This article considers problems such as the definition of food security and the inclusion of food independence in this concept. The conclusion has been drawn that there have been no major threats to the Russian market from the global food market. Alternative definitions and classifications of the standing of the agricultural foods system have been suggested.

The article covers the scale and dynamics of changes in the model of ownership in Russian big companies in 2007–2014. In brief these changes can be described as the shift from sole ownership to the coalition of shareholders. Analysis of empirical data demonstrates that this shift started in the prosperous mid 2000-ties and continued both in crisis and post crisis periods.

This paper is a direct continuation of [1]. However, in this work, a subjective aspect of the topic is considered, not the industrial. In other words, we have analyzed how the privatization, nationalization, and consolidation of state-owned assets affected major players, i.e., the biggest companies and integrated business groups (IBG). In addition, the paper attempts to evaluate the results of these processes from the point of view of the national economy. At least 6 years have passed since major events related to these processes happened and the government declared the main goals. Now it is possible to sum up first results. The studied period is 2000–2013.

This paper represents the first part of studies of the change in the role of the state in Russian large-scale business in 2000–2013. An analysis of major transactions and decisions related to the privatization, nationalization, and consolidation of state-owned assets is used as a basic instrument. The dynamics of the ratio between the private and public sectors is considered from the viewpoint of leading economic branches and sectors; hypotheses are formulated about the system of motives, which the state is guided by. (The second part of the study will consider the same processes from the viewpoint of major actual players, their goals, strategies, acquisitions, and losses.)

In the formation of a compound nucleus the evolution of a dinuclear system is considered. The enhanced yield of light particles for some reactions is explained by the dynamic reasons. The role of quantum and thermal fluctuations is discussed. The results of the previous paper are confirmed.

The coupling of the radial and mass-asymmetry modes is analysed. It is shown that this coupling is weak for near symmetric configurations and enhances strongly if the asymmetry increases. The interpretation of enhanced yield of light particles in fusion-type reactions is suggested. The role of the angular momentum and friction is considered. The dependence of calculation results on the entrance channel is indicated. The form of the nucleus-nucleus potential for very asymmetric configurations is discussed.

The proton and neutron transfer in deep-inelastic heavy-ion collisions (DIC) is investigated in the framework of the microscopical model. It is shown that the isospin dependence of the single-particle potential is important for the correct description of the experimental data. For illustration different characteristics of the reactions238U+40,48Ca,197Au+40Ar and100Mo+40Ar are calculated. The qualitative agreement of the theoretical results with experimental data is demonstrated. Model calculations indicate that theN/Z-equilibrium process is monotonic. The calculated isotope production cross sections of light elements are in agreement with the Qgg-systematics.

The dinuclear system model is used to describe the fusion of heavy ions to superheavy nuclei and the quasifission process in the same reactions. The results agree with the present available experimental data.

Employing the quadratic fermionic Hamiltonians for the collective and internal subsystems with a linear coupling, we studied the role of fermionic statistics on the dynamics of the collective motion. The transport coefficients are discussed as well as the associated fluctuation-dissipation relation. Due to different nature of the particles, the path to equilibrium is slightly affected. However, in the weak-coupling regime, the time scale for approaching equilibrium is found to be globally unchanged. The Pauli-blocking effect can modify the usual picture in open quantum system. In some limits, contrary to boson, this effect can strongly hinder the influence of the bath by blocking the interacting channels. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Employing quadratic fermionic and bosonic Hamiltonians for collective and internal subsystems with a linear rotating-wave-approximation coupling, we studied the role of heat-bath statistics on the dynamics of the collective motion. The master equations for the collective occupation number derived directly from the quadratic Hamiltonians and within the Non-Markovian Langevin approach are discussed and their solutions are obtained. Because of the different nature of the heat-bath statistics, the path to equilibrium or the relaxation time is affected as shown in the numerical calculations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

With the quantum diffusion approach, the probability of passing through the parabolic barrier and the quasistationary thermal decay rate from a metastable state are examined in the limit of linear coupling both in momentum and in coordinate between a collective subsystem and the environment. With the quantum diffusion approach, the passing probability through the parabolic barrier is examined in the limit of linear coupling in the momentum between the collective subsystem and environment. The dependencies of the penetrability on time, energy, and the coupling strength between the interacting subsystems are studied. The non-Markovian Langevin approach is applied to study the dynamics of fermionic (bosonic) oscillator linearly coupled to a fermionic (bosonic) environment. The analytical expressions for occupation numbers in two different types of couplings (rotating-wave approximation and fully coupled) are compared and discussed. The weak-coupling and high- and low-temperature limits are considered as well. The conditions under which the environment imposes its thermal equilibrium on the collective subsystem are discussed. The sameness of the results, obtained with both the Langevin approach and the discretized environment method are shown. Short- and long-time nonequilibrium dynamics of fermionic and bosonic open quantum systems are analyzed both analytically and numerically. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
