Abstract
A study conducted at Anhui University in the People's Republic of China introduces a new method for group decision-making that considers the psychological attitudes of decision-makers. The method incorporates twin multiplicative data envelopment analysis regret-rejoice cross-efficiency models and a weighting model with individual tolerance. The research highlights the merits and robustness of the proposed method through sensitive and comparative analysis, with a case study conducted to test its validity and applicability.
