Purpose: The purpose of the study is to know about the vehicle industry in India has lately begun to expand. According to these patterns, the business will modify its cycle in order to improve brand recognition and consumer loyalty. The majority of workers at auto dealership showrooms are currently confronted with motions of deteriorating commitment and responsibility, constrained creativity, startling vulnerability, distance between chiefs and representatives, and crumbling trust. The study's main objective was to find out how relationship managers at the four-wheeled vehicle retail showrooms in the Erode District used emotional intelligence. Theoretical Framework: Being able to recognize and understand what others are going through while working with others demands emotional awareness. Emotional awareness can successfully develop additional social/emotional abilities that will enhance the relationships' viability, efficacy, and satisfaction. The development of emotional intelligence can be a key element in increasing market position, staff collaboration and teamwork, and customer relationships. Design/methodology/approach: The study used multistage sampling with a sample size of 100 relationship managers. Findings: Relationship managers at auto dealerships can improve their emotional intelligence by being more self-aware and knowing more about their clientele. If they work on becoming more aware of their own feelings and how they respond to other people, they will grow more compassionate. Education and socioeconomic opportunities are advantageous for emotional intelligence training. Worldwide interest in use of plants based natural products (PBNPs) has been growing, and its beneficial effects being rediscovered for the development of novel drugs. Literature survey on indigenous traditional knowledge bestows ethnopharmacological potentials of PBNPs that has inspired current research in drug design and discovery; PBNPs provide baseline for the development of novel drug leads against various pharmacological targets. Studies indicate that Cymbopogon martini Essential Oil (CMEO) exhibit wide range of biological activities such as hepatoprotective, antifungal, insecticide, antioxidant and antibacterial. Pharmacological properties in Palmarosa Essential Oil (PEO) may be due to the presence of compounds like 4-Decen-6-yne, (Z), 2-Ethylimino-4-methyl-pent-3-enenitrile, Dihydrocarvyl acetate, 2-Methylbenzaldehyde, Geranyl butyrate, 1,5,9,9-Tetramethyl-1,4,7-cycloundecatriene. However, its application is limited because of the odor, color and taste. In the present study, GCMS based profile of bioactive phyto-compounds in essential oil of Cymbopogon martinii along with its physiochemical, biological, molecular, pharmacological and drugable properties has been envisaged. Syzygium cumini (Myrtaceae) is a potential medicinal plant traditionally used in indigenous systems of medicines practiced in India and elsewhere due to its functional properties against metabolic inflammations viz., anti-hyperglycemic, anti-inflammatory, cardio-protective, and antioxidant activities. Targeting metabolic inflammation has emerged as a standalone strategy to attenuate metabolic disease. Myricetin (3,5,7,3′,4′,5′-hexahydroxyflavone) is one of the flavonoids from stem bark, leaf, flowers, fruits, pulp and seeds of S. cumini. Therefore, attention has been paid to explore bioactive potentials of this compound in S. cumini owing to its exemplary therapeutic prospective and health-promoting effects. Antioxidant effect of Myricetin from S. cumini has been though experimentally demonstrated, therapeutic potential of Myricetin has not been fully explored. In the present study, physicochemical, ADMET and druggability properties of Myricetin - a key flavonoid compound in S. cumini have been evaluated. Data implicates that this molecule of GRAS standard can be a novel jumble-sale lead in drug discovery. The benzyl group at position 3 has an equatorial orientation. The phenyl ring of the benzyl group makes dihedral angles of 75.60 (9) and 73.69 (9) deg. with the two benzene rings. Molecules are linked by intermolecular N-H...O and C-H...O hydrogen bonds and by C-H...pi interactions.

We developed hybrid materials comprising of silica and stimuli responsive polymers (SRPs) to demonstrate the feasibility of SRPs as actuation elements in functional nanostructured materials. We successfully demonstrated that the hybrid membranes comprising of silica and SRPs can function as molecular filters with reversible permeability and good stability. We dispersed these SRPs in a silica matrix at a molecular level using sol-gel process. The encapsulated SRP molecules to act as nano- valves whose permeability can be controlled by cycling through the lower critical solution temperature (LCST) of the SRPs. Micropatterning studies on hybrid membranes suggest that a wide variety of water-soluble species can be patterned without need for a specific chemisorption or affinity label using localized heating with a UV laser. Developed porous silica nanocomposite materials and modified the surface with SRPs using atom transfer radical polymerization and demonstrated that the size and surface energy of the pores can be externally and reversibly controlled to dynamically modulate the adsorption and transport of molecular species. These have potential applications in the areas of separations, controlled drug delivery, environmental remediation, bioassays, biosensing, tissue engineering. Using a model system of silica and PNIPAAM we have demonstrated design principles and synthetic methods are applicable to a wide variety of porous structures and polymers (or small molecules) which are reversibly sensitive to different external stimuli such as temperature, light, electricity, pH, solutes, or enzymatic transformations.
