The staff data base is felt to be of great importance to the university. Although the system is implemented in a small scale in the Collge of Engineering it is hoped to extend it to all the colleges within the university. The fast movement and instability of manpower in the university make this data base an essential tool for decision-making in the planning and evaluation of the educational process.
