In article number e202400148, Takatsugu Murata, Isamu Shiina, and co‐workersaccomplished the total syntheses of eutyscoparol A and violaceoid C via violaceoid A. The synthesis is facilitated by the desymmetrization strategy. The symmetric skeleton of quinol intermediates is shown in the cover picture with a motif of star signs. As a shooting star, the molecule is desymmetrized to key intermediate and it grows up to the eutyscoparol A. In addition, eutyscoparol A is isolated from Eutypellascoparia SCBG‐8 that is an endogenous bacterium in Myrtaceae plant. Therefore, Myrtaceae plant is also seen in the cover picture.

“Koma”is a kind of spinning top toy. A spinning top is a popular play around the world and “Koma” playing is considered an auspicious activity in Japan. An axle attached to a circular and thick material is rotated by the motion of throwing with a string. If you use the right hand, the rotation mode will be clockwise. When using the left hand, the rotation mode is counterclockwise. The clockwise spinning top and the counterclockwise spinning top correspond to mirror images, and these enantiomers can be created separately via enantioselective synthesis.
