This research aims to determine the incidence of the architect of the supervisory team in the conformity of work in multifamily buildings in 2019, allowing us to see the participation of the architect as a supervisor in the results and how their participation influences. The methodology used is composed of a non-experimental type of research, a mixed approach because it is qualitative and quantitative with a descriptive correlational scope; through the observation of items and the use of surveys, with a sample of 47 multi-family buildings. According to the results obtained from the statistical process, the confirmation of the general hypothesis with a correlation of (0.715) is mentioned, in the same way in the case of trace control and stakeout with a correlation of (0.838); of the fixed finishes of (0.798) and the non-fixed finishes with a correlation of (0.870). Finally, it is concluded that the architect's role as a supervisor is a function that can be carried out in work to achieve the conformity of a piece of multi- family buildings and the control of the line and the disposition elements Fixed. Non-fixed finishes are related and influence the decrease in observations on the variation of measurements and dimensions in the quality and conformity of the work of multi-family buildings.

In the management of supply, problems may arise that prevent having an adequate contract for the fulfillment of the public purpose that all public procurement seeks. These problems can be identified in the preparatory phase, in the selection and award phase, as well as in the contractual execution, differently affecting the contracting process as a whole, depending on the level of incidence and intensity that they present. From this perspective, the present study deals with public contracting of works, specifically focusing on the contractual execution phase. Attention to this contractual object is justified by: the volume of public resources that it involves, the complexity that it supposes due to the involvement of technical aspects and construction parameters, and a special concern for a contractual object that, apparently, has received little attention from the Administrative Law and academic literature from outside engineering. Thus, throughout the study, we identified some aspects of the execution of the work, the functionality of which will be relevant in order to have a well-executed infrastructure, within the foreseen terms, reducing the foreseeable risks and guaranteeing the proper use of State resources. Likewise, we describe the contingencies that affect the contractual execution and we propose some control mechanisms focused mainly on the supervision of work or optional management as the agent responsible for the contract. In this way, we not only provide a diagnosis in the sense of identifying and describing the problems detected in the execution of the work, but we also reach proposals on how to minimize risks, so that the economic operator complies with its contractual services, adhering to the technical file , the specifications and the technical specifications, En la gestión del abastecimiento se pueden presentar problemas que impiden contar con un contrato adecuado para el cumplimiento de la finalidad pública que busca toda contratación pública. Estos problemas pueden identificarse en la fase de actos preparatorios, en la de selección y adjudicación, así como en la ejecución contractual, afectando de manera distinta al proceso de contratación en su conjunto, según el nivel de incidencia e intensidad que presenten. Bajo esta perspectiva, el presente estudio aborda la contratación pública de obra, centrándose específicamente en la fase de ejecución contractual. La atención a este objeto contractual se justifica por: el volumen de recursos públicos que compromete, la complejidad que supone debido al involucramiento de aspectos técnicos y parámetros constructivos, y una especial inquietud por un objeto contractual que, al parecer, ha merecido poca atención del Derecho Administrativo y de la propia literatura académica ajena a la ingeniería. Es así que a lo largo del estudio identificamos algunos aspectos de la ejecución de obra cuya funcionalidad será relevante para contar con infraestructura bien ejecutada, dentro de los plazos previstos, reduciendo los riesgos previsibles y garantizando el buen uso de los recursos del Estado. Asimismo, describimos las contingencias que aquejan la ejecución contractual y planteamos algunos mecanismos de control enfocados principalmente en la supervisión de obra o dirección facultativa como agente responsable del contrato. De esta manera, no sólo aportamos diagnóstico en el sentido de identificar y describir la problemática detectada en la ejecución de obra, sino que también alcanzamos propuestas sobre cómo minimizar riesgos, a efectos de que el operador económico cumpla sus prestaciones contractuales, ciñéndose al expediente técnico, los pliegos y las especificaciones técnicas
