Abstract

The article reports that Robert Harrison, publisher of the magazine "Confidential," his associates, and his two sisters have voluntarily surrendered at district attorney's (DA) office in Manhattan, New York City for charges such as criminal libel. It states that California Governor Goodwin Knight has approved extradition papers to get them to New York city. It adds that Harrison & Co. will oppose the extradition and filed suit against Attorney General Edmund G. Brown of California.
