This study aimed to investigate the technical obstacles that face the applica- tion of electronic management at Takrit University, and to discover the organ- izational and human problems, all this from the Administrative and Academic Leadership point of view, and to reach the findings that help in improving the practice of electronic management at the university properly. The researcher used the descriptive method, and questionnaire as a tool, and the researcher applied the tool on (108) persons from Administrative and Academic Lead- ership at Tikrit University as a study society. The results indicated that the average of the areas of obstacles used in this research is ranked according to the mean, First: the radar obstacles and the mean 3.38, second: human obsta- cles and the mean 3.24, finally, technical obstacles reached an average of 3.14. The study showed statistically significant differences between the responses of members of the study community to the obstacles of applying the electronic management due to the variable of scientific qualification in favor of holders of master’s and doctorate qualifications towards the obstacles of applying the academic management.

The research seeks to verify the availability of cleaner production require- ments in the General Company for Electrical and Electronic Industries, and by selecting a number of dimensions that reflect the cleaner production and according to the agreement of most writers and researchers in this subject, which are (good operational applications, replacement of raw materials, Equipment, recycling use). In order to achieve the practical aspect of the re- search and to reach the results, the inspection list was adopted as a main tool for gathering information. After the field collaboration of the researchers to the site of the research and the field on the process of production and obtain- ing the required documents as well as conducting a number of interviews with the managers concerned to find out the reality of the company investigated in terms of availability Cleaner production requirements for the purpose of completing the inspection list and answering the research questions and deter- mining the extent of ownership of the company inspected for cleaner produc- tion. The research reached a number of conclusions and recommendations. The main conclusion is that the general average level of cleaner production reached 0.84 out of 2 and 0.42 percentage points. The gap is 0.52, indicating that the level is below ambition. The most important recommendation was that the company’s management should strive to apply more practices that lead to raising the level of cleaner production.

This study measures the role of project manager’s communication skill for the maintenance time schedule and quality results of project. Regression analysis was carried out to assess the proposed framework. It is found that communication skill is critical for the success of project in term of timely delivery and maintaining quality of results. This study draws attention of project companies to take interest to develop communication skills of project managers. In conclusion, it is evident that communication plays an important role to complete the project activities on time. Consequently, quality of the project is also affected by project communication
