Abstract

The article reports that Eastern Oregon Alcoholism Foundation has lost federal funds for a detox center in the U.S. The center which is 60 percent finished, lost funds due to the refusal of the Umatilla County officials to wait for 14 days for public comment before construction. However, according to a paper by the "Associated Press," the problem is already being corrected.
