During the start-up and plannign phase to which this work corresponds, market, technical, economic-financial, social and environmental studies were carried out that support the business idea and make the Project feasible; likewise, the application of the PMI Project management methodology in each of the áreas is of vital importance to guarantee the success of the Project.
