1. Reakcije različitih pralidoksima s aminpentacijanoferat(II)-ionima

- Abstract
U radu su opisane reakcije aminpentacijanoferat(Il)-iona s četiri različita pralidoksima: PAM-20H, PAM-2Cl, PAM-2CH30S03, i PAM-2J. Nađena je da se spektrofotometrijskim putem mogu međusobno razlikovati pojedini oksimi zbog različite brzine re¬akcije njihovih ekvimolarnih otopina s pentacijanidnim reagensom i različite stabilnosti nastalih kompleksa (PAM-2J od ostala tri oksima), te različitih visina izmjerenih apsorbancija kod datih uvjeta eksperimenta (PAM-2 OH od ostala tri oksima). Kromatografijom pak na papiru uz upotrebu razvijača n-propanol: voda = 70:30 može se razlikovati pralidoksim-klorid (PAM-2Cl) od ostala tri ispitivana oksima zbog njegova najsporijeg putovanja. Preporučena je upotreba vodene otopine natrij-aminpentacijanoferata(II) kao »spray« reagensa za identifikaciju pralidoksima (crvene mrlje) a izvedena je i izolacija kompleksnog produkta ovih reakcija., The paper describes the reactions of aminopentacyanoferrate(II)-ions with four different pralidoximes: PAM-20H, PAM-2Cl, PAM-2CH3S03 and PAM-2J. It was found possible to distinguish spectrophotometrically between the examined oximes because of the different rates of their reaction with the pentacyanidic reagent and different stabilities of the produced complexes (PAM-21 from the other three oximes) as well as because of different absorbances measured in given experimental conditions (PAM-20H from the other three oximes). By paper chromatography, with the use of the solvent system n-propanol: water - 70:30 it was possible to distinguish pralidoxime chloride (PAM-2Cl) from the other three oximes because of its lowest rate of migration. The use of a water solution of sodium aminopentacyanoferrate(II) as »spray« reagent for the identification of pralidoximes is recommended. The complex product of these reactions has been isolated.
