algorithm, the experiment result shows MMRPGA can achieve slightly lower linear speed-up with Mapper’s number.

Six specific types of surface dusts were collected from different e-waste disposal areas in Shanghai, China for the determination of toxic metals including Zn, Pb, Ni, Cd, Cr and Cu. These samples were obtained from interior of home appliance, second-hand household appliance maintaining store, open manual dissembling yard, enclosed electronic waste warehouse, enclosed dissembling workshop, as well as outside yard of plant. ICP-AES analyzing results revealed that metal concentrations in dust from home appliance interior and second-hand household appliance maintaining store were obviously higher than the soil background values. And the metal concentrations of dusts from open manual dissembling yard were similar to enclosed electronic waste warehouse. The concentrations of Pb, Zn and Cu in dust from enclosed dissembling workshop were about 3646.10, 3485.23 and 4049.70 mg/kg, which were respectively 9, 19 and 45 times higher than outside yard of plant. The potential ecological risks of metal pollution in these dusts were analyzed by estimating the distribution characterization of samples and the heavy metals. The results showed that potential ecological risk of Cu was the highest, and then was the Cd, Cr was the least. The ecological risk indexes of metals in dusts from enclosed dissembling workshop, home appliance interior and second-hand household appliance maintained store were considered to be significantly healthy harm, while those from open manual dissembling yard and enclosed electronic waste warehouse were relatively less harm.

A well-crystallized cryptomelane-like material (a-MnO2) has been synthesized by redox reaction between Mn2+ and MnO4- under acid condition at certain temperature. This composite material was characterized by X-ray diffraction, volumetric (N2 adsorption-desorption) and scanning electron microscopic analysis, as well as the Laser Raman spectroscopy. Synthetic cryptomelane was used in the oxidation of hydroxylation of phenol in order to study the oxidation activity. The result showed that the degradation rate of 50 mL of 100 mg/L phenol could recch to nearly 100%, under the conditions of pH 2.0, 3 g/L of synthetic cryptomelane with the grain size of 120~160 mesh, and the reaction time of 5 h at room temperature. The treated wastewater has achieved the industrial wastewater discharge standard. Moreover, the economic cost of synthetic cryptomelane was cheaper and the treatment effect of phenol becomed better. Therefore, the synthetic cryptomelane is believed to have a bright prospect in the development of industrial sewage treatment.

The electrochemical property of molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) as anode materials for lithium ion batteries was studied using two-electrode Li-ion cell. The first reversible capacity of MoS2 treated by using ball milling and doped graphite was 617mAhg-1 and 506mAhg-1 respectively. But the reversible capacity of pristine MoS2 was 661mAhg-1. The results indicated that the processes of ball milling and doped graphite of MoS2 can not widely enhance the reversible capacity.

The automotive power steering units must be taken performance test after they are integrated assembly and then left the factory if it is qualified.Because its internal flow channel is very complicated and the residual hydraulic oil can not be eleminated clearly.So we can set up a 3D model flow channel based on CATIA and use FLUENT software to analysis the key flow channel ,analysing it's pressure distribution and velocity vector diagram then get the real reasonable resluts ,which can provide the basic for the ejector designing

Experimental observations indicate that the viscosity of polymer melt flowing through micro channel is altered with variation of characteristic size of micro channels. The explanation about the trend of various viscosity is inconsistent. In this paper, the micro channel dies of 1000μm ,500μm and 350μm diameter were developed and with several polymers, including PP , PS and HDPE, depending on the capillary flow model, the measurement experiments of polymer melt viscosity were investigated at various shear rate. Test results show that with micro-channel size decrease, the percentage reduction in viscosity increases and the difference of viscosities in different micro channels reduces with increasing shear rate.

The reactions of gallium subhalides Ga2X4·2dioxane (X = Cl, Br) and “GaI” with carbonylmetallates of chromium, iron and cobalt result in the formation of various gallium halide complexes. These are [(CO)5CrGaBr(thf)2] (6), with a terminal GaX unit, and [(CO)4FeGaCl(thf)]2(1), [(CO)4FeGaCl2Na(thf)2]x(2), [(CO)4FeGaI2Na(thf)3]2(4) and [Cr2(CO)8(GaI2)INa2(thf)7]x(8) with GaX units in the bridging positions of gallium–transition‐metal rings. In addition, mixed cyclic gallium–iron hydroxides [{(CO)4Fe}2Ga4Cl5(OH)3(thf)] 3and 4and gallium oxo/hydroxo cages 5, 9and 10were observed. Rings of [{GaCo4(CO)14}K(thf)]6(11), prepared from Ga4Cl4R4[R = Si(SiMe3)3] and K[Co(CO)4], are connected through isocarbonyl–potassium interactions to form channels. All compounds were characterized spectroscopically and by X‐ray crystallography. DFT calculations were performed on cobalt–gallium complexes to evaluate their bonding properties.

The data accessing technology is the core and foundation technology of the community health information systems. In the process of designing the system, the relational database compared with the Caché database from the data model, extensibility, scalability, etc. Study the associated technology about the heterogeneous data sharing with the Caché database. After analyzed the common solution of heterogeneous data sharing then the paper proposed a new data sharing solution, which design a middle proxy server. With the middle proxy, the implementation class completed the uploading and sharing of data access and other functions.

At present, because more embedded image compressions are single, various compression methods have not transplant to embedded equipment. In this paper, A BP neural network based image compression methods have been proposed. The neural network is trained more and more, and obtained a set of weights and thresholds usefully. Then, use the FPGA to achieve, In the FPGA, using the framework of soft-core Nios Ⅱ way. Ultimately, compression program written using Verilog and burned into the FPGA. Experiments show that the system has the advantages of high compression ratio, small size, and can stable operation.

One kind of ARM and FPGA integrated design ideas have been proposed in this paper. The cost of ARM and FPGA integrated design is not large, but it can be powerful and expand the scope of application of ARM and FPGA. The system can be divided into two parts: image acquisition and image processing (image compression and storage). The part of image acquisition is composed by the FPGA, and the part of image processing is by the ARM. The system uses high-speed SRAM switching mode “Ping-pong operation” can help to improve image acquisition speed on the part of image acquisition. In addition, the paper describes the method of image compression and image storage, JPEG2000 coding standard is used in image compression, and SQLite embedded database is used in image storage. The operation of the whole system can be stable and reliable through integrated debugging. The results show that the system can achieve the requirements of industrial site with required high acquisition of speed. Because the use of the “Ping-pong operation” in the system, the acquisition speed can be improved significantly and the effect can be reached in a high speed standard.

We should clean the internal residual hydraulic oil after the automotive power steering units are carried out performance test according to the requirements. In the sake of pumping more residual hydraulic oil efficiently we develop the special pumping unit Based on the orthogonal test, the optimal design of the main parameters pumping unit of automotive power steering units that is the first adding gas time, adding gas interval and adding gas time has been completed in order to determine the optimal program to achieve the best pumping effect.

With the rapid development of micro injection molding, the determination of melt rheological behavior within micro mold cavity is very important for the accurate simulation modeling. Yet several investigations show the viscosity of melt decreases with the reduction of micro channel characteristic size, but there has been no sufficient experimental data for the conclusion. In this paper, depending on the capillary flow model, the measurement experiments of polymer melt viscosity were investigated when Polymethyl Methacrylate (PMMA) was extruded through the micro channel dies of 1000μm ,500μm and 350μm diameter. Test results show that, as micro-channel size decreases, the viscosity increases and the difference of viscosities in different micro channels reduces with increasing shear rate. This indicates microscopic scale melt rheological behavior of PMMA is different from that of other materials.

In allusion to the problem that the newly developed pumping units using for automotive power steering gear assembly can not clean the inside oil, the paper takes the key flow channel as the research object, establishes the 3D geometrical model, meshes it, and then uses the Fluent software to simulate and analysis the flow. After setting different working conditions as diverse pressures of the import and export, the paper gets some visual results of the flow velocity vector and the flow pressure vector. At last, according to the characteristic diagrams of the flow received from the stimulation, the paper gives some theoretically explanation to the phenomenon of remaining a small quantity of oil and provides an important basis to set some important parameters of the pumping machine. Meanwhile, it gives some reference significance for the optimization design of steering gear.

This paper mainly discusses the technique of using quenching at 1000°C and tempering at 650°C for 2 hours to replace the heat treatment process of quenching at 1225°C and tempering at 560°C for 1 hour for three times.Due to the old heat treatment process is traditional multifarious waste energy and relatively backward.The experiment results prove that after the new treatment using the W6Mo5Cr4V2 high-speed steel to make cutting tools such as cutters, drill, taps and so on. It aslo achieves better abrasion resistance and ductility. This meeting the objective of improving the wear resistance, toughness, lifespan enhancement and energy conservation.It opens up a new way of simple and energy saving for W6Mo5Cr4V2 high-speed steel heat treatment process.The material of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high-speed steel has certain value to research.

Two lanthanide‐containing 2D coordination polymers, [Ln(H2salen)1.5(NO3)3]n[H2salen = N,N′‐ ethylenebis(salicylideneimine); Ln= Gd (1), Dy (2)], have been prepared by self‐assembly method. The molecular magnetism and luminescence of the metal complexes had been studied. Complex 1exhibits antiferromagnetic interaction between spin carriers. Complex 2emits the H2salen ligand luminescence.

Abstract: Objective: Pancreatic fistula (PF) is a common complication after pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD) and there is no consensus regarding the criteria to define PF. The study was undertaken to determine the risk factors for PF according to the definition of the International Study Group on Pancreatic Fistula (ISGPF) and to delineate its impact on patient outcome. Methods: Between March 1994 and May 2009, data from 153 consecutive patients with malignant tumors underwent a PD with pancreaticojejunostomy in the Peking University People’s Hospital were recorded prospectively. A total of 24 factors were examined with univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to estimate relative risks, and their 95% confidence intervals (95% CI) and odds ratio (OR). Results: Our institution belonged to medium-volume center and PF occurred in 30 patients (19.6%). Pancreatic texture, early postoperative hemorrhage and pancreatic pathologies correlated with PF rates significantly in univariate analyses. But in multivariate regression, soft gland (OR, 4.934; 95% CI, 1.132–7.312) and early postoperative hemorrhage with conservative therapy (OR, 4.130; 95% CI, 1.057–21.112) were predictive. The mean postoperative length of stay in patients with PF was longer (32.7±23.9 versus 60.5±56.2 days) than patients without PF (p=0.001). Overall 30-day mortality was not affected by the development of PF (p=0.657). There was no difference in reoperation rates between patients with and without PF (10.0% versus 6.5%, p=0.787). Concerning the sum of postoperative complications, there were 36 complications for 30 patients with PF, while 64 for 123 patients without PF. When patients with distal cholangiocarcinoma, ampullary and duodenal cancer were considered as a whole for survival analysis, the median survival for patients with PF was 20 months, whereas the median survival for patients without PF was 26 months. Kaplan-Meier survival curves for patients with and without PF were not statistically different (p=0.903). Conclusion: Soft texture and early postoperative hemorrhage with conservative therapy are independent correlates of increased rate of PF. Anastomotic technique for pancreaticojejunostomy does not have impact on the development of PF in our experience. PF contributes to early postoperative morbidity and the length of hospital stay, but it dose not affect postoperative 30-day mortality, reoperation rate and overall survival.

A novel deep blue-emitting Zn IIcomplex Zn(L c) 2(L c−= 2-(1-(6-(9 H-carbazol-9-yl)hexyl)-1 H-benzo[ d]imidazol-2-yl)phenolate) based on a carbazole-functionalized N^O ligand was synthesized by a modified method. Other two Zn IIcomplexes (Zn(L a) 2, L a−= 2-(1 H-benzo[ d]imidazol-2-yl)phenolate; Zn(L b) 2, L b−= 2-(1-ethyl-1 H-benzo[ d]imidazol-2-yl)phenolate) were also prepared for comparison. The remarkable substitution effect on the photoluminescent and thermal properties of the complexes was studied. The investigation indicated an unexpected amplifying hypsochromic effect of the substituents on the emission of the complex in the solid state: the larger substituent corresponded to the larger blue shift of the emission of the complex (Zn(L c) 2has the shortest emission wavelength of 422 nm as the deep blue emission among these three complexes). The stronger steric effect induced by the bulky substitutions should be one of the most important factors. Among the three Zn IIcomplexes, the temperature of decomposition of Zn(L c) 2is the highest at 427 °C. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) of the complexes showed that the carbazole moieties remarkably improved the hole injection ability of Zn(L c) 2with the HOMO energy level 0.6 eV higher than those of Zn(L a) 2and Zn(L b) 2. The good hole injection and transporting ability of Zn(L c) 2was further proved by its three-layer devices, in which the electroluminescent (EL) emission mainly originated from the electron-transporting Alq 3layer. Through the four-layer devices with the hole-blocking layer, the pure blue emission of Zn(L c) 2at 452 nm was demonstrated. Zn(L c) 2seems favorable among the blue-emitting Zn IIcomplexes with a brightness more than 2000 cd m −2, a high efficiency stability, and an excellent EL spectra stability.

We present SHRIMP zircon dating, bulk-rock geochemical, and Sr-Nd-Pb isotopic results for Yeba volcanic rocks and a mafic dike from Southern Gangdese (SG), southern Tibet, in order to constrain their tectonic setting and origin. Yeba volcanic rocks span a continuous compositional range from basalt to dacite, although andesites are minor, and mafic and felsic rocks are volumetrically predominant. New SHRIMP zircon dating for a dacite coupled with previous SHRIMP zircon dating for a mafic dike and fossil constraints for the sedimentary sequence indicate that Yeba volcanic rocks were emplaced in the Early Jurassic (174-190 Ma). Yeba tholeiitic mafic rocks possess compositional diversity and are divided into three groups based on concentrations of MgO, Al2O3, and La. Mafic samples are all characterized by marked negative Nb, Ta, and Ti anomalies and positive εNd(T) values (+ 2.4 to + 4.5). Yeba calc-alkaline felsic rocks are characterized by coherent, concave-upward MREE patterns and negative anomalies in Nb, Ta, P, and Ti, with positive εNd(T) values (+ 0.3 to + 2.6). Sr-Nd-Pb isotopes overlap among the different groups of Yeba mafic rocks; Pb isotopic compositions in both mafic and felsic rocks are nearly identical. These features are consistent with a subduction-related origin, most likely in an arc built on thin, immature continental crust. Yeba volcanic rocks are interpreted as having been created by northward subduction of Neo-Tethyan oceanic crust in Early Jurassic time. Geochemical signatures and quantitative modeling indicate that fractional crystallization and crustal assimilation played insignificant roles in the generation of Yeba mafic magmas, and that their geochemical diversity was probably produced by variable degrees of partial melting from a common but heterogeneous mantle source, which had been metasomatized by variable contributions of sediments/fluids released from the subducted Neo-Tethyan oceanic crust. Yeba felsic rocks were probably generated by moderate degrees of partial melting of juvenile basaltic lower crust, which consists of dominant underplated magmas (similar to Yeba mafic rocks in composition) and variable contributions from ancient lower crust beneath the Gangdese Back-Arc fault uplift belt (GBAFUB).
