This study aimed to explore whether ribosomal protein S6 kinase 4 (RSK4) was involved in estrogen-induced breast cancer development and its underlying mechanism.Methods: The expressions of estrogen receptor (ER) and RSK4 were assessed by immunohistochemistry, RT-PCR and Western blotting. The methylation of RSK4 promoter was evaluated by bisulfite genomic sequencing. MTT, clone formation, flow cytometry and Transwell chamber assays were performed to detect cell proliferation, clone formation, apoptosis and invasion abilities. Luciferase gene reporter assay was used to detect the transcriptional activity of RSK4. The expressions of methyltransferases, such as DNMT1, DNMT3A and DNMT3B were tested by Western blotting.Results: ER expression and RSK4 methylation were significantly elevated in ER positive (ER+) breast cancer tissues and MCF-7 cells, whereas RSK4 expression was reduced. 17β-estradiol (E2) treatment obviously decreased RSK4 expression and transcriptional activity, as well as promoted cell proliferation, clone formation and invasion and reduced cell apoptosis in ER+ MCF-7 cells. Patients and methods: According to treatment preferences, 139 patients with Her-2-positive breast cancer were divided into the following four groups: 39 patients in the TCH group, 35 patients in the TEC group, 33 patients in the XEC-XT group, and 32 patients in the FEC-T group. The primary end points were disease-free survival (DFS) and 5-year overall survival (5-year OS). The secondary end points were the efficacy and toxicity of NAC. Results: The TCH, TEC, XEC-XT, and FEC-T groups demonstrated overall response rates of 87.1%, 74.3%, 75.8%, and 62.5% (P=0.031), respectively, and pathological complete response rates of 25.6%, 18.2%, 20.0%, and 18.2% (P=0.041), respectively. The DFS rates for the TCH, TEC, XEC-XT, and FEC-T groups were 84.6%, 62.9%, 65.7%, and 46.9% (P=0.01), respectively. The 5-year OS rates for the TCH, TEC, XEC-XT, and FEC-T groups were 87.2%, 69.7%, 71.4%, and 59.4% (P=0.069), respectively. The mean survival time was 59.3 months (TCH group), 53.5 months (TEC group), 55.3 months (XEC-XT group), and 52.4 months (FEC-T group). Aim: This paper aims to explore and to understand how the E-CRM affects customer satisfaction and trust from customer perspectives in electronic commerce. Method: The research is an exploratory and qualitative study. A multiple case study involving 3 Swedish companies with 12 face-to-face interviews in Gävle, Sweden, was chosen to collect the empirical data for this study. Data were coded by hands and structured in the form of tables in accordance with 7 codes categorized in 2 themes. Coded data were interpreted to investigate the research questions by using the inductive method. Result & Conclusions: This study found that live chat and e-service quality in E-CRM directly affect how satisfied a customer feel with a company in e-commerce, thus affecting trust as well. However, the findings also showed that not all customers could perceive all the effects of E-CRM on their satisfaction and trust. Suggestions for future research: Other features such as electronic word-of-mouth, internet branding or internet prices are suggested for the future research to have an in-depth understanding of E-CRM effects. Future studies may combine data from both company and customers to increase the validity and reliability. Furthermore, the population of samples could be collected in others cities or countries than in Gävle, Sweden to generalize the result more. The contribution of the thesis: This study contributes knowledge about E-CRM effects in Swedish e-commerce. The aim of this study is to analyze factors that affecting consumers to drink coffee, based on two case studies in University of Gävle in Sweden and Zhuhai College of Jilin University in China.The study was conducted with mixed research methods. A questionnaire survey was designed as a pre-study to get a general idea and the interviews were designed based on the result of survey in order to gain more detailed information and explanations from the respondents. All the data are shown by tables or diagrams or histograms. University students in two different culture participated in survey and interviews, a comparison perspective for cross culture was mentioned in this study. As for Result & Conclusions, both external factors (culture, price and people around) as well as internal factors (personality, psychological influence, learning and knowledge) impact the consumer‟s behaviors that are shown in different consumption characteristics. Take all in account, these factors could have an effect on university students to drink (or not drink) coffee in Jilin University and University of Gävle. And Contribution & implication, the comparison of coffee drink between Chinese culture and Swedish culture is the most attractive contributions, supplementing the related study. Price issue was considered as the important factor that affecting the consumer to choose coffee, thus suggesting the managers to focus on the coffee price. In addition, the effective way to explore coffee market in China or Sweden is to know better of the consumers. Suggestions for future research, other consumer groups are missing given the study only focus on the university students. Also tested with more sample sizes of survey andIIinterviews are recommended in the future research so as to make it even valid and reliable.

Minmin Zhang,* Wei Wei,* Jianlun Liu, Huawei Yang, Yi Jiang, Wei Tang, Qiuyun Li, Xiaoming Liao Department of Breast Surgery, Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, Nanning, Guangxi, People’s Republic of China *These authors contributed equally to this work Abstract: The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness and toxicity of neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimens, xeloda/epirubicin/cyclophosphamide (XEC) vs 5-fluorouracil/epirubicin/cyclophosphamide (FEC), followed by adjuvant chemotherapy regimens, capecitabine/taxotere (XT) vs taxotere (T), in axillary lymph node (LN)-positive early-stage breast cancer. In this randomized, Phase III trial, 137 patients with operable primary breast cancer (T2-0, N0-1) who were tested axillary LN positive through aspiration biopsy of axillary LNs were randomized (1:1) to four 3-weekly cycles of XEC or FEC. Patients underwent surgery within 4–6 weeks after the fourth cycle, followed by four adjuvant cycles of 3-weekly XT or T. The primary end point was tumor pathological complete response. Toxicity profiles were secondary objectives. In total, 131 patients had clinical and radiological evaluation of response and underwent surgery. Treatment with XEC led to an increased rate of pathological complete response in primary tumor (18% vs 6%, respectively, P=0.027) and objective remission rate (87% vs 73%, P=0.048) compared to FEC. Clinical complete response occurred in 20% and 7% for XEC and FEC, respectively. Compared to FEC, XEC was associated with more hand-foot syndrome (57% vs 11%, P<0.001) and 3/4 grade nausea/vomiting/diarrhea (30% vs 14%, P=0.034) but less phlebitis (3% vs 14%, P=0.035). XT and T adjuvant chemotherapy regimens were well tolerated: treatment-related 3/4 grade adverse events occurred in 28% and 17% of patients receiving XT and T, respectively. Genesis of porphyry Cu deposits remains controversial. This is a report on data of an intracrustal magmatic hornblendite, genetically associated with the large Mujicun porphyry Cu deposit in North China craton. Petrographic observations, geochemical data, and P-T calculations indicate that the hornblendite formed at a depth of ca. 28 km by amphibole accumulation from a basaltic magma. These cumulates, despite containing traces of Cu-bearing sulphides, have Cu contents of only 17 to 60 ppm, close to primitive arc magmas. Their parental magma, initially not Cu-enriched, evolved to 60 ppm or more Cu in resultant gabbronorite emplaced at c.8 km. This was followed by strong Cu depletion (to less than 10 ppm) in the quartz-diorite porphyries associated with Cu mineralisation. Most of the gabbronorites contain magmatic sulphide phases that have been partially dissolved by hydrothermal fluids. One sample contains sulphide droplets and coexisting silicate glass and fluid inclusions that were locally trapped in interstitial magmatic quartz. It is concluded that the exsolution of a Cu-rich sulphide melt and its subsequent redissolution into aqueous fluids was a significant factor in the formation of the Mujicun porphyry Cu deposit, and that anomalous Cu enrichments in the mantle source regime or intracrustal cumulates were not required to form the ore deposit., Genesis of porphyry Cu deposits remains controversial.
