Abstract
A personal narrative is presented wherein the author describes how her decision to change her career and become a physical therapist assistant (PTA) at the age of 40 changed her life and how happy it has made her to play an important and fulfilling role in serving patients with cancer.

Abstract
The article discusses the study by psychologist P. J. Oh and colleagues at Sahmyook University in South Korea on the ability of psychosocial interventions to extend the lives of cancer patients. The finding of the study suggesting that there was no evidence that psychosocial interventions prolong the lives of the patients based on all the data from a number of studies is highlighted.
