Total quality management (TQM) plays a significant role in the improvement and development of education performance (EP) in state institutions. There are many problems facing education. First, the lack of TQM implementation in secondary schools has resulted in poor education performance. Second, lack of compliance by stakeholders in the implementation of TQM has exacerbated the issues. Third, poor implementation of information technology (IT) to boost education performance in Iraq necessitated embarking on this research. Fourth, weakness in education performance was another associated problem in Iraqi educational system. This study aims to improve education performance in secondary schools. This study has used Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), SamrtPLS 3, and quantitative survey. There is a significant relationship between TQM and EP, with information technology (IT) and compliance (CO) as mediators in the secondary schools in Iraq.

Total quality management (TQM) plays a vital role to ensure the success in educational institutions. Modern techniques should be applied in the preparatory schools of Iraq in order to follow the rapid global pace. However, many previous studies have examined the impact of TQM on education (Edu.) but studies on Iraqi preparatory schools are limited. TQM has various approaches and this study focuses on cultural change, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. This is an empirical study; a questionnaire was adopted and distributed among Iraqi schools. Data were collected and analysed through structural equation modelling through smart PLS. It has been found that TQM has positive effects on educational performance. All three dimensions of TQM (change culture, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction) have a positive and significant relationship with educational performance. Lastly, leadership excellence is contributing more than knowledge excellence in educational performance. This study will help the management of the school with regards to strategic decision-making.

Nowadays, Malaysian entrepreneurs implement green practices such as Environmental Management System (EMS) ISO 14001 because of high demand from the customers. It is evident that most Malaysian entrepreneurs are motivated by customer demand in pursuing their environmental initiatives in the business operations. Enviropreneurial Value Chain (EVC) is one of the approaches that focus on green innovation, which can enhance the development of voluntary initiatives in green products and processes. Therefore, this study intends to review Enviropreneurial Value Chain (EVC) based on Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) processes and Natural Resources Based View (NRBV) strategies and the hypotheses have been constructed.
