CEA elevation, liver capsule depression, and arterial phase peritumoral enhancement were independent risk factors for predicting MVI in cHCC-ICC.When these three imaging signs are combined, the specificity of MVI prediction was 70.59% (series connection), and the sensitivity was 100% (parallel connection).
