The article reports on the result of a study conducted by lead researcher and physician Jane Givens of Boston University Medical Center and her colleagues about ethnic variations in treatment preferences for depression. According to the study, Americans, Hispanics and Asians reported more skepticism regarding antidepressant use, compared with white study participants.
