- Abstract
The ore-forming process was investigated of the large deposit, based on the regional Au metallogenic background and the geological characteristics of the mineralisation. The results indicate that Devonian and Carboniferous carbonaceous fine clastic and carbonate formation with relatively high Au background constituted one of the ore resources, that the Indosinian and Yanshanian granitic and syenitic porphyries and relevant dykes provided the heat source and deep ore resource for the mineralisation and that the ring structure formed by EW-, NE- and NW-trending faults eventually led to the formation of the ore resources in the region. Sb and Hg deposits occur outwards around the Au deposit, showing metallogenic zonation and suggesting an epithermal ore-forming association., The ore-forming process was investigated of the large deposit, based on the regional Au metallogenic background and the geological characteristics of the mineralisation.
