Ve dnech 11.–13. září 2023 proběhl 15. ročník konference Trendy v biomedicínském inženýrství (TBMI). Hlavním pořadatelem konference byla Česká společnost biomedicínského inženýrství a lékařské informatiky (ČSBMILI). Lokálním pořadatelem konference byl Ústav biomedicínského inženýrství (ÚBMI) Fakulty elektrotechniky a komunikačních technologií Vysokého učení technického v Brně (FEKT VUT). Konference se konala v hotelu Atlantis v blízkosti Brněnské přehrady. Přijelo celkem 79 účastníků, kteří prezentovali 45 příspěvků. Tento příspěvek zastřešuje celý sborník a shrnuje zásadní informace o 15. ročníku TBMI.

Mikroprocesorová technika v současné době zasahuje snad do všech oblastí zdravotnické techniky, ať už se jedná o různé podpůrné či autonomní systémy, detektory, dataloggery či součásti diagnostických a terapeutických přístrojů, a právě proto má i své místo ve výuce napříč všemi studijními programy vyučovanými v biomedicínských oborech.

Biological experiments involving isolated organs and tissues demand precise temperature monitoring and regulation. An automatic temperature control system was proposed and optimised on real isolated swine hearts and the prototype is described in this work. The traditional Langendorff apparatus consists of a heart holder, a reservoir of perfusion solution flowing to aortic cannula and a heating bath allowing passive heat transfer to the reservoir of perfusion solution. The commercial infrared camera FLIR T62101 was added to this basic set-up and used for very precise monitoring of the temperature kinetic of the organ and connected with an electronic feedback loop, which allowed real-time and precise regulation of heat transfer from the heating bath to the perfusion solution and in turn indirectly to the heart tissue. This provides real time control and active regulation of the myocardial tissue temperature. The infrared camera was tested in several modes and several variants of detection were optimised for ideal measurement of the region of interest of the ex vivo organ. The kinetics of the temperature changes and temperature stability of the tissue were recorded and calibrated by external electronic thermometers (type Pt100, inserted in tissue). The time lapse from the hang-up of the hypo termed organ (30 °C) until optimal warming (37 °C) was less than eight minutes in the final instrument prototype. The final stability of the 37 °C tissue temperature was approved; the temperature fluctuation of left ventricle tissue was characterised as 36.8 ± 0.5 °C. This upgraded traditional instrument could be used in specific preclinical and clinical transplantation and analytical projects in future.

Atomic force microscopic images before and after growth, x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and x-ray diffraction investigations confirm structural and chemical properties of our thin films. We report on fabrication of spatially-coherent columnar plasmonic nanostructure superlattice-type thin films with high porosity and strong optical anisotropy using glancing angle deposition. Subsequent and repeated depositions of silicon and gold lead to nanometer-dimension subcolumns with controlled lengths. We perform generalized spectroscopic ellipsometry measurements and finite element method computations to elucidate the strongly anisotropic optical properties of the highly-porous Si-Au slanted columnar heterostructures. The occurrence of a strongly localized plasmonic mode with displacement pattern reminiscent of a dark quadrupole mode is observed in the vicinity of the gold subcolumns. We demonstrate tuning of this quadrupole-like mode frequency within the near-infrared spectral range by varying the geometry of Si-Au slanted columnar heterostructures. In addition, coupled-plasmon-like and inter-band transition-like modes occur in the visible and ultra-violet spectral regions, respectively. Understanding the influence of surface roughness on the deposition of nanoparticles is important to a variety of environmental and industrial processes. In this work, slanted columnar thin films (SCTFs) were engineered to serve as an analogue for rough surfaces with controlled height and surface properties. The deposition of titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO(2)NPs) onto alumina-or silica-coated SCTFs (Al2O3-Si-SCTF, SiO2-Si-SCTF) with varying heights (50 nm, 100 nm, and 200 nm) was measured using a combined quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation monitoring (QCM-D) and generalized ellipsometry (GE) technique. No TiO2NP deposition was observed on flat, silica-coated QCM-D sensors or rough, 100 nm thick SiO2-Si-SCTF. TiO2NP deposition onto Al2O3-Si-SCTFs in ultra-pure water was significantly higher than on the flat alumina-coated QCM-D sensor, and deposition increased as the roughness height increased. The nanoparticle attachment was sensitive to the local flow field and the interaction energy between nanoparticles and the QCM-D sensor. At a higher ionic strength condition (100 mM NaCl), TiO2NP aggregates with varying sizes formed a rigid layer on top of SCTFs. For the first time, deposition of nanoparticles was measured as a function of roughness height, and the impact of roughness on the properties of the attached nanoparticle layers was revealed. WO3 thin films were grown by atomic layer deposition and spectroscopic ellipsometry data gathered in the photon energy range of 0.72-8.5 eV, and from multiple samples were utilized to determine the frequency dependent complex-valued isotropic dielectric function for WO3. We employ a critical-point model dielectric function analysis and determine a parameterized set of oscillators and compare the observed critical-point contributions with the vertical transition energy distribution found within the band structure of WO3 calculated by the density functional theory. The surface roughness was investigated using atomic force microscopy, and compared with the effective roughness as seen by the spectroscopic ellipsometry. Slanted columnar thin films (SCTFs) are high surface area nanostructured thin films fabricated by glancing angle deposition, a physical vapor deposition technique. The properties of SCTFs have given rise to their use as substrates for optical, biological, catalysis, and many other research avenues. The highly ordered, spatially coherent arrangement of the constituent nanostructures which comprise the SCTF exhibit strong anisotropic optical properties. These anisotropic optical properties are observable with generalized spectroscopic ellipsometry (GSE), an optical analysis technique capable of determining SCTF optical and structural parameters through a best-match model approach. Recent investigations have shown that SCTFs are highly applicable for use in liquid and flow-cell experiments. Accordingly, electrochemically (EC) induced changes to the composition of the SCTFs or to functionalized coatings conformally coating the SCTFs are capable of producing optically anisotropic electrochromic responses, observable with GSE and verifiable with complementary analysis techniques. In this work, the growth and preparation of SCTFs passivated by ultra-thin layers, either by atomic layer deposition or functionalized self-assembled monolayers, are presented. Analysis techniques for optical and structural characterization of the SCTFs are detailed. The design and experimental application protocols for the in-situ EC-GSE liquid cell and the in-situ tribrid (EC-GSE-quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation) flow cell are provided. Lithium-ion intercalation and deintercalation of silicon-alumina core-shell SCTFs are stimulated by cyclic voltammetry and monitored with GSE. The compositional changes of the SCTF electrode produce strong electrochromic changes, which are observed in the anisotropic optical constants of the SCTF when elicited with a best-match model incorporating the homogeneous biaxial layer approach. Optical and structural properties of sequential Co-column-NiFe-column slanted columnar heterostructure thin films with an A1203 passivation coating are reported. Electron-beam evaporated glancing angle deposition is utilized to deposit the sequential multiple-material slanted columnar heterostructure thin films. Mueller matrix generalized spectroscopic ellipsometry data is analyzed with a best-match model approach employing the anisotropic Bruggeman effective medium approximation formalism to determine bulk-like and anisotropic optical and structural properties of the individual Co and NiFe slanted columnar material sub-layers. Scanning electron microscopy is applied to image the Co-NiFe sequential growth properties and to verify the results of the ellipsometric analysis. Comparisons to single-material slanted columnar thin films and optically bulk solid thin films are presented and discussed. We find that the optical and structural properties of each material sub-layer of the sequential slanted columnar heterostructure film are distinct from each other and resemble those of their respective single-material counterparts. Electron-beam evaporation at a glancing angle of 85 is utilized to fabricate highly ordered, spatially coherent titanium slanted columnar thin films. Prior to deposition of the slanted columnar thin films, a titanium nucleation layer is deposited using electron-beam deposition at normal incidence with various intended nucleation layer thicknesses of 0 nm, 5 nm, 7.5 nm, 10 nm, 20 nm, and 50 nm. Structural and optical properties of the anisotropic porous thin films are studied by scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, and Mueller matrix generalized spectroscopic ellipsometry in the near infrared to ultra-violet spectral regions. An anisotropic effective medium approximation is employed for analysis of the ellipsometry data in order to determine slanting angle and porosity model parameters. We find that the slanting angle and titanium volume fraction are strongly influenced by the nucleation layer thickness. Structural parameters of SCTFs deposited on 50 nm nucleation layers are similar to those from SCTFs with no nucleation layer. For small nucleation layer thicknesses, the corresponding SCTF slanting angle and titanium volume fraction decrease reaching a minimum of approximate to 33 degrees and approximate to 12% respectively, at 10 nm nucleation layer thickness. In accordance with the strong decrease in volume fraction we observe substantial reduction of the effective anisotropic thin film optical constants. We find the slanting angle and porosity variation reproducible and suggest use of a nucleation layer for control of slanting angle and porosity of slanted columnar thin films. The anisotropic optical dielectric functions of a metal (cobalt) slanted columnar thin film deposited by electronbeam glancing angle deposition are reported for the terahertz (THz) frequency domain before and after the slanted columnar thin film was passivated by a conformal alumina coating. A simple effective medium dielectric function homogenization approach which describes isolated, electrically conductive columns rendering the thin film biaxial (orthorhombic) is used to model the observed optical responses. Upon passivating the slanted columnar thin film with a 3 nm thick alumina film an increase of both the real and the imaginary part of the dielectric function for all major polarizability directions is found and attributed to screening effects within the spatially coherent metal nanocolumns. The authors report on the structural and optical property changes of alumina passivated amorphous Si slanted columnar thin films during electrochemical Li-ion intercalation and deintercalation determined by in situ generalized spectroscopic ellipsometry. The cyclic voltammetry investigations versus Li/Li+ are performed at a rate of 1mV/s, while Mueller matrix generalized spectroscopic ellipsometry data are collected. Through a best-match model analysis utilizing the homogeneous biaxial layer approach, temporal anisotropic optical constants are obtained. The authors observe a strong anisotropic electrochromic response with maximum changes of similar to 18% in the anisotropic refractive indices and similar to 750% in the anisotropic extinction coefficients. Furthermore, the thin films reversibly expand and contract by similar to 35%. A comparative analysis of the temporal optical constant response to the changes in overall optical anisotropy of the electrode reveals six transient regions throughout the Li-ion intercalation and deintercalation cycle of the highly ordered three-dimensional nanostructures. The transients correspond to electrochemical potential regions which show limited charge transfer, metalization or demetalization, and swelling or deswelling of the nanostructures. Furthermore, the electrochemical potential regions in which the transients are observed here are very similar to those previously reported for Li-ion intercalation and deintercalation of silicon nanowires using structural analysis techniques, where four distinct phases of Li-Si alloy formation were revealed. The authors find that at low Li contributions, swelling and deswelling occur preferentially along the slanted columns, while at high Li contributions, swelling and deswelling occur preferentially within the intercolumnar space. Highly ordered and spatially coherent cobalt slanted columnar thin films (SCTFs) were deposited by glancing angle deposition onto silicon substrates, and subsequently oxidized by annealing at 475 degrees C. Scanning electron microscopy, Raman scattering, generalized ellipsometry, and density functional theory investigations reveal shape-invariant transformation of the slanted nanocolumns from metallic to transparent metal-oxide core-shell structures with properties characteristic of spinel cobalt oxide. We find passivation of Co-SCTFs yielding Co-Al2O3 core-shell structures produced by conformal deposition of a few nanometers of alumina using atomic layer deposition fully prevents cobalt oxidation in ambient and from annealing up to 475 degrees C. We present a new framework to detect various types of variable objects within massive astronomical time-series data. Assuming that the dominant population of objects is non-variable, we find outliers from this population by using a non-parametric Bayesian clustering algorithm based on an infinite GaussianMixtureModel (GMM) and the Dirichlet Process. The algorithm extracts information from a given dataset, which is described by six variability indices. The GMM uses those variability indices to recover clusters that are described by six-dimensional multivariate Gaussian distributions, allowing our approach to consider the sampling pattern of time-series data, systematic biases, the number of data points for each light curve, and photometric quality. Using the Northern Sky Variability Survey data, we test our approach and prove that the infinite GMM is useful at detecting variable objects, while providing statistical inference estimation that suppresses false detection. Asteroid families, traditionally defined as clusters of objects in orbital parameter space, often have distinctive optical colors. We show that the separation of family members from background interlopers can be improved with the aid of SDSS colors as a qualifier for family membership. Based on an ~88,000 object subset of the Sloan Digital Sky Survey Moving Object Catalog 4 with available proper orbital elements, we define 37 statistically robust asteroid families with at least 100 members using a simple Gaussian distribution model in both orbital and color space. The interloper rejection rate based on colors is typically ~10% for a given orbital family definition, with four families that can be reliably isolated only with the aid of colors. About 50% of all objects in this data set belong to families, and this fraction varies from about 35% for objects brighter than an H magnitude of 13 and rises to 60% for objects fainter than this. The fraction of C-type objects in families decreases with increasing H magnitude for H > 13, while the fraction of S-type objects above this limit remains effectively constant. This suggests that S-type objects require a shorter timescale for equilibrating the background and family size distributions via collisional processing. The size distributions for 15 families display a well-defined change of slope and can be modeled as a "broken" double power-law. Such "broken" size distributions are twice as likely for S-type familes than for C-type families, and are dominated by dynamically old families. The remaining families with size distributions that can be modeled as a single power law are dominated by young families. Fluid mechanics and probability theory are invoked to model the dynamics of bacteria swimming using tactic behaviors (movements or reorientation in response to chemical, physical or environmental stimuli) in flowing, viscous media. Physical descriptions are developed for bacterial chemotaxis (response to chemical agents) near particles exuding attractants, a small-scale process with global-scale implications for the biogeochemistry of the oceans. Three cases were investigated: a stationary particle, a slowly moving particle and a particle that generates a hydrodynamic wake in the form of attached vortices. The key finding of this thesis consists in the discovery of several scenarios in which motile bacteria swimming via random walks put themselves at a disadvantage in their quest for food with respect to non-motile pacteria. Thus, there exist threshold values in nutrient gradients and bacterial chemosensory ability below which bacteria would be better served if they did not swim. In the presence of vortices, it was discovered that bacteria can exploit the recirculating flow field to vastly increase their nutrient supply, but only if they alter their swimming behavior as a function of the concentration field., (cont.) Otherwise, slow bacteria completely miss the hydrodynamic wake (and the high nutrient region) behind a nearby moving particle, while fast bacteria end up colonizing the particle (i.e. clustering around the particle and potentially anchoring themselves to it). Výstupem programu jsou detekované konce T vln pro inflaci balonku a R vlny pro jeho deflaci., The thesis is concerned with intraaortic balloon counterpulsation, which serves as a supporting method for the operation of failing heart. In the teoretical part is described principle of this method, its effects and the basic indications and contraindications of using. In the practical part of this work is proposed method for detecting triggering points realized in graphical program LabVIEW. The program outputs are detected ends of T wave for balloon inflation and R wave for its deflation.

Komorové extrasystoly jsou patologické změny signálu EKG. Detekce komorových extrasystol na dvanáctisvodovém EKG byla vytvořena v prostředí matlab. Práce obsahuje dva algoritmy. První algoritmus je založen na porovnávání šířky QRS komplexů. Druhý algoritmus detekuje maximální a minimální hodnoty signálu v oblasti QRS komplexů. Hledáme shodu těchto dvou algoritmů a poté při výskytu možných komorových extrasystol v minimálně sedmi z dvanácvi svodů, označíme tyto polohy za komorové extrasystoly., Ventricular extrasystoles are pathological changes in the ECG signal. Detection of ventricular extrasystoles on 12leads ECG was created in MATLAB. My work contains two algorithms. The first of these algorithms is based on comparision wides of QRS komplexes. The second algorithm matchs maximum and minimum evaluations of QRS komplexes. We look for agreements beetween these two algorithms and finally if we find these agreenments in seven leads at least we will suppose presence of ventricular extrasystoles.

Dále je vytvořen interaktivní program sluchadla, který má implementovány různé rovnice pro ekvalizaci zvuku., This thesis contains the block diagram of hearing aid, anatomy description of human hearing system and description of most important physical values in this problematics of hearing and sound. There are analyzed several types of hearing tests for diagnosis of the hearing loss level and some types of algorithms, which fit the frequency characteristic of patient's hearing loss too. Further this thesis contains interactive program of hearing aid, which has implemented equations for sound equalization.

V práci jsou popsána různá řešení detekce bublin v krvi a jejich výhody a nevýhody. Na základě nejvhodnější metody detekce je navržen detektor bublin. Práce v praktické části obsahuje návrh detektoru pro venózní set o průměru 20 mm. Zařízení pro detekci bublin umožňuje po připojení ke krevní pumpě přerušit její činnost. Výstup práce jsou výkresová schémata, návrh tištěného spoje i grafy z realizace obvodů., ABSTRAKT This thesis is the theoretical part deals with various ways of cleansing the blood, with a focus on hem dialysis. Describes the technical solution and monitor the dialysis flow diagram of blood and dialysate. The paper describes various solutions to detect bubbles in the blood and their advantages and disadvantages. Based on the best method of detection are designed detector bubbles. Working in the practical part contains a proposal detector set for venous diameter of 20 mm. Equipment to detect bubbles allows for connection to a blood pump discontinue its activities. Output works are drawing diagrams, printed circuit board design and implementation of graphs circuits.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem digitálního osciloskopu pomocí vývojové platformy Arduino Mega ADK. V teoretické části práce jsou rozebrány základní parametry digitálních osciloskopů, typy vzorkování a obecné vlastnosti A/D převodníků. Práce se dále zabývá popisem vývojové platformy Arduino Mega ADK. Praktická část práce popisuje jednotlivé kroky realizace osciloskopu. Od obecného návrhu přechází v konkrétní popis řešení softwaru a hardwaru. Software se skládá ze dvou navzájem komunikujících programů. První, program mikrokontroléru, obstarává akvizici dat. Druhý slouží k vykreslení měřených průběhů na obrazovku počítače. Hardware přeřazený platformě Arduino Mega ADK vhodně upravuje vstupní měřený signál pro účely měření. Ve výsledcích jsou zhodnoceny průběhy a parametry vytvořeného osciloskopu, které byly otestovány pomocí funkčního generátoru., Bachelor thesis deals with the design of digital oscilloscope using the Arduino development kit. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the basic parameters of digital oscilloscopes, sampling types and general characteristics of A/D converters. The thesis further focuses on the description of the development platform Arduino Mega ADK. The practical part describes the steps in the implementation of the oscilloscope. The general design transfers to a specific description of software and hardware solutions. The software consists of two mutually communicating programs. First, program of the microcontroller performs data acquisition. The second is used to render the measured waveforms on the computer screen. Hardware appropriately adjusts the measuring signal for measurement purposes befor Arduino Mega ADK platform. In the results the evaluation of the created oscilloscope waveforms and parameters is given tested by using a function generator.

Pro další zpracování signálu byl sestrojen virtuální instrument v programovacím prostředí LabVIEW a funkce zařízení vyzkoušena na pokusných osobách., Bachelor thessis deals with the methods of measurement of tissue volume with plethysmographic method focusing on photopletysmography. This method is used to determine the reactivity of blood vessels and blood flow to the quality of the investigated tissue. For shooting plethysmographic curve was designed and made device that communicates with the computer via multifunction NI USB card. For further signal processing was designed the virtual instrument in programming environment LabVIEW and device function was tested on test subjects.

V bakalářské práci byl v jazyce c++ s qt toolkitem vytvořen „Program pro měření reakční doby na zrakový a sluchový podnět“, na kterém byl otestován soubor pacientů a statisticky vyhodnocena jejich reakční doba na zrakové a sluchové podněty. Měření bylo provedeno na věkové skupině od 18. do 28. let, která nebyla nikterak tělesně ani duševně postižena., The work was written in C + + whit qt toolkit: a "program for the measurement of reaction time to visual and auditory stimulus, which was tested on a group of patients and statistically evaluated the reaction time to visual and auditory stimuli. Measurements were performed on the age group from 18 to 28 years, which was not in any way physically or mentally handicapped.

Tato práce se zabývá auskultací srdce a navržením blokového schématu přístroje pro snímání srdečních ozev. Pomocí fonendoskopu bylo nasnímáno několik signálů, které se přehrávají v programu LabVIEW a je zde provedena spektrální analýza těchto signálů., This paper deals switch heart auscultation and with the design of heart echoes scanning device block diagram. Using a phonendoscope several signals were scanner which are played in a program in LabVIEW and also spectral analysis of these signals is carried out.

Komorové extrasystoly jsou patologické změny signálu EKG. Detekce komorových extrasystol na dvanáctisvodovém EKG byla vytvořena v prostředí matlab. Práce obsahuje dva algoritmy. První algoritmus je založen na porovnávání šířky QRS komplexů. Druhý algoritmus detekuje maximální a minimální hodnoty signálu v oblasti QRS komplexů. Hledáme shodu těchto dvou algoritmů a poté při výskytu možných komorových extrasystol v minimálně sedmi z dvanácvi svodů, označíme tyto polohy za komorové extrasystoly., Ventricular extrasystoles are pathological changes in the ECG signal. Detection of ventricular extrasystoles on 12leads ECG was created in MATLAB. My work contains two algorithms. The first of these algorithms is based on comparision wides of QRS komplexes. The second algorithm matchs maximum and minimum evaluations of QRS komplexes. We look for agreements beetween these two algorithms and finally if we find these agreenments in seven leads at least we will suppose presence of ventricular extrasystoles.

The aim of the technical part is to design own monitoring device for detecting and evaluating the frequency of breathing. The individual algorithms were theoretically described using real tasks and were implemented on this basis to appropriate graphical user interface in Matlab with the possibility of webcam task loading.

Generátory funkcí jsou zařízení, která generují celou řadu průběhů. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na seznámení se s funkčním generátorem a platformou Arduino. Na základě seznámení se s funkčním generátorem a platformou Arduino je sestaven návrh generátoru pomocí Arduino kitu a návrh vývojových diagramů pro generování čtyř průběhů. Tento návrh je zrealizován a jsou popsány jednotlivé části generátoru, hardware a software. Funkčnost generátoru je ověřena pomocí osciloskopu., Function generators are equipments that generate a wide range of waveforms. This bachelor’s thesis introduces the function generator and Arduino platform. On the basis of familiarity with the function generator and the Arduino platform is designed proposal generator using Arduino kit and draft flowchart for generating four waveforms. This proposal is implemented and describes the different parts of the generator, hardware and software. The functionality of the generator is tested using an oscilloscope.

Téma bakalářské práce se týká návrhu a realizace fungování kardiostimulárotu typu On Demand řízeného mikrokontrolérem. Úvodní kapitoly se zaměřují na bližší, teoretické seznámení s komplexní problematikou trvalé srdeční kardiostimulace. Mimo vlastní teorii kardiostimulátorů a kardiostimulace, zahrnují významné historické aspekty vývoje trvalé kardiostimulace, nezbytné základy anatomie srdce a převodního systému srdečního, problematiku snímání srdeční aktivity, parametrů EKG křivky, jak fyziologických, tak patologických. V praktické části práce je řešen typ stimulátoru On Demand řízený mikrokontrolérem s pevnou opakovací frekvencí a inhibovaný vlnou R. Následně je vytvořen systémový návrh jeho realizace. Konečným prvkem je realizace samotného modelu kardiostimulátoru, kterému předchází ověření funkčnosti zapojení na nepájivém poli., Pacemakers have nowadays become an inseparable part of treatment in a wide range of cardiovascular diseases. The topic of this bachelors degree paper refers to and proposes the implementation of a functional type of ´On Demand´ pacemaker controlled by a microcontroller. The introductory chapters focus on a more detailed, theoretical familiarization with the complex issues of permanent heart cardiostimulation. In addition to the actual theory of pacemakers and cardiostimulation, the chapters also include those significant historical aspects in the evolution of permanent cardiostimulation, the basic structures of heart anatomy and the transmission system of the heart. Also included are the recording of heart activity and ECG analysis, both physiological and pathological. In the practical part of the paper I deal with the ´On Demand´ pacemaker controlled by a microcontroller with a firm (solid, strong, steady, fixed) repeating frequency inhibited by the R wave. Subsequently, a proposed system for its implementation is created. The next step is the creation of a scheme for the electrical connections and composition of the microcontroller programme. The final part illustrates the implementation of the model of the pacemaker itself, preceded by a verification of the efficacy of the connections in a non-solder field.

Cílem této práce je navrhnout zařízení pro měření vlhkosti, teploty a koncentrace CO2 se záznamem. Pro návrh zařízení byl zvolen jako řídící jednotka počítač Raspberry Pi se třemi senzory, a to DHT11 pro měření teploty a vlhkosti, NDIR MH-Z16 pro měření koncentrace CO2 a NOVA PM SDS011 pro detekci částic PM10 a PM2,5. Naměřená data ze senzorů jsou ukládána do MySQL databáze a následně zobrazována uživateli na webové stránce prostřednictvím PHP skriptů a aktivních Javascriptových prvků. Práce se dále zaměřuje na rozbor kvality ovzduší a látky, které jsou v něm obsažené, přičemž je následně provedena rešerše senzorů pro měření koncentrace těchto látek., The goal of the Bachelor thesis is to design a device for measuring humidity, temperature and CO2 concentration with implemented data logging. The Raspberry Pi computer was chosen as the control unit for the design of the device with three sensors, DHT11 for measuring temperature and humidity, NDIR MH-Z16 for measuring the CO2 concentration and NOVA PM SDS011 for detection PM10 and PM2,5 particles. The measured data from the sensors are stored in the MySQL database and are displayed on the web using PHP scripts and active Javascript elements. The Bachelor thesis also focuses on the analysis of air quality and the substances contained in the air with presented research for sensors used for measuring the concentration of these substances.

The theoretical description then gradually moving towards designing their own detector. The detector will operate so that when a lightning activity captures pulses which generate lightning. Dále je vytvořen interaktivní program sluchadla, který má implementovány různé rovnice pro ekvalizaci zvuku., This thesis contains the block diagram of hearing aid, anatomy description of human hearing system and description of most important physical values in this problematics of hearing and sound. There are analyzed several types of hearing tests for diagnosis of the hearing loss level and some types of algorithms, which fit the frequency characteristic of patient's hearing loss too. Further this thesis contains interactive program of hearing aid, which has implemented equations for sound equalization.

It contains suggestions for obtaining electric power from alternative sources located inside the laminar box such as light, heat or vibration. Electricity is also used to power sensors and measure solid particles in the air. If a certain particle concentration is exceeded, the acoustic sensor alerts. The work also focuses on the compilation of a block diagram of the device, experimental construction and verification of the functionality of the entire system.
