Il arrive parfois qu’une organisation voie le besoin de changer profondément sa façon de faire et doive entreprendre une transformation. Plus qu’un simple changement, ceci affecte l’organisation entière et touche à la fois les humains, les processus, la technologie et la culture de l’organisation. Lorsque les entreprises entreprennent ces transformations, elles en suivent l’évolution essentiellement en faisant des suivis de projet. Toutefois, elles ne mesurent habituellement pas les bénéfices en cours de transformation. En effet, le processus de transformation est long et les efforts sont concentrés sur l’exécution des activités des projets et ainsi, les objectifs d’affaires et la réalisation des bénéfices sont rapidement perdus de vue. Il y a alors de grands risques de dépenser beaucoup de temps, d’efforts et de ressources dans des activités qui, malgré ce qui avait été anticipé au départ de la transformation, n’apportent pas les bénéfices escomptés et n’aident pas l’organisation à atteindre sa vision cible. À la lumière de ces considérations, il appert que le suivi d’indicateurs de performance de la transformation, liés aux résultats finaux désirés, s’impose pour assurer la réussite de la transformation, autant sur le plan de la gestion du projet que de la réalisation des bénéfices d’affaires attendus. Cette recherche consiste à développer une approche permettant d’identifier les indicateurs de performances qui permettent de suivre les bénéfices d’une transformation organisationnelle, tant pendant son déroulement qu’à la fin. Pour ce faire, cette recherche utilisera le Business motivation model (BMM), développé par l’Object Management Group, plus spécifiquement, les parties concernant les fins et les moyens, afin de répondre à la problématique. Cette recherche apporte comme contribution une méthode novatrice intégrant le BMM et le concept d’indicateur de performance afin de suivre les bénéfices d’une transformation organisationnelle. In this sense, BMM and BPMN were selected because both have the support of OMG and they are fairly well known for modelling the strategic level and operational level, respectively. In addition, i* modeling goal can be used for reducing the gap between these two standards. This proposal may help both the high-level design of the information system and to the appropriate identification of the business processes that will support it.This paper presents a methodology for aligning strategy and the operation based on standards and heuristics. We have made a classification for elements of the models and, for some specific cases, an extension of the heuristics associated between them. Organizacijos verslo planų kūrimas yra viena iš priemonių įmonei apibrėžti vykdomus procesus, nustatyti ateities galimybes. Verslo Motyvacijos Modelis yra naudojamas kaip pagrindas verslo planų kūrimui. Šiame magistriniame darbe yra nagrinėjamas Verslo Motyvacijos Modelis (BMM), sukurta specializuota aplinka, kuri yra pritaikyta BMM modelių kūrimui, nustatinėjama ar programinės įrangos kūrime naudojama UML modeliavimo kalba gali būti panaudojama verslo planavime. Tam, kad ištirti modeliavimo kalbos panaudojimą Verslo Motyvacijos Modelių kūrime naudojamas modeliavimo įrankis MagicDraw UML. Panaudojus DSML technologiją sukuriama aplinka, pritaikyta Verslo Motyvacijos Modelių kūrimui. Šia aplinka sukurtas pavyzdinis organizacijos BMM modelis. Tam, kad būtų įrodytas aplinkos veiksmingumas bei jos pranašumas prieš nepritaikytą UML aplinką, sukurtas BMM modelis panaudojant MagicDraw UML įrankio klasių diagramų kūrimo galimybę. In this masters final work is researched Business Motivation Model (BMM), developed specialized environment which is adapted for BMM models developing, researching do software development used UML modeling language can be use and in business planning. For research modeling language using in Business Motivation Models developing was used MagicDraw UML tool. Was used DSML engine to develop specialized environment for BMM modeling. With specialized tool was modeled the example of Business Motivation Model. To show environment effectiveness and advantage opposite not adopted UML environment, was developed BMM model using MagicDraw UML tools class diagram scope. The developed models were researched, was made criteria and model were tested by them.
