The negative impacts of greenhouse gas emissions, particularly CO2emissions, have garnered widespread attention. Various old residential areas in China, built more than 20 years ago, have been undergoing urgent transformation to improve citizens’ quality of life, which may significantly reduce carbon emissions. This study developed a carbon emissions accounting framework for residential areas to account the emissions impact of residential transformation. The framework addressed the inventory classifications of landscape greening, residential buildings, water resources, solid waste, infrastructure and transportation. The consumption-based calculation model and bottom-up data collection methods were used. The results show that the transformation of two old residential areas achieved considerable carbon reductions of 17.16% and 33.37% in South and North China, respectively. The macro guidance of local policies, specifically those regarding local urban infrastructure construction, significantly aided the carbon emissions reductions. Based on the calculation results, a list of recommended technologies was proposed to reduce carbon emissions, and four measures (adding greening, improving the garbage recovery rate, separating rain and sewage and transforming envelope structures for energy savings in northern China) were recommended to promote low carbon development in residential areas.

We propose and demonstrate a plastic photonic synapse to achieve all-optical synaptic plasticity based on the potentiated and depressed dynamics in commercially available vertical-cavity semiconductor optical amplifier (VCSOA). The effects of presynaptic and postsynaptic spike powers, bias current, initial wavelength detuning between presynaptic spike and VCSOA on the potentiated and depressed time windows are investigated. The numerical results show that all-optical synaptic plasticity can be achieved successfully based on VCSOA with delayed self-feedback loop. The proof-of-concept experimental results show that plastic photonic synapse can be achieved based on the VCSOA with subsequent iterations. Besides, the curve of VCSOA gain in the potentiated and depressed time windows is similar to that of spike timing dependent plasticity. Furthermore, all-optical unsupervised self-learning and recognition of first spike timing of an input pattern are realized numerically in the photonic neural network including two proposed plastic photonic synapses. The plastic photonic synapse based on a VCSOA is interesting and valuable for the self-learning in all-optical neural networks. Moreover, the proposed plastic photonic synapse offers great potential for dense, high-performance neuromorphic photonic systems.

Although eco-friendly amidoxime-based adsorbents own an excellent uranium (U)-adsorption capacity, their U-adsorption efficiency is commonly reduced and even damaged by the biological adhesion from bacteria/microorganisms in an aqueous environment. Herein, we present an antibiofouling ultrathin poly(amidoxime) membrane (AUPM) with highly enhanced U-adsorption performance, through dispersing the quaternized chitosan (Q-CS) and poly(amidoxime) in a cross-linked sulfonated cellulose nanocrystals (S-CNC) network. The cross-linked S-CNC not only can elevate the hydrophilicity to improve the U-adsorption efficiency of AUPM but also can enhance the mechanical strength to form a self-supporting ultrathin membrane (17.21 MPa, 10 μm thickness). More importantly, this AUPM owns a good antibiofouling property, owing to the broad-spectrum antibacterial quaternary ammonium groups of the Q-CS. As a result, within the 1.00 L of low-concentration (100 ppb) U-added pure water (pH ≈ 5) and seawater (pH ≈ 8) for 48 h, 30 mg of AUPM can recover 93.7% U and 91.4% U, respectively. Furthermore, compared with the U-absorption capacity of a blank membrane without the Q-CS, that of AUPM can significantly increase 37.4% reaching from 6.39 to 8.78 mg/g after being in natural seawater for only 25 d. Additionally, this AUPM can still maintain almost constant tensile strength during 10 cycles of adsorption–desorption, which indicates the relatively long-term usability of AUPM. This AUPM will be a promising candidate for highly efficient and large-scale U-recovery from both U-containing waste freshwater/seawater and natural seawater, which will be greatly helpful to deal with the U-pollution and enrich U for the consumption of nuclear power. More importantly, the work will provide a new convenient but universal strategy to fabricate new highly enhanced low-cost U-adsorbents, through the introduction of both an antibacterial property and a high mechanical performance, which will be a good reference for the design of new highly efficient U-adsorbents.

ShenGui capsule (SGC), as a herbal compound, has significant effects on the treatment of heart failure (HF), but its mechanism of action is unclear. In this study, we aimed to explore the potential pharmacological targets and mechanisms of SGC in the treatment of HF using network pharmacology and molecular docking approaches. Potential active ingredients of SGC were obtained from the traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology database and analysis platform database and screened by pharmacokinetic parameters. Target genes of HF were identified by comparing the toxicogenomics database, GeneCards, and DisGeNET databases. Protein interaction networks and gene-disorder-target networks were constructed using Cytoscape for visual analysis. Gene ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes were also performed to identify protein functional annotations and potential target signaling pathways through the DAVID database. CB-DOCK was used for molecular docking to explore the role of IL-1β with SGC compounds. Sixteen active ingredients in SGC were screened from the traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology database and analysis platform, of which 36 target genes intersected with HF target genes. Protein-protein interactions suggested that each target gene was closely related, and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) was identified as Hub gene. The network pharmacology analysis suggested that these active ingredients were well correlated with HF. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes enrichment analysis suggested that target genes were highly enriched in pathways such as inflammation. Molecular docking results showed that IL-1β binds tightly to SGC active components. This experiment provides an important research basis for the mechanism of action of SGC in the treatment of HF. In this study, the active compounds of SGC were found to bind IL-1β for the treatment of heart failure.

In this paper, we propose and demonstrate experimentally and numerically a hierarchical time-delay optical reservoir computing (RC) system based on cascaded vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs) with feedback and multiple injections. The prediction performance characteristics of the hierarchical time-delay RC system based on cascaded VCSELs under different reservoir layers are compared. Evidently, the prediction performance of the hierarchical time-delay RC system is first improved and saturates as the number of reservoir layers increases. Besides, the impacts of key factors on predicting the hierarchical time-delay RC system are also analyzed in detail experimentally and numerically. This proposed hierarchical time-delay RC system based on VCSELs is useful for the further development of RC systems and may be beneficial to improve the ability of RC systems to solve more complex problems.

Refractory prolonged isolated thrombocytopenia (RPIT) is an intractable complication after allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT), which often leads to poor prognosis. A clinical study was designed to validate the efficacy and safety of low-dose decitabine for RPIT after HCT and explore the related underlying mechanisms. Eligible patients were randomly allocated to receive 1 of 3 interventions: arm A, low-dose decitabine (15 mg/m2 daily IV for 3 consecutive days [days 1-3]) plus recombinant human thrombopoietin (300 U/kg daily); arm B, decitabine alone; or arm C, conventional treatment. The primary end point was the response rate of platelet recovery at day 28 after treatment. Secondary end points included megakaryocyte count 28 days after treatment and survival during additional follow-up of 24 weeks. Among the 91 evaluable patients, response rates were 66.7%, 73.3%, and 19.4% for the 3 arms, respectively (P < .001). One-year survival rates in arms A (64.4% ± 9.1%) and B (73.4% ± 8.8%) were similar (P = .662), and both were superior to that in arm C (41.0% ± 9.8%; P = .025). Megakaryocytes, endothelial cells (ECs), and cytokines relating to megakaryocyte migration and EC damage were improved in patients responding to decitabine. This study showed low-dose decitabine improved platelet recovery as well as overall survival in RPIT patients after transplantation. Here we propose and experimentally demonstrate mutually coupled 1550 nm vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs), subject to common fiber Bragg grating (FBG) feedback (FMC-VCSELs), to conceal the time-delay signature (TDS) of chaotic outputs. The autocorrelation function and delayed mutual information are used to quantitatively identify the TDS of chaotic output. For comparison, the evolution of the TDS of chaotic output in mutually coupled VCSELs (MC-VCSELs) is also presented. The effects of injection power, frequency detuning between two VCSELs, and frequency detuning between FBG and VCSELs on the TDS concealment are experimentally measured. Experimental results show that FMC-VCSELs have a better TDS suppression performance than MC-VCSELs for varying injection power. In addition, for the FMC-VCSELs system, the TDS can be suppressed to below 0.1 when the VCSELs x-polarization component is located at the edge of the main FBG lobe. Furthermore, dual-channel physical random numbers with verified randomness at a rate of 800 Gbps (2×5LSBs×80GHz) are achieved by utilizing the chaotic outputs with a low TDS from two VCSELs in the FMC-VCSELs system.

Prostate cancer is the second most common malignancy among men in the world, posing a serious threat to men's health and lives. RB1 is the first human tumor suppressor gene to be described, and it is closely associated with the development, progression, and suppression of a variety of tumors. It was found that the loss of RB1 is an early event in prostate cancer development and is closely related to prostate cancer development, progression and treatment resistance. This paper reviews the current status of research on the relationship between RB1 and prostate cancer from three aspects: RB1 and prostate cell lineage plasticity; biological behavior; and therapeutic resistance. Providing a novel perspective for developing new therapeutic strategies for RB1-loss prostate cancer.

Introduction

Objective:Acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) is a common complication following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Currently, the reported incidence of moderate to severe aGVHD in domestic cases is 13%-47%, while the incidence of grade III/IV aGVHD after haploidentical transplantation ranges from 7.9% to 13.8%. Severe aGVHD is one of the leading causes of early post-transplant mortality. This study aims to analyze whether the administration of Brentuximab vedotin after transplantation can reduce the incidence of aGVHD without increasing disease relapse rates and viral infections.

Background:Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is commonly characterized by chromosomal abnormalities that result in the formation of chimeric genes involved in leukemogenesis. ETV6-ABL1-a fusion gene results from a complex rearrangement involving translocation, inversion, or insertion of ETV6 into chromosomal band 9q34 or ABL1 into 12p13. This rare but recurrent genetic aberration is found in AML patients and is associated with a poor prognosis.

We experimentally design two photonic spike-timing-dependent plasticity (STDP) schemes based on a single vertical-cavity semiconductor optical amplifier (VCSOA) and demonstrate the photonic implementation of STDP characteristics. In the first scheme, a single-polarized optical pulse train is injected into the VCSOA, in which a pair of optical pulses with a time difference is designed to emulate the pre-synaptic and post-synaptic spikes. In the second scheme, dual-polarized optical pulses emulating the pre-synaptic and post-synaptic spikes are injected into the single VCSOA. Furthermore, the effects of the initial wavelength detuning and the power of the input optical pulse on the STDP curve are analyzed. The proposed photonic STDP schemes based on a single VCSOA need relatively low bias current and power consumption, and thus, are ideal optical synaptic devices forming key components in the construction of the photonic neuromorphic computing system.

Introduction

The malonyl-CoA:ACP transacylase (MAT) domain is responsible for the selection and incorporation of malonyl building blocks in the biosynthesis of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) in eukaryotic microalgae (Schizochytrium) and marine bacteria (Moritella marina, Photobacterium profundum, and Shewanella). Elucidation of the structural basis underlying the substrate specificity and catalytic mechanism of the MAT will help to improve the yield and quality of PUFAs. Here, a methodology guided by molecular dynamics simulations was carried out to identify and mutate specificity-conferring residues within the MAT domain of Schizochytrium. Combining mutagenesis, cell-free protein synthesis, and in vitrobiochemical assay, we dissected nearby interactions and molecular mechanisms relevant for binding and catalysis and found that the reorientation of the Ser154 Cβ–Oγbond establishes distinctive proton-transfer chains (His153-Ser154 and Asn235-His153-Ser154) for catalysis. Gln66 can be replaced by tyrosine to shorten the distance between His153 (Nε2) and Ser154 (Oγ), which facilitates a faster proton-transfer rate, allowing better use of acyl substrates than the wild type. Furthermore, we screened a mutant that displayed an 18.4% increase in PUFA accumulation. These findings provide important insights into the study of MAT through protein engineering and will benefit dissecting the molecular mechanisms of other PUFA-related catalytic domains.

Strongly swirl flow simulation are still under developing. In this paper, ε equation based on the Renormalization Group theory is used into algebraic stress model. Standard κ-ε model, algebraic stress model by Jiang Zhang[5]and present model (RNG-ASM) are applied simultaneously to simulating the confined strongly swirling flow. The Simulating results by RNG-ASM model are compared to the results by other two model, it is shown that the predictions by this model display reasonable agreement with experimental data, and lead to greater improvement than Zhang’s ASM turbulence model[5].

Triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) have attracted significant attentions in wearable electronics as self-powered systems. Endowing TENGs with excellent waterproof and breathable functions is critical for their wearable applications. Herein, the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) calendared sheets were stretched into microporous membranes and used as negative material of TENG device. The excessively expanded micropores of the membrane were considered to sacrifice the surface area, which was adverse to the triboelectric output. Thereby, a series of lower stretching temperatures were chosen for weakening molecular mobility to obtain a membrane (U-300-40) with smaller pore size but maintain a large porosity. As a result, the open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current and transferred charge reached approximately 120 V, 9.5 μA and 44 nC, respectively. Additionally, the water contact angle of 138° and the moisture permeability of 5200 g/m2·24 h presented the potential wearable applications. In order to further improve the wearable performances, the U-300-40 continued to be transversely stretched. The pore size of the membrane (B-200) was only 0.1 µm, which was almost one order of magnitude smaller than that of the uniaxially-stretched membrane owning a similar porosity. Benefiting from the optimized structure, the moisture permeability was further enhanced to 7000 g/m2·24 h, but the output was less impacted. Finally, the fabricated TENG was demonstrated to be a reliable electronic good at monitoring and distinguishing some knee motions. Accordingly, the optimized ePTFE membrane opens an effective route to balance its output and wearable performances, which exhibits a promising application in automatically monitoring the body motions.

BackgroundPost-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) is a serious complication that can occur following an allogenic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (allo-HSCT). PTLD occurs in approximately 0.8% to 20% of patients following an allo-HSCT and is associated with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection in about 60% to 80% of patients. EBV positive (EBV+) PTLD generally arises early, several months following transplantation. The routine methods to diagnose EBV+ PTLD are clinical symptoms, EBV copy number, imageological examination, and pathological diagnosis, of which pathological diagnosis is the gold standard. Yet obtaining a biopsy is not possible with some patients and is not applicable for post-therapy monitoring. Therefore, there is an urgent need to find a simple, highly efficient, feasible, sensitive, and specific diagnostic and monitoring tool. Flow cytometry (FCM) has been established as a highly cost-effective method to diagnose lymphoma over the past several decades, and particularly for screening monoclonal B and/or plasma cells (MC B/P). Several recent publications as well as our own published and unpublished data have found that MC B/P are present in the peripheral blood of most PTLD patients. To this end, FCM detection of MC B/P in PB is a promising screening and monitoring method for EBV(+) PTLD. ObjectiveTo investigate the effectiveness of detecting MC B/P in PB by FCM for EBV+ PTLD screening and monitoring. MethodsA total of 1470 patients received allo-HSCT at the Hebei Yanda Ludaopei Hospital, China from January 2018 through December 2019. We conducted a retrospective study of 481 patients with fever and lymphadenopathy following allo-HSCT. Patient PB was extracted for FCM MC B/P analysis. Plasma EBV viral loads were detected by PCR. The median fellow-up time was 6 months (range: 2 days to 21 months). The relationships of PB MC B/P, EBV load and clinical EBV-associated PTLD symptoms were investigated. Results:MC B/Ps were detected in the PB of 47 patients, of which 29 cases had monoclonal B cells, 14 cases had detectable co-existence of monoclonal B cells and monoclonal plasma cells, and 4 cases had detectable monoclonal plasma cells. The median time to PTLD onset following allo-HSCT was 70 days (range: 33 days to 491 days). The median percentage of monoclonal B cells was 0.43% (range: 0.1% to 23.41%. The median percentage of monoclonal plasma cells was 0.25%). Forty of 47 patients (85.1%) were finally diagnosed with PTLD using clinical comprehensive examination of symptoms. The incidence of clinical EBV+ PTLD was 2.9% (44 of 1470 cases). By FCM, MC B/Ps were observed in the PB of 91% of the patients (40 of 44 cases). No MC B/Ps were found in the PB of 4 patients. MC B/P detection in PB by FCM screening could effectively predict the incidence of EBV+ PTLD with a sensitivity of 90.91% and specificity of 98.40%. The positive predictive value was 85.17% and the negative predictive value was 99.08%. There was no significant correlation between EBV viral copy number and percentage of MC B/P. The median fellow-up time was 6 months (range: 2 days to 21 months) for all patients. The therapeutic response rate was 87.5% (35 of 40 patients) for MC B/P positive EBV+ PTLD patients. In those patients with a therapeutic response, clinical symptoms improved, lymph nodes significantly shrank, EBV viral loads decreased, MC B/Ps decreased or vanished, and CD20+ cell proportion decreased or vanished. Among the 7 patients who had MC B/Ps in PB but were not diagnosed with PTLD , their clinical symptoms recovered after treatment with immunosuppressive therapy. ConclusionBy detecting PB MC B/Ps using FCM, we can successfully screen for EBV+ PTLD and monitor patient therapeutic responses in most cases. FCM to detect MC B/Ps in PB is a new, promising method for the diagnosis and monitoring of EBV+ PTLD. Compared to a biopsy, this appears to be a more simple, easier and more applicable tool to diagnose and monitor EBV+ PTLD.

Background:The outcomes of alternative donor haematopoietic stem cell Transplantation(HSCT)for Inherited bone marrow failure syndromes(IBMFS) have not been well described,especially the conditioning regimens are major challenges ,each disease type has different characteristics, whether engraftment can be achieved with less toxicity. Method :With this background,we retrospectively analyzed alternative donor HSCT for 42 patients with IBMFS in our single center from November 2012 to August 2018. Results:27 cases were Fanconia anemia(FA),7 cases were dyskeratosis congenital(DC), 8 cases were severe congenital neutropenias(SCN). The median age at diagnosis and transplantation were 4(1 to 25 ) years and 10(1.9 to 26)years respectively. Male to female was 28 :14. All patients were confirmed to have BMF and disease-specific pathogenesis-related gene mutations. 16 cases had disease specific congenital anomalies, 10 patients had family history. Chromosomal fragility test was positive in 8 cases of FA group. Indication of HSCT for FA and DC patients which were 30 patients had BMF or transfusion dependency at transplantation;4 cases had clonal disease (2 cases myelodysplasia, 2 cases acute myeloid leukaemia). Indication of HSCT for SCN patients were uncontrollable severe infection .FA received low dose Busulfan (Bu;total dose of 6.4 mg/kg, IV), Fludarabine (Flu; total dose of 120 mg/m2,IV) , Cyclophosphamide (Cy; total dose of 2.0 g/m2,IV) based-reduced intensity conditioning(RIC) ; DC patients received low dose TBI (total 300cGy, Special position, supine) , Flu(total dose of 120 mg/m2,IV) , Cy( total dose of 3.0 g/m2,IV) based-RIC, while SCN patients had Bu(total dose of 12.8 mg/kg, IV),Cy( total dose of 3.6 g/m2,IV) or Flu(total dose of 160 mg/m2,IV) based -myeloablative conditioning(MA); and all patients combinated either of 2 different rabbit ATG ,ATG-T , rabbit anti-human thymocyte immunoglobulin, total dose 5.0 -10 mg/kg in 26 cases or ATG-F ,rabbit anti-human lymphocyte immunoglobulin, total dose 20 mg/kg in 14 cases. Campath-1, Anti-CD52 mAb was accepted with total dose 1mg/kg in 2 cases. Donor types were matched unrelated donor(MUD) in 22 patients ,Haploidentical donor (HID) in 17 patients,unrelated cord blood (UCB) in three cases. Unmanipulated stem cells were used for all patients. The Haplo-HSCT cohort received granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF)-primed BM combined with peripheral blood stem cells (PBSCs) , The MUD HSCT cohort only received G-CSF PBSCs. The UCB HSCT cohort received one unit CB . No primary graft failure was observed. The median myeloid engraftment time was 14 (range, 10 to 21) days.Survivor median follow-up time was 38 months (range, 9-63 months), the overall survival in all patients was 76.1% ,in FA,DC,SCN were 72.4% ,100%,53.0% respectively. Cumulative incidence of 100 days acute graft-versus-host disease(GVHD) was 48.1%,Cumulative incidence 1 year and 3 years of chronic GVHD were 35.0% and 69.3% respectively. The positive chromosomal fragility test was the only independent adverse prognostic factor in multivariate analysis for FA patients rather than age ,donor type and graft source. Main causes of death were GVHD (50%) and infection (20%).No secondary malignancies occurred after HSCT till the last follow up time. Conclusion: In our study, alternative donor and disease-specific conditioning regimen HSCT for IBMFS showed promising prognosis especially for DC patients. Chromosomal fragility test positive was the only independent adverse prognostic factor in HSCT for FA patients.

The level of minimal residual disease (MRD) is one of the most important prognostic indicators for acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). In this study, the data about 390 cases of ALL patients who obtained MRD negative after chemotherapy or CART therapy underwent allogenic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) in our center were retrospectively analyzed. The MRD was detected by flow cytometry or molecular methods such as fusion genes or gene mutations. 235 were males and 155 were females. Median age was 15 years old (range 2-64). According to 2016 WHO classification, the diagnosis were Pro-B-ALL(n=24), Common B-ALL(n=113), Pre-B-ALL(n=17), Hyperdiploid (n=8), BCR-ABL positive B-ALL(n=51), MLL rearranged B-ALL (n=19), TEL-AML positive B-ALL (n=13), E2A-PBX B-ALL (n=16), BCR-ABL1-like B-All (n=4), Pro-T-ALL(n=8), Pre-T-AL(n=21), Cortical T-ALL(n=17), Medullary T-ALL (n=6) and ETP T-ALL(n=1). Other 5 patients have complex karyotypes and 67 patients cannot be grouped because of absence complete information about immunophenotypes or genetic profiles. Total number of B-ALL was 295 (54 of which received CART therapy before transplant.) and T-ALL was 92. Another one was T-B mixed lineage and remaining two's lineages was unknown. 14% of the patients had sibling identical donors (n=54), 66% of the patients had haplo-identical relative donors (n=258) and others are unrelated donor (n=77) or cord blood (n=1) transplantation. Disease status before transplant are CR1 (n=228), CR2(n=134) and ≥CR3(n=28). MNC dose was 8.30(2.50-22.60)×108/kg, CD34+cells dose was 4.51(0.89-19.61) ×106/kg and CD3+cells was 1.58(0.01-37.63) ×108/kg. Preparative regimens were based on TBI (n=352) or Bu (n=38). The median time to neutrophil and platelets engraftment was 14 and 12 days. Five-years OS and disease-free survival (DFS) for all patients were 71.7% and 71.1% . Univariate analysis showed difference of impact on overall survival about the patient' gender, age, T or B immunotype, WHO classification, whether or not receiving CART therapy before transplant, conditioning regimen based on TBI or Bu, years of transplant, and time from diagnosis to transplant (≤1year, >1year, ≤2year, >2year, ≤3year, >3year) was not statistically significant. 5-ys OS for CR1, CR2, >CR2 were 77.4%, 60.9%, 67.8% (p=0.0018). Five-years OS for sibling-identical , unrelated donor and haplo-identical transplant were 74.8%, 68.8% and 79.6% (p=0.026). The incidence of gradeⅠ-Ⅱ aGVHD and grade Ⅲ-ⅣaGVHD within 100 days were 1.5% and 2.1%. Limited cGVHD was 10.3% and extensive cGVHD was 9.2%. 5 years cumulative relapse rate was 12.2%. In summary, when MRD were negative before transplantation, the result of allo-HSCT for ALL is good. The factors affecting the survival rate are disease status and interval between diagnosis and transplant time rather than gender, age, WHO classification, immunotype, whether or not receiving CART therapy and conditioning regimen.

Introduction: CD19-CAR-T cells induce high rates of initial response among patients with refractory/relapsed and MRD positive high risk B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). Afterwards allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) can further reduce relapse rate. Our previous results had shown that CR obtained by CD19 CAR-T had comparable significance to CR by chemotherapy before Allogeneic HSCT in B-ALL.

Background: Salvage BMT is considered for patients with refractory SAA if an HLA-matched unrelated donor (URD) is available, but many patients, especially minorities, are unable to find an URD in the registry . Donor availability has remained an important limitation to the success of BMT in SAA . Haploidentical donor(HID) are available for nearly all patients and can be performed immediately particularly crucial for patients with vSAA who need prompt therapy .so the past ten years ,HID has been widely used as a considered donor in HSCT for SAA. but in the early years the high rate of the primary graft failure and severe GVHD limited its clinical application.However in the recent years , with advances in in vivo regulation of T-cells, optimized conditioning regimens, and improved supportive care.The results of HID-HSCT not only have significantly increased.but also in the treatment status of SAA is increasing prominence,Even in some multicenter study,HID-HSCT be used as first line treatment for newly diagnosied SAA and achieved similar outcome to MSD-HSCT. But there are not comparable studies on HID and MUD HSCT in SAA.In order to further evalued the therapeutic effect and safety of HID SCT for the SAA, We retrospectively analysed the outcomes of 89 patients with acquired SAA who had received HID and MUD HSCT between 2012and 2016 in our single center.
