Confluent and reticulated papillomatosis of Gougerot et Carteaud (CRPGC) is an uncommon cutaneous disorder of unknown etiology. However, a beneficial effect of antibiotics has been described and more recently better recognized. We report seven cases of CRPGC treated with minocycline. Minocycline is a promising therapeutic option for CRPGC and should be used prior to treatment with oral retinoids.
