In this study, we aim to investigate medication adherence and identify the influencing factors, including social-demographic, disease-related information and self-efficacy.Patients and Methods: We recruited 170 patients with NVAF from a tertiary hospital atrial fibrillation outpatient clinics and cardiology ward from June 2020 to September 2020. Patients who had been taking oral anticoagulation medication for at least 3 months were included. And Morisky medication adherence scale (MGL) was used to assess the adherence to anticoagulants, which scores < 4 were considered as low adherence.Results: Fifty (29.4%) NVAF patients had a MGL score< 4. Monthly income, types of comorbidities, number of drugs, and self-efficacy were determinants of anticoagulation adherence. Binomial logistic regression showed that patients had been prescribed more durgs (OR: 3.51, p=0.002), had high monthly income (OR: 7.87, p=0.001), without other diseases (OR: 8.00, p=0.005), and with higher self-efficacy (OR: 1.42, p=0.001)

The Hamburg meteorite fell on January 16, 2018, near Hamburg, Michigan, after a fireball event widely observed in the U.S. Midwest and in Ontario, Canada. Several fragments fell onto frozen surfaces of lakes and, thanks to weather radar data, were recovered days after the fall. The studied rock fragments show no or little signs of terrestrial weathering. Here, we present the initial results from an international consortium study to describe the fall, characterize the meteorite, and probe the collision history of Hamburg. About 1 kg of recovered meteorites was initially reported. Petrology, mineral chemistry, trace element and organic chemistry, and O and Cr isotopic compositions are characteristic of H4 chondrites. Cosmic ray exposure ages based on cosmogenic 3He, 21Ne, and 38Ar are ~12 Ma, and roughly agree with each other. Noble gas data as well as the cosmogenic 10Be concentration point to a small 40-60 cm diameter meteoroid. An 40Ar-39Ar age of 4532 ± 24 Ma indicates no major impact event occurring later in its evolutionary history, consistent with data of other H4 chondrites. Microanalyses of phosphates with LA-ICPMS give an average Pb-Pb age of 4549 ± 36 Ma. This is in good agreement with the average SIMS Pb-Pb phosphate age of 4535.3 ± 9.5 Ma and U-Pb Concordia age of 4535 ± 10 Ma. The weighted average age of 4541.6 ± 9.5 Ma reflects the metamorphic phosphate crystallization age after parent body formation in the early solar system.

Ar-Ar dating by vacuum crushing and stepped heating methods gave two groups of ages for quartz samples from layered deposits in the Luoxue mine: around 1470 Ma and 810-770 Ma. Polymetallic porphyry deposits containing Cu, Mo, Pb, Zn, Au, Ag and Pt include the medium-sized Zalagar and Mangzong deposits, the large Doxarsumdo and Malasumdo and the very large Yulong deposit. They are located in the central part of the Cainozoic Ailaosha-Jingshajiang shoshonitic belt. Isotope analysis of samples from the ore-bearing porphyry and coexisting alkaline plutonic and volcanic rocks showed very similar Sr, Nd and Pb isotopic compositions, indicating that their material originated from the same source region of the mantle. Most of the plots in Sr-Nd, Pb-Sr and Pb-Nd correlation diagrams are close to those of the East African Rift and partially overlap those of Kerguelen in the south Indian Ocean, implying obvious differences from mid-ocean ridge basalts and a metamorphic mantle-derived source. Crystallisation temperatures of c.640 degrees C at 0.7 GPa or c.647 degrees C without pressure calibration are estimated from Zr inclusions and variations in Nb:Cr rutile ratios indicate a connection between the ores and the massive protolith. The quartz contains primary gas-liquid inclusions, some liquid inclusions and organic inclusions. Samples of the auriferous quartz veins were treated with HCl, HNO3 and ion-free water. Rb-Sr and 39Ar-40Ar analyses of the fluid inclusions were carried out in order to date the gold deposit. A formation age of 215 ma was obtained from both methods. This indicates the Indosinian period. This is believed to be an important gold metallogenic period in western Guangdong. The past two decades of lunar exploration have seen the detection of substantial quantities of water on the Moon’s surface. It has been proposed that a hydrated layer exists at depth in lunar soils, buffering a water cycle on the Moon globally. However, a reservoir has yet to be identified for this hydrated layer. Here we report the abundance, hydrogen isotope composition and core-to-rim variations of water measured in impact glass beads extracted from lunar soils returned by the Chang’e-5 mission. The impact glass beads preserve hydration signatures and display water abundance profiles consistent with the inward diffusion of solar wind-derived water. Diffusion modelling estimates diffusion timescales of less than 15 years at a temperature of 360 K. Such short diffusion timescales suggest an efficient water recharge mechanism that could sustain the lunar surface water cycle. We estimate that the amount of water hosted by impact glass beads in lunar soils may reach up to 2.7 × 1014 kg. Our direct measurements of this surface reservoir of lunar water show that impact glass beads can store substantial quantities of solar wind-derived water on the Moon and suggest that impact glass may be water reservoirs on other airless bodies.
