It states that the space for the massive sculpture and paintings were owned by Creative Time Inc. and donated by the Orient Overseas Association. It mentions the sculpture and paintings were made of wood plastic, fiber glass and vinyl wherein a team of 20 painters, carpenters and engineers worked together under the direction of artists Red Grooms and Mimi Gross. It mentions the paintings and sculptures include the famous landmarks of Manhattan such as the Apollo Theater, the Brooklyn Bridge and Central Park.
