With the development of science and technology, the high-tech industry has increasingly higher requirements for the purity of metals. However, the presence of trace impurities can have a bad effect on the properties of metals. Vacuum distillation process is widely used to prepare high-purity metals because of its advantages of high metal recovery, good environmental protection and simple equipment. In this paper, the overall progress in the preparation of high-purity metals around the principle and process research of vacuum distillation is systematically summarized. Principles of vacuum distillation, variant design of vacuum distillation, parameter optimization and simulation are covered. Based on the current status of the preparation of high-purity metals by this technology, it is pointed out that mechanistic studies and simulations are indispensable in scientific research. This research has certain reference significance for improving production efficiency, saving production cost and improving metal purity.

In order to improve the cost‐effectiveness of COG Mini LED backlight products, this paper proposes a small aspect ratio high‐voltage Mini LED solution. This solution reduces the Cu thick traces of the glass substrate by means of high‐voltage driving, thereby reducing the cost of BP. At the same time, with the structure design of 1:1 aspect ratio, it can effectively reduce the die‐bonding skew and improve the product yield. At present, the solution has been verified many times with MNT products, which proves the feasibility of the solution and plays an important role in promoting COG Mini LED products to seize the MLED industry opportunities.

Body temperature is poorly regulated in patients with end-stage liver disease. Due to the prolonged surgery time and anhepatic time as well as the complex surgical procedures performed in liver transplantation, the body temperature fluctuates greatly. This study investigated the effect of intraoperative body temperature fluctuations on the prognosis of liver recipients.

Bentonite has been purified by suspension method and sodiumed with sodium carbonate, and then modified with polyaniline. Finally, characterized by the polarizing microscope, the X-ray diffractometer(XRD) and Fourier infrared spectrometer (FT-IR), in order to determine the optimal preparation technology of polyaniline/bentonite. And the optimal preparation of PAn/MMT is used to research the adsorption dynamics analysis on phenol. The result shows that the sodium ion enters into the bentonite interlayer through ion exchange; When the dosage of bentonite is 5 g, the dosage of FeCl3·6H2O is 2.7 g, the dosage of aniline is 46.5 g, and the dosage of DBSA is 3.26 g, its layer spacing of modified bentonite is 2.823nm, increaseing 1.600nm than the first, so the hydrophobicity and separation effects of the modified bentonite get greatly improvement. And the dosage of PAn/MMT is 0.1 g and the initial concentration of phenol、P-nitrophenol、o-cresol is 10 mg/L, their adsorption rates reach to 51.50%, 80.56%, 62.93%, more high than the sodium bentonite under the same conditinns. It indicates that the modified bentonite is more suitable for the adsorption of benzene homologs.

The rheological property of fresh high-strength concrete (HSC) and mechanical properties, self-shrinkage and resistance to chloride ion permeability of hydrated HSC were studied on the basis of the closest packing theory. Results showed that the packing density of composite powder was the highest when the content of microsphere was 30.0%; when the content of zeolite powder added to concrete varied from 0.0% to 4.0%, the rheological and discontinuous property of concrete would be improved and its viscosity would be increased; meanwhile, compared to the standard concrete, the self-shrinkage of concrete with 2.0% zeolite powder at 1d, 3d, 7d and 28d was decreased by 77.1%, 49.6%, 44.0% and 38.1% respectively; finally, the resistance to chloride ion permeability of hydrated HSC with zeolite powder was improved with a result of 18.5% reduction of electric flux at 28d.

The paper studied the effects of single addition of ultrafine fly ash (UFA) and mixed addition of silica fumeultrafine fly ash (SF-UFA) on powder pressure entity dense packing density, mechanical performance and microstructure structure of composite cement paste. The results show that, the ternary system of mixed addition of SF-UFA can effectively further reduced the compacting voidage and more increased packing density of composite powder, compared with the binary system of single addition of UFA. And when the content of SF is 8%, the compacting voidage is the lowest. Next, in the ternary system of mixed with silica fume, ultrafine fly ash and cement (SF-UFA-C), with the increase of silica fume (SF), the total porosity and pore diameter of hardened cementing paste decreased further compared with binary system, and with 8% content of SF and 17% content of UFA, the total porosity of hardened cement paste is the lowest, decreased by 60% than that of reference sample. At last, mixed addition of SF-UFA can improve the long-term strength of composite cement paste either, the compressive strength of 60 days hydration increased by nearly 9% compared with UFA-C and increased 41% compared with the reference sample.

The expansion of cement mortar mixing expansive agent under standard curing and membrane curing conditions and compressive strength in constrained conditions are studied in this paper. Results show that the early expansion effect of calcium sulphoaluminate hydrate-calcium hydroxide expansive agent is obvious, mid-to late effect of magnesia expansive agent increase clearly. Compare with standard curing, the shrinkage of the basic cement mortar increase and expansion effect of expansive agent reduce under membrane curing. The expansion effect of expansive agent B is good and persistent under membrane curing, its applicable to used in the closed environment, such as concrete filled steel tubes. The compressive strength of mortar with expansion agent is a little more than the basic mortar under the condition of limit.

High-rise building with podium is a common seen architecture style in China. Nowadays more designers inclined not to separate the main and podium, but this would lead to the eccentric between the center of mass of the tower and base, which may exceed the code requirement when the ratio of offsetting is larger than 20% and cause complicated seismic response. This paper takes an eccentric high-rise frame-shear wall structure of single tower as example, analyze the inelastic performance of this structure under rare earthquake by Pushover method, and point out the weak parts of the position by the distribution and development of plastic hinges.Draw the structure inelastic response indicators in the rare case of earthquakes, and point out the weak parts of the structure of the distribution and development of plastic hinge (region), put forward reasonable proposals for optimizing the structure design.

Ordinary Portland cement in corrosive environment such as saline-alkali land, sea water and chemical pollution can easily be corroded, thus cause infrastructure damage. In this paper, N-vinyl pyrrole was added into cement mortar, to improve sulphate erosive resistance of cement material. Through strength testing, quick sulfate corrosion test, XRD and SEM analysis methods in experiment, the researching results have shown that NVP can effectively improve the property of cement.

Preparation of advanced early strength agent ,the main components including organic A, organic B and calcium nitrate. Then tested advanced early strength agent performance for concrete. Though text, we find, the compressive strength and flexural strength of the specimen, use of the advanced early strength agent is greatly improved than with its much better not to use advanced early strength agent. With the passage of time, advanced early strength agent added does not make the strength of concrete worse, but better.Use SEM and XRD analysis technology text advanced early strength agent by adding performances of concrete, including the degree of cement hydration, the morphology of hydration products and the composition of mineral formation. analysis of the role of advanced early strength agents from the perspective of the mechanism. Identified advanced early strength agent impact on the cement hydration, for the further development of early strength agent to provide a theoretical basis.

To investigate the effects of Ku80 depletion on cell growth and sensitization to gamma-radiation and MMC-induced apoptosis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma lines. Six human carcinoma cell lines (LNcaP, K562, MDA-MB-231, MCF-7, EC9706, and K150) and normal HEK293 cell line were examined for basal levels of Ku80 protein by western blotting analysis. The suppression of Ku80 expression was performed using vector-based shRNA in EC9706 cells. Cell proliferation was determined with MTT assay and colony formation assay and tumorigenicity in a xenograft model in vitro and in vivo. Sensitivity of EC9706 cells treated with shRNA vector to gamma-radiation and MMC was determined with colony formation assay and MTT assay. The cell cycle distribution was determined by Flow cytometry. Apoptosis induced by gamma-radiation and MMC was analyzed using GENMED-TUNEL FACS kit. Ku80 showed higher basal levels in six carcinoma cell lines than in HEK293. The suppression of Ku80 expression decreased cellular proliferation, colony formation and inhibited tumorigenicity in a xenograft model. Furthermore, it sensitized apoptosis of the cancer cells induced by gamma-radiation and MMC. Ku80 plays an important role not only in tumorigenesis but also in radiation resistance and chemotherapy resistance in esophageal cancer cells. Hence Ku80 may serve as a promising therapeutic target, particularly for recurrent esophageal tumors.
