Abstract: This paper contains descriptions and illustrations of five new species of the genus Aulacocentrum Brues, 1922, from Vietnam, viz. Aulacocentrum assitum Long & Pham, sp. nov.; A. glabrum Long, sp. nov.; A. imparum Long & van Achterberg, sp. nov.; A. intermedium Long & van Achterberg, sp. nov.; and A. simulatum Long, sp. nov. Additionally, Aulacocentrum seticella van Achterberg & He is newly recorded for Vietnam’s braconid fauna. A checklist and a key to the Oriental and East Palaearctic Aulacocentrum species is provided and the in-country distribution of the Vietnamese species is given.

2. The genus Flavopimpla Betrem (Insecta: Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae) from Vietnam, with a new country record

Abstract: Up to date, three species of the genus Flavopimpla have been known from Vietnam, of which two species were described as new on the basis of the material collected from the country, viz. F. lanugo Pham, Broad & Wägele, 2013 from Xuan Son NP, Phu Tho Province and F. vinhcuuensis Pham, Broad & Wägele, 2013 from Phu Ly, Dong Nai Province. Resulted from recent field survey, one species Flavopimpla nigromaculata (Cameron) is recorded for the first time from the country and included to the previous key to already known Flavopimpla species of Vietnam. In addition, the distribution range of F. lanugo is extended northwards., Cho đến nay, 3 loài thuộc giống ong cự Flavopimpla đã được ghi nhận ở Việt Nam, trong đó hai loài được miêu tả gần đây dựa trên các mẫu vật thu được trong nước bao gồm F. lanugo Pham, Broad & Wägele, 2013 ở Vườn Quốc gia Xuân Sơn, tỉnh Phú Thọ và F. vinhcuuensis Pham, Broad & Wägele, 2013 ở Phủ Lý, tỉnh Đồng Nai. Dựa trên các chuyến khảo sát gần đây, loài Flavopimpla nigromaculata (Cameron) được ghi nhận lần đầu tiên cho khu hệ côn trùng Việt Nam và được đưa vào khóa định loại tới loài của giống này đã có trước đây. 3. A review of the genus Megarhyssa (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae: Rhyssinae) from Vietnam, with three new country records

Abstract: The genus Megarhyssa (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae: Rhyssinae) is reviewed from Vietnam for the first time, with three new country records, M. belluliflava, M. jezoensis, and M. hainanensis. In addition, the distribution range of M. praecellens, previously reported from Sapa, Lao Cai Province (North Vietnam), is extended to the South. A key to four already known Vietnamese species of this genus is provided with illustrated figures., Đây là lần đầu tiên giống ong cự Megarhyssa (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae: Rhyssinae) được xem xét về mặt phân loại học ở Việt Nam với ba loài ghi nhận mới cho khu hệ côn trùng trong nước bao gồm M. belluliflava, M. jezoensis và M. hainanensis. Thêm vào đó, loài M. praecellens vốn trước đây được ghi nhận tại Sapa, tỉnh Lào Cai (Bắc Việt Nam), nay được ghi nhận lần đầu tại khu vực Tây Nguyên. Bài báo cũng đưa ra khóa định loại có hình minh họa bốn loài đã biết thuộc giống Megarhyssa ở Việt Nam

Rhaphuma anongi Gressitt et Rondon, 1970; Rhaphuma clarina Gressitt et Rondon, 1970; Rhaphuma constricta Gressitt et Rondon, 1970; Rhaphuma diana Gahan, 1906; Rhaphuma eleodina Gressitt et Rondon, 1970; Rhaphuma elongata Gressitt et Rondon, 1970; Rhaphuma minima Gressitt et Rondon, 1970 and Rhaphuma phiale Gahan, 1906. 13. Diversity of pimpline wasps (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae) in the Central highlands of Vietnam: Short communication

Abstract: In this paper, 48 ichneumonid species of 14 genera, two tribes of the subfamily Pimplinae were listed on the basis of material collected during the time from 2003 to 2011 in four provinces from the Central Highlands of Vietnam and a lesser degree of previous records. Among 48 aforemention pimpline no less than 16 species were described recently as new for science. The diversity of topography and vegetation types resulted in the high level of species richness and new discoveries of the region., Bài báo này giới thiệu danh sách 48 loài ong cự thuộc 14 giống, 2 tộc của phân họ Pimplinae dựa trên việc phân tích các mẫu vật thu tại Tây Nguyên trong thời gian từ năm 2003–2011 và một số ít loài dựa trên các ghi nhận trước đây. Trong số đó, 16 loài mới được mô tả trong thời gian 5 năm trở lại đây. Sự đa dạng về địa hình và các kiểu thảm thực vật khác nhau đã tạo nên tính đa dạng thành phần loài và các phát hiện mới của ong cự ở khu vực Tây Nguyên đầy tiềm năng này.

The diversity of topography and vegetation types resulted in the high level of species richness and new discoveries of the region., Bài báo này giới thiệu danh sách 48 loài ong cự thuộc 14 giống, 2 tộc của phân họ Pimplinae dựa trên việc phân tích các mẫu vật thu tại Tây Nguyên trong thời gian từ năm 2003–2011 và một số ít loài dựa trên các ghi nhận trước đây. Trong số đó, 16 loài mới được mô tả trong thời gian 5 năm trở lại đây. Sự đa dạng về địa hình và các kiểu thảm thực vật khác nhau đã tạo nên tính đa dạng thành phần loài và các phát hiện mới của ong cự ở khu vực Tây Nguyên đầy tiềm năng này.
