Traditional Chinese exercise (TCE) is an important component of traditional sports in China and aims to stretch the musculoskeletal tract and relieve joint pain. Bibliometrics can help researchers find suitable partners and understand the research hotspots and trends in a certain field. However, there is still a lack of bibliometric analysis in the field of TCE and OA.Methods: All the literature was obtained from the Web of Science Core Collection database. The last search was performed on July 28, 2023. The bibliometric indicators, such as publications, citations, and H-index, were recorded. Bibliometrix and CiteSpace were used for visualization analysis. In addition, randomized controlled trials were included to summarize the exercise prescription of TCE for OA.Results: A total of 170 articles were included. The field of OA with TCE had great development potential and was in the rising period. The countries, institutions, and authors with the most publications were the United States, Tufts Medical Center, and Harvey WF, respectively. The most popular journal was Osteoarthritis and Cartilage. The recent burst keywords in this field were mainly “hip”, “pilot”, and “risk”. Tai Chi was the most studied TCE with the most detailed content of exercise prescription, followed by Baduanjin and Wuqinxi.Conclusion: Our study provides a basis for researchers in this field to choose appropriate partner and academic journals. This study conducts qualitative research on late adolescent digital music users aged 17–19 to explore their emotional resonance and identities in digital music consumption. The findings indicate that late adolescents are highly dependent on music, with it playing a significant role in their lives, particularly in meeting emotional needs and shaping identities. Late-adolescent digital music users seek to assert themselves through unique and unconventional music tastes. The study also uncovers the coexistence of personalization and socialization in their music-listening behaviors, dividing them into “music-experienced” and “music-socialized” groups. Regarding emotional motivation, the music-experienced group listens to music for personal empathy, while the music-socialized group seeks interpersonal emotional resonance through music-based social interaction. From a practical perspective, this study suggests that the digital music industry should focus on the emotional value generated by music and balance users’ personalization and socialization needs.

However, the changes in the media environment, the complexity of scientific information, and low entry barriers have brought new challenges to scientific information communication. A single scientific or information literacy concept cannot provide a clear overview of the competencies and literacy required for individuals to access scientific information in new media contexts. This study aims to adapt the existing concepts and measurement frameworks related to information literacy in science communication and to investigate scientific information literacy and the demographic differences among the Chinese public through a cross-sectional survey (N = 2,983). The results showed that compared to self-directed information acquisition, accurate information filtering, and information sharing and dissemination, the Chinese public has relatively lower levels of information credibility assessment and opinion expression. Besides, the scientific literacy levels among the Chinese public had significant differences according to gender, age, and education. This study argues that adapting current information literacy concepts into science communication can promote public understanding of scientific information. The concept of scientific information literacy should be considered as a means of understanding the impact of new media on scientific information communication. The contribution of this study is that it adapts existing concepts into a novel context, further enriching the empirical research on scientific literacy and the research perspective on science communication.

In this work, we report simultaneous modulation of crystallization and passivation of defects for perovskites through a new vanadium carbide (V2CTx) MXene that is employed in an anti-solvent. The final modified perovskite film showed an improved crystallization, better energy level alignment and higher hole injection with a hole-transporting layer, leading to an increased power conversion efficiency from 20.1% up to 23.47% for planar PSCs, with enhanced device stability retaining over 90% of the initial PCE after 1000 hours exposure under 40-60% relative humidity at 25 degrees C. We have further employed the synchrotron radiation in situ grazing-incidence wide-angle X-ray scattering (GIWAXS) equipment to monitor the kinetic process of crystallization during spin-coating; it is notable that a lower dimensional perovskite structure (n < 3) was observed in the modified perovskite film during the process of dropping the antisolvent CB with V2CTx, which helps explain the enhanced device stability.

In severe CAP (SCAP) guidelines, β-lactam combined with macrolides or fluoroquinolones therapy was recommended, but the efficacy is not satisfactory due to the continued spread of antimicrobial resistance. Contezolid is a new representative of oxazolidinones in clinical development, but no relevant reports have been reported for the treatment of SCAP. This was the first report of a patient with Staphylococcus aureus SCAP who was successfully treated with contezolid combined with other antibiotics and rehabilitation exercise.Case Presentation: A 44-year-old woman with high blood pressure and diabetes was admitted to our hospital owing to cough, sputum, wheezing for 2 weeks, and aggravation for 2 days. The bronchoscopic alveolar lavage and microorganism-Rapid On Site Evaluation (BAL-mROSE) was used to get pathological data, which were positive for Staphylococcus aureus, in line with blood cultures. During hospitalization, the patient received endotracheal intubation for assisted breathing and anti-infective therapy, including meropenem, linezolid, teicoplanin and tazocin successively. Finally, contezolid obtained excellent result, with platelet recovery to normal levels and significant improvement in pulmonary imaging. Meanwhile, the patient’s swallowing disorder improved after continuous rehabilitation exercise. After discharge, she received contezolid consolidation therapy for 1 wee

Background: Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is growing increasingly prevalent in many countries as obesity rises. Sufficient, effective treatment of OSA entails high social and financial costs for healthcare. Objective: For treatment purposes, predicting OSA patients' visit expenses for the coming year is crucial. Reliable estimates enable healthcare decision-makers to perform careful fiscal management and budget well for effective distribution of resources to hospitals. The challenges created by scarcity of high-quality patient data are exacerbated by the fact that just a third of those data from OSA patients can be used to train analytics models: only OSA patients with more than 365 days of follow-up are relevant for predicting a year's expenditures. Methods and procedures: The authors propose a method applying two Transformer models, one for augmenting the input via data from shorter visit histories and the other predicting the costs by considering both the material thus enriched and cases with more than a year's follow-up. Results: The two-model solution permits putting the limited body of OSA patient data to productive use. Relative to a single-Transformer solution using only a third of the high-quality patient data, the solution with two models improved the prediction performance's $R^{2}$ from 88.8% to 97.5%. Even using baseline models with the model-augmented data improved the $R^{2}$ considerably, from 61.6% to 81.9%. This graduation project explored in the context of personal energy care to unlock evenings for parents and found out that mindful and secular rituals can energize them. The core elements of a ritual consisting of a focus, mood, and space, led to analyzing what the focus and intention behind the rituals were. Seeking relief, restoring balance, seeking control, and nurturing relationships are four secular ritual intentions/focus in the evenings to re-energize tired parents in the evening. These findings result in the mobile application: Tada. A gentle and guiltfree tool that suggests personal rituals with the four ritual intentions to energize parents in the evening. The direct way of choosing rituals creates moments of frictions that make you reflect what your current energy level is in the evening. It motivates you to try out new rituals you have not tried before. Tada does not make choices for you, but it only supports your choices. In this way, Tada makes you slow down and mindful to recharge you for the next day., Design for Interaction

One intriguing discovery in modern microbiology is the extensive presence of extracellular DNA (eDNA) within biofilms of various bacterial species. Although several biological functions have been suggested for eDNA, including involvement in biofilm formation, the detailed mechanism of eDNA integration into biofilm architecture is still poorly understood. In the biofilms formed by Myxococcus xanthus, a Gram-negative soil bacterium with complex morphogenesis and social behaviors, DNA was found within both extracted and native extracellular matrices (ECM). Further examination revealed that these eDNA molecules formed well organized structures that were similar in appearance to the organization of exopolysaccharides (EPS) in ECM. Biochemical and image analyses confirmed that eDNA bound to and colocalized with EPS within the ECM of starvation biofilms and fruiting bodies. In addition, ECM containing eDNA exhibited greater physical strength and biological stress resistance compared to DNase I treated ECM. Taken together, these findings demonstrate that DNA interacts with EPS and strengthens biofilm structures in M. xanthus.

Multi-wire steel strands have been widely used in various prestressed concrete structures. In this study, experimental evaluation of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensors for strain measurements in a seven-wire prestressed steel strand has been carried out. An installation technique of FBG sensors has been developed to fulfill the special requirements of the prestressed steel strand. The experiment results show that fiber Bragg gratings can represent the overall stress of the prestressed steel strand without being affected by the specific structure of the strand when it is only fixed on one wire. It is also demonstrated that the maximum strain that the FBG sensor can measure is 6260 με, while the prestressed steel strand usually endures the strain greater than 10000 με. This means that an offset of about 4000 με is necessary to measure the maximum strain that the strand could experience in its applications.

Deep-sea soft sediments from trench systems and depths in the northwestern Pacific Ocean ranging from less than 300 to 10 897m in depth have been analyzed for three target genera of actinomycetes: Micromonospora, Rhodococcus, and Streptomyces. Only culturable strains, recovered at atmospheric pressure on selective isolation media, have been examined to date. Maximum recoveries of culturable bacteria were greater that 10(7)/ml wet g sediment, but actinomycetes comprised a small proportion of this population (usually less than 1%). The target actinomycetes were isolated at all depths except from the Mariana Trench sediments. Actinomycete colonies were defined initially on the basis of colony morphologies, and preliminary identification then was made by chemotaxonomic tests. Pyrolysis mass spectrometry (PyMS) of deep-sea mycolic acid-containing actinomycetes gave excellent correspondence with numerical (phenetic) taxonomic analyses and subsequently was adopted as a rapid procedure for assessing taxonomic diversity. PyMS analysis enabled several clusters of deep-sea rhodococci to be distinguished that are quite distinct from all type strains. 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis has revealed that several of these marine rhodococci have sequences that are very similar to certain terrestrial species of Rhodococcus and to Dietzia. There is evidence for the intrusion of terrestrial runoff into these deep trench systems, and the inconsistency of the phenotypic and molecular taxonomies may reflect recent speciation events in actinomycetes under the high-pressure conditions of the deep sea. In recent years, the development of international fast fashion has gradually slowed down, especially in the Chinese market. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the development status of international fast fashion in China. This paper mainly analyses the reasons for the slow development of international fast fashion enterprises from four aspects: product upgrading, sustainable development, localization strategy and enterprise ethics. Through the analysis, the paper puts forward some measures that may alleviate the development of international fast fashion in China. Through the study of Chinese consumer behavior, the effectiveness of these measures is verified. This paper collects information through questionnaire survey, and collects consumers' attitudes towards the above four related measures. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: - When Chinese consumers buy fast fashion products, price convenience is not the most important reason to buy. They pay more attention to the style and quality of clothing. - Chinese consumers lack the awareness of sustainable development and are unwilling to take practical actions to support the sustainable development of fast fashion enterprises. - International Fast Fashion should devote itself to the development of all-channel sales model. - Focusing on corporate ethics, nearly half of consumers pay attention to business ethics when they buy products.
