Ranger Rick's NatureScope is a creative education series dedicated to inspiring in children an understanding and appreciation of the natural world while developing the skills they will need to make responsible decisions about the environment. The topic of this issue is "Geology: The Active Earth." Design/methodology/approach: A survey was done of 300 female intrapreneurs working in the organization within Saudi Arabia. This study has collected data via stratified random sampling technique. The framework was tested using PLS-SEM software. Findings: The findings reveal that WE fully intervenes the nexus between green HRM and GC. Moreover, SL positively moderates the nexus between green HRM and SI. Originality/value: Thus, based on findings, it is recommended that female intrapreneurs prioritize environmentally responsible operations to gain and sustain competitive edge over rivals in Saudi competitive market. • A series of chromium doped ZnS photocatalysts with accompanying vs were prepared. • Chromium doped ZnS exhibited significantly enhanced photoactivity for H 2 evolution and CO 2 reduction. • The photoactivity enhancement mechanism of Cr-doped ZnS was systematically investigated. Driven by endless solar energy, photocatalytic H 2 evolution from water splitting and CO 2 conversion to hydrocarbon fuels over semiconductor photocatalysts are of great potential to simultaneously settle the greenhouse effect and energy shortage. Herein, Cr-doped zinc sulfide (ZnS) with accompanying sulphur vacancies (Vs) photocatalytic materials is developed by a facile hydrothermal method. The Cr dopants centralize photoinduced holes and Vs trap electrons, forming a synergistic effect for accelerating charge separation and transfer. The reaction energy barrier for both H 2 evolution and CO 2 reduction has been optimized. Therefore, in the absence of a cocatalyst, the optimal catalyst (Zn 0.94 Cr 0.06 S) achieves an outstanding H 2 evolution activity of 20.3 mmol g−1 h−1, which is approximately 2.9 times higher than 6.9 mmol g−1 h−1 for pristine ZnS. In addition, in the gas-solid reaction system without co-catalysts or sacrificial agents, the Zn 0.94 Cr 0.06 S exhibits a considerable CO evolution rate of 19.56 μmol g−1 h−1, about 10.1 times higher than ZnS (1.94 μmol g−1 h−1). Both the performances for H 2 evolution and CO 2 reduction of Zn 0.94 Cr 0.06 S outperform most of the previously reported photocatalysts. Particularly, the Zn 0.94 Cr 0.06 S possesses superior stability, the photoactivity of which exhibits no noticeable deactivation after six cycles' reactions. Over-exploitation of fossil energy has led to the formation of enormous amounts of oily wastewater, which is increasingly polluting the environment of water bodies. The Ti 3 C 2 T x -modified separation material is limited by surface roughness and surface chemical composition, and the permeation flux decreases significantly during continuous testing. In this study, silver-loaded polydopamine nanospheres (nano-AgPNPs) as antioxidants were prepared by in-situ reduction from Ag+ ions and polydopamine nanospheres, and then they self-assembled with Ti 3 C 2 T x nanosheets to obtain hierarchical micro-nano structural nano-AgPNPs modified Ti 3 C 2 T x [(AgPNPs) x T (x = 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, and 1)]. Because of their strong reduction properties, nano-AgPNPs antioxidants can effectively protect the active edges of Ti 3 C 2 T x from dissolved oxygen, and greatly improve the oxidation resistance of Ti 3 C 2 T x nanosheets, with no significant changes in morphology and physical phase after long-term placement. (AgPNPs) x T formed underwater oleophobic interfaces with the hierarchical structure on polyurethane (PU) sponge to prepare (AgPNPs) x T@PU separation sponges. Among them, (AgPNPs) 0.5 T@PU sponge showed the highest comprehensive performance with separation efficiency higher than 99.6% for various oil-water mixtures, especially high-throughput and permeation flux up to 247,787 L m–2 h–1 for cyclohexane-water mixtures. In addition, nano-AgPNPs greatly broadened the layer spacing of Ti 3 C 2 T x and can form a functionalized interface of modified Ti 3 C 2 T x on polyamide (PA) membrane and provide additional permeation channels, which enabled the (AgPNPs) 0.5 T@PA membrane to have excellent toluene-water emulsion separation efficiency up to 99.6%.
