A bibliometric analysis based on 160 highly cited papers extracted from the Scopus international database was carried out to provide insights into literature characteristics and publication performances of various participating actors on “Impact of COVID-19 on Mental Health”. Quantitative and qualitative Indicators were applied to measure the productivity and citation impact of most productive participating countries, organizations, authors, journals and significant keywords and to visualise and measure collaborative interaction among them using VOSviewer software. Results obtained from this study can provide valuable information for researchers and policy-makers to identify present and future hotspots in research on “Impact of COVID-19 on Mental Health” subfield.

Jwaramurari Rasa is one of the herbo mineral formulation having property of Rasayana (rejuvenation therapy). Recent study shown the presence of phytochemical like alkaloids, carbohydrates, steroids, flavonoids, proteins, saponins, and tripenoids. Hence antioxidant and immunomodulatory activity are expected with Jwaramurari Rasa. In this regard to provide evidence to establish the facts mentioned in classics an attempt was made to assess the free radical scavenging activity of Jwaramurari Rasa. Jwaramurari Rasa was subjected for screening of free radical scavenging activity by Superoxide dismutase (SOD), Catalase, Glutathione, Malondialdehyde (MDA) test. Immunomodulatory activity by phagocytosis, candidacidal assay, neutrophil locomotion chemotaxis, and Nitrobluete trazolium (NBT) test. 5%, 12.5%, 25%, 50% and 100% concentration of the samples were used. Jwaramurari Rasa has shown significant immunomodulatory activity. 100% (95%) solution of Jwaramurari Rasa has shown highly significant result with NBT test stimulation of neutrophils than control. In candidacidal activity of Jwaramurari Rasa with100% was highly significant. Jwaramurari Rasa has shown significant results with Candidacidal, Phagocytosis and Chemotaxis than control.

COVID-19 pandemic is a deadly disease spreading very fast. People with the confronted immune system are susceptible to many health conditions. A highly significant condition is pneumonia, which is found to be the cause of death in the majority of patients. The main purpose of this study is to find the volume of GGO and consolidation of a covid-19 patient so that the physicians can prioritize the patients. Here we used transfer learning techniques for segmentation of lung CTs with the latest libraries and techniques which reduces training time and increases the accuracy of the AI Model. This system is trained with DeepLabV3+ network architecture and model Resnet50 with Imagenet weights. We used different augmentation techniques like Gaussian Noise, Horizontal shift, color variation, etc to get to the result. Intersection over Union(IoU) is used as the performance metrics. The IoU of lung masks is predicted as 99.78% and that of infected masks is as 89.01%. Rhagades/cracked heels are common foot problem that are often referred to as heel fissures. Padadari is now days considered as one of the major cosmetic health problem affecting both sex. Acharya Sushruta has explained Padadari briefly under kshudra roga. Its major incidence is seen in dry skinned people who cover long distances daily often without proper foot care. It directly affects routine of an individual. The present study objectives are to evaluate the efficacy of Siravedhana followed by Gritha Yavakshara lepa and Sarjadi Lepa in the management of padadari. In this trial, total 60 cases were studied into two groups as ‘A’ and ‘B’ each group consisting of 30 patients, Group A patients was advised Siravedhana followed by application of Grithayavakshara lepa and Group B patients was advised Siravedhana followed by application of Sarjadi lepa. After the study it is revealed that overall response in both the groups are comparatively same.

Ulcer is a discontinuity, often excavation of skin exhibiting loss of epidermis and portion of the dermis and even sub-cutaneous fat. Despite the fact that wound healing is a natural process it is influenced by both and systemic factors, like micro organism, growth factors, vascularity, and debris. The management of Dushta Vrana has been described in various Ayurvedic texts. Many formulations are in use for centuries. One of these formulations, Sharapunka Lepa has been studied to evaluate its efficacy with Jalaukavacharana in management of Dushta Vrana. It is a single blind study; where in 40 patients were selected for the study. Each group divided into two groups of 20 patients. Group A treated with Sharapunka Lepa. Group B treated with Jalaukavacharana along with Sharapunka Lepa. After the study it is revealed that the Jalaukavacharana along with Sharapunka lepa is having good results in Dustavrana.

Sandhigata vata is described under vatavyadhi in all Samhitas and sangrahagranthas. It mainly occurs in vriddavastha due to Dhatukshaya, which limits the day to day activities like walking, dressing etc thus making patient disabled. It being a vatavyadhi, located in marmasthisandhi and mainly occur in vriddavasta makes it kastasadya. Here vata dosha plays a main role to cause disease. The sandhigata vata is characterized by pain, swelling and restricted movement of joints. When Sandhi vata occurs in knee joint(janu sandhi), it is called Janu sandhigata vata. These clinical findings show a similarity with osteoarthritis of contemporary science. Hence the drugs Rasnadiguggulu and Trayodashangaguggulu which has the properties of shoolahara ,shotahara and rasayana are taken for the study. So the present study was undertaken “To compare the efficacy of the Rasnadiguggulu and Trayodashangaguggulu as shamana- oushadi in sandigata vata as claimed in Yogaratnakara and chakradatta.For the present study, 40 patients with age limit 40-70 years were diagnosed as a sandigatavata were selected from Shri Shivayogeeshwar Rural Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital , Inchal , selected patients were systematically arranged to 2 groups. Group-A patients received Rasnadiguggulu 450mg 2 tab twice a day with sukoshnajala as anupana for 30 days and Group- B patients received Trayodashangaguggulu 450mg 2 tab twice a day with sukoshnajala as anupana for 30 days. The patients were assessed for the severity of the disease subjectively and objectively before, during and after the treatment. At the end of the follow up, the data from each group were statistically analyzed and were compared. Significant results were obtained in relieving the symptoms of Sandhigata vata (related to Janu sandhi) by the end of the treatment period in both the groups. In modern medical science symptomatology of Madhumeha is equivalent to the features of Diabetes mellitus. Among the several health problems Diabetes mellitus is a giant disease considered as one of the arch enemies of the mankind. Diabetes and its complications pose a major threat to future public health resources throughout the world. The Ayurvedic management of Diabetes aims not only to achieve a strict glycemic control but also to treat the root cause of the disease. For its various modalities of treatment are developed which depends upon the underline pathology. Madhumeha has been classified under the Vatika type of Prameha. The Vata may be provoked either directly by its etiological factors, Avarana by Kapha and Pitta to its path or by continuous depletion of Dhatus. Vagbhata has classified the Madhumeha into two categories viz. Dhatukshayajanya Madhumeha and Avaranajanya Madhumeha. The factors which provoke the Vata directly causes Apatarpanajanya Madhumeha while the factors which provoke Kapha and Pitta causes Santarpanajanya Madhumeha. The Apatarpanajanya Madhumeha patients are usually Asthene and are equivalent to Type I Diabetes mellitus, while the Santarpanajanya Madhumeha patients are Obese equivalent to Type II Diabetes mellitus. In Avaranajanya Madhumeha, Kapha is the predominant Dosha while the important Dushyas are Meda and Kleda. Type 2 Diabetes mellitus is mainly associated with Avaranajanya Samprapti. In Madhumeha, the main Avaraka are Kapha, Pitta, Rasa, Mamsa and Meda, and out of these Meda is predominant. An anal fissure, commonly known as Parikartika in Ayurveda, is a split in the skin of the distal anal canal due to stretching of the anal mucosa beyond its capability. The acute fissure may heal with conservative management but once the fissure is recurrent or chronic, surgical intervention is required. Contrary to modern therapeutic modalities, Ayurveda offers safe, effective and cost effective therapeutic modalities in the management of Fissure-in-ano (Parikartika). With the aims and objectives of Evaluation of clinical efficacy of Pichu application of Lajjalu taila and Jatyadi Taila in the management of Fissure-in-ano (Both acute and chronic), the present research work has been planned. It is a clinico-comparative study where 60 patients of fissure-in-ano were taken in two groups with 30 patients in each group viz: Group I - Application of Lajjalu Taila Pichu. Group II - Application of Jatyadi Taila Pichu. Both preceded by sitz bath with luke warm water and internal administration of Anuloma Churna (Only for Constipated patients) 3-5 grams at bed time with Luke warm water. The Pichu was applied on daily basis for 7days (One week) (at OPD / IPD level) and thereafter, asked to visit the Ano-rectal clinic at an interval of 7 days for one month of follow-up. Results: After the completion of this study, when overall results on symptoms were calculated, Jatyadi Taila pichu was found better than Lajjalu Taila pichu. Jatyadi Taila pichu showed 90% relief in reducing the symptoms shown in the observation.

Amalapitta is characterised by features like Avipaak (indigestion), Klama (tridness), Utklesha (nausea), Tiktta Amlaa Udagar (sour and bitter belching), gauravata (Heaviness) ,Hrudhkantha daha (Heart and throat burning),and Aruchi. These clinical features are closely related to functional dyspepsia. All these symptoms if left untreated may produces Gastrointestinal disorder like peptic ulcer disease .Many disease like Grahani,skin disease like Shitpitta,Udard occurs as complication of Amlapitta. While describing the progonosis of Amlapitta , it has been stated that it can cured easily if promptly treated as earliest with proper Pathyapathya. The etiological factors like Abhojana, Atibhojana, ganigraha, PanchakarmaVyapat and seasonal variation etc. cause vitiation of Doshas and Agni which ultimately results Mandagni which is treated as mother of all the diseases. Eczema or dermatitis is an inflammatory response of the skin to multiple agents, characterized by erythema, edema, vesiculation, oozing, crusting and later lichenification. Charka describes ‘Vicharchika’ under Kshudrakustha with the lakshanas Kandu, Shyavapidaka and Bahusrava. Authors like Yogratnakara, Madhavkara and Vangasena too referred the same features. According to Sushruta the lakshanas are Rajyo, Atikandu, Ruja, and Rukshata involving the domination of Pitta. In Ayurvedic classics there is an elaborative treatment for vicharichika, which includes both shodhana & shamana chikitsa. In this study, comparison of efficacy of Siravyadhana and Karnja Taila application on vicharchika is studied. Total 60 patients of Vicharchika (eczema) were registered for the present study. They were randomly divided into two groups of 30 each. Group A was given Required quantity for external application twice daily, half an hour before bath & half an hour before bed time. In group B, 2 seating of Siravedhana karma was carried out on every 15 days followed by application of Karanja taila twice daily. Amount of Blood letting was decided after measuring one Anjali fulfilled by water in every patient. Results: After the study it is revealed that the Siravedhana followed by application of Karanja Taila is having good results in Vicharchika.

- This study is about scientometric assessment of global literature on Facebook research published during 2005-14. In all 7916 papers were identified on “Facebook Research” from Scopus database covering 10 years period 2005-14. The study analyzed growth of publication data and its distribution by documents type, country of publication, authors, their organizations, and subjects. The study identified most productive countries, organization, authors in Facebook research and determined their global publication share, average productivity and comparative citation impact. The Facebook research registered 98.26%, CAGR growth and registered the citations per paper of 5.59. In overall. A total of 109 countries contributed to Facebook research. Facebook research distribution by country is highly skewed since 10 out of 109 productive countries alone account for 70.01% global publication share and 88.80% global citations share. Computer science accounted for the largest publications share, followed by social sciences, engineering, medicine, business, management & accounting, and psychology, etc.

The present study looks at the composition and growth of world publications output on Library 2.0. The total world output on Library 2.0 during 2004-14 cumulated to 186 papers; and the world output witnessed 6.67% quinquennial growth from 2004-2009 to 2010-14, There were 1183 citations to 186 papers since their publication. In all 65.31% publications received 1 to 30+ citations per paper during 2004-14. Top 10 most productive countries, (out of forty) contributed 80.1% publication share and 94.77% citation share. Social sciences accounted for the highest publications share (79.57%), followed by computer science (46.77%), business, management & accounting, arts & humanities, engineering and medicine and decision science (less than 5% share each) during 2004-14. Top 31 most productive organizations (out of 163) and top 34 most productive authors (out of 180) contributed 39.78% and 39.25% publications share respectively and their citations share was 40.41% and 32.97% respectively during 2004-14. Amongst 186 global publications on Library 2.0, 151 had appeared in 74 journals during 2004-14. Among the 30 highly cited publications (citations per paper from 10 to 139), the largest number (14) came from the USA, 6 from the U.K., 3 from Spain, 2 each from India and China , and 1 each from Finland, Slovenia, Swaziland, Australia, Germany, Norway and Pakistan. These 30 highly cited publications involved 65 authors, 41 organizations and were published in 23 journals.

The paper examines 140375 global publications on world mobile research, as covered in Scopus database during 2007-16. The field of world mobile research witnessed an annual average growth rate of 1.68%. The top 20 most productive countries individually contributed global share from 1.14% to 20.52%, with largest global publication share coming from China (20.52%), followed by USA (17.09%), etc. Together, the top 20 most productive countries accounted for 95.05% of global publication output during 2007-16. The international collaborative publications share of top 20 most productive countries varied from 6.30% to 47.88% in world mobile research during 2007-16 Computer science, among broad subjects, contributed the largest publication share of 67.69%, followed by engineering (42.65%), social sciences (13.80%), mathematics (8.59%), medicine (5.47%), physics & astronomy (3.26%), business, accounting & management (2.86%), biochemistry, genetics & molecular biology (2.24%), materials science (2.22%0 and decision science (1.51%) during 2007-16. The top 20 most productive organizations and authors together contributed 13.14% and 1.35% share of global publication output during 2007-16. Among the total research output of 45213 papers in journal medium, 19.36% share appeared in top 20 journals during 2007-16. Of the total global mobile research output, 503 registered as highly cited papers, with 100 to 100+ citations per paper, averaging to 180.04 citations per paper.

The paper analyses 9909 global and 4862 Indian Himalayan R&D publications, as covered in Scopus database during 2004-13. It compares the contribution, citation impact and international collaborative publications share of top 10 most productive countries, and the place of Indiaamong them. It mainly examines Indian output, with a focus its annual average growth rate (13.21%), citation impact per paper (1.86%), distribution of citations (with 62.40% publications received one or more citations), share of international collaborative papers (16.29%) and contribution of leading collaborative countries, distribution of output by broad subject areas, publication productivity and citation impact of thirty leading institutions and authors; media of communications and characteristics of highly cited papers. The paper stresses the need for developing a national policy for Himalayan R&D, which will help in increasing the output, raising the research quality and in increasing international collaborative output.

Distributed Video Coding (DVC) is a new coding paradigm for video compression, based on Slepian- Wolf (lossless coding) and Wyner-Ziv (lossy coding) information theoretic results. DVC is useful for emerging applications such as wireless video cameras, wireless low-power surveillance networks and disposable video cameras for medical applications etc. The primary objective of DVC is low-complexity video encoding, where bulk of computation is shifted to the decoder, as opposed to low-complexity decoder in conventional video compression standards such as H.264 and MPEG etc. There are couple of early architectures and implementations of DVC from Stanford University[2][3] in 2002, Berkeley University PRISM (Power-efficient, Robust, hIgh-compression, Syndrome-based Multimedia coding)[4][5] in 2002 and European project DISCOVER (DIStributed COding for Video SERvices)[6] in 2007. Primarily there are two types of DVC techniques namely pixel domain and transform domain based. Transform domain design will have better rate-distortion (RD) performance as it exploits spatial correlation between neighbouring samples and compacts the block energy into as few transform coefficients as possible (aka energy compaction).
