Marine sediments occupy a significant portion of the Quaternary succession in the West Siberian Arctic but, until recently, their ages and distributions have been strongly debated. Based on new geological, palaeontological and geochronological data obtained within the last decade, we hereby postulate the following: (i) Two different Pleistocene interglacial marine formations are exposed across the West Siberian Arctic. The older Kheta marine formation, sandwiched between two Middle Pleistocene till beds, yields optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) ages of c. 200 ka (MIS 7). The younger Karginsky/Payuta marine formation, overlying the Middle Pleistocene Taz till, contains a boreal mollusc fauna and has an OSL age of c. 115 ka (MIS 5e). These Middle and Upper Pleistocene marine beds have been correlated across a vast region between the Ob’ and Yenisey estuaries. (ii) The marine transgression during MIS 7 spread as far south into West Siberia as 65°N, almost 1000 km southwards from the present-day Kara Sea shoreline. Meanwhile, the smaller marine transgression during MIS 5e reached as far south as 68°N. (iii) Both marine formations contain a boreal molluscan fauna, which is not found in the modern Kara Sea but is characteristic of the North Atlantic. We propose that warmer Atlantic waters penetrated much further eastwards during both MIS 7 and MIS 5e than at present. The diagnostic extinct mollusc species Cyrtodaria jenisseae has only been found in the older Kheta marine formation (MIS 7).

Significant palaeoecological and paleoclimatic changes that took place during Late Pleistocene—Early Holocene transition are considered important factors that led to megafauna extinctions. Unlike many other species, the brown bear (Ursus arctos) has survived this geological time. Despite the fact that several mitochondrial DNA clades of brown bears became extinct at the end of the Pleistocene, this species is still widely distributed in Northeast Eurasia. Here, using the ancient DNA analysis of a brown bear individual that inhabited Northeast Asia in the Middle Holocene (3460 ± 40 years BP) and comparative phylogenetic analysis, we show a significant mitochondrial DNA similarity of the studied specimen with modern brown bears inhabiting Yakutia and Chukotka. В статье представлен эксперимент, который помог авторам выяснить, что непривычная обстановка для учащихся и чрезмерная изоляция их от внешнего мира приводит к стрессовой ситуации и плохой сдаче Единого государственного экзамена. Такая обстановка приводит к адаптационному расстройству, которое сопровождается медлительностью мышления, ощущением бессилия и неуверенностью в себе. Для ослабления влияния стрессовой ситуации в статье было предложено несколько способов повышения уровня адаптации старшеклассников к процессу проведения ЕГЭ.

В статье анализируются особенности публицистики русского зарубежья, посвященной событиям и итогам Великой Отечественной войны. Рассматривается публицистическое творчество М. Осоргина, Н. Бердяева, И. Ильина. Прослеживается эволюция взглядов эмигрантов на Советскую Россию, ведущую борьбу с фашизмом. Особое внимание уделяется размышлениям публицистов о судьбе родины, о мужестве и героизме русских солдат, о роли России в борьбе с фашизмом. Сделаны выводы о патриотическом характере большинства публикаций эмигрантов, посвященных Великой Отечественной войне., The article shows the analysis of the peculiarities of publicism in the Russian Diaspora in relation to the results of The Great Patriotic War. It studies M. Osorgin’s, N. Berdyaev’s, I. Ilyin’s publicistic works. It is possible to trace the evolution of the writers’ views on Soviet Russia fighting against fascism. Special attention is paid to the reflections of the publicists on the fate of the Motherland, the courage and heroism of Russian soldiers, the role of Russia in the battle against fascism. The author draws conclusions about the patriotic character, which is found in the majority of publications dedicated to The Great Patriotic War.

В статье анализируются публицистические произведения А. И. Куприна периода эмиграции, посвященные теме детства. Выявляется отношение публициста к трагедии русских детей, растущих вне родины. Подчеркивается, что Куприн, призывая эмигрантов помочь детям, обращает внимание на вину и ответственность старшего поколения. Определяются предлагаемые публицистом способы борьбы с денационализацией детей в русском зарубежье. Особое внимание уделяется размышлениям публициста о необходимости воспитания детей эмигрантов в русских традициях, о создании вокруг них пространства Русского мира, наполненного культурно, интеллектуально, этически., The article studies the publicistic works by A.I. Kuprin created in the emigration period and devoted to childhood theme. It is possible to trace his attitude to the destiny of Russian children living outside the motherland. The author underlines that Kuprin pays attention to the guilt and responsibility of the older generation. Methods of fighting children’s denationalization are defined. Special attention is paid to Kuprin’s thoughts concerning bringing up emigrant’s children according to Russian traditions.

Considering mostly long time use of medicines by the patients with scalp seborrheic dermatitis (SSD) the social-economical availability of medications with antiseborrheic activity becomes important and the price of medicine appear as a certain measure.The aim of this work is the study of price characteristics of medicines for SSD treatment on the domestic pharmaceutical wholesale market and also the analysis of their availability for the Ukrainian South region consumers.Materials and methods. In this work the logical, statistical, monitoring methods were used. Price-lists of famous wholesale firms at Ukrainian pharmaceutical market and also retail prices of medications with antiseborrheic action were analyzed.Results. The analysis of pharmaceutical price market of antiseborrheic medications, which are of the greatest use among population, was carried out. Calculated liquidity ratio for the most antiseborrheic medications has value about 0.5. Indexes of adequate paying capacity factor indicate availability of such home-made remedies as Ketokonazol Fytopharm (0.31), Ketodin 90.96), Ketozoral-Darnitsa (1.00), Dermazol 91.16) and dermazol Plus (1.17). Sulsena paste 1 % (0.17), Sulsena forte paste 2 % (0.19), shampoo “Zelenaya apteka” (0.40), Sulsena shampoo (0.88) are the most available medications for South region in “medical cosmetics” segment. The tar shampoo “911” – (RF) – 0.50, tar shampoo– (RF) – 0.51 and tar shampoo “Aptechka Agafyi” – (RF) – 0.92 are the most available from imported shampoos.Conclusion. On basis of carried out calculations it was determined that the high price competition is typical for all medications of described segment of medications with the exception of Kenazol, Ketokonazol-Fitopharm, Nizoral, Ebersept, Keto Plus, Skin-Cap. Calculated adequate paying capacity factors and factors of availability show the low availability of many antiseborrheic medications for consumers and this fact determines necessity of creating new domestic remedies wit, Учитывая, что в большинстве случаев больные себорейным дерматитом волосистой части головы (СД ВЧГ) применяют лекарственные средства (ЛС) в течение длительного времени, важное значение приобретает социально-экономическая доступность препаратов антисеборейного действия, определенной мерой которой выступает цена ЛС.Цель работы – изучение ценовых характеристик средств для лечения СД ВЧГ, представленных на отечественном оптовом фармацевтическом рынке, а также анализ их доступности для потребителей южного региона Украины.Материалы и методы. Использованы логический, статистический методы, мониторинга. Проанализированы прайс-листы известных оптовых компаний украинского рынка, а также розничные цены на препараты антисеборейного действия.Результаты. Проведен анализ ценовой конъюнктуры фармацевтического рынка антисеборейных средств ВЧГ, пользующихся наибольшим спросом среди населения. Рассчитанный коэффициент ликвидности цены для большинства антисеборейных ЛС находится в пределах значения 0,5. Показатели коэффициента адекватной платежеспособности свидетельствуют о доступности отечественных препаратов Кетоконазол-Фитофарм (0,31), Кетодин (0,96), Кетозорал-Дарница (1,00), Дермазол (1,16), Дермазол Плюс (1,17). В сегменте «лечебная косметика» доступны для потребителей южного региона Сульсена паста 1 % (0,17), Сульсена Форте паста 2 % (0,19), шампунь «Зеленая аптека» (0,40), Сульсена шампунь (0,88); среди импортных – шампунь «911» дегтярный (РФ) – 0,50, Дегтярный шампунь (РФ) – 0,51, шампунь дегтярный «Аптечка Агафьи» (РФ) – 0,92.Выводы. На основе расчетов установлено, что для данного сегмента фармацевтического рынка характерна высокая ценовая конкуренция для всех препаратов, за исключением Кеназола, Кетоконазола Фитофарм, Низорала, Эберсепта, Кето Плюса, Скин-Капа. Коэффициенты адекватной платежеспособности и доступности свидетельствуют о низкой доступности многих антисеборейных средств ВЧГ для потребителей, что обусловливает необходимость создания новых отечественных средств ант, Зважаючи, що здебільшого хворі на себорейний дерматит волосистої частини голови (СД ВЧГ) застосовують лікарські засоби (ЛЗ) протягом тривалого часу, важливого значення набуває соціально-економічна доступність препаратів антисеборейної дії, певною мірою якої виступає ціна ЛЗ.Мета роботи – вивчення цінових характеристик засобів для лікування СД ВЧГ, що наявні на вітчизняному гуртовому фармацевтичному ринку, а також аналіз їх доступності для споживачів південного регіону України.Матеріали та методи. Використали логічний, статистичний методи, моніторингу. Проаналізували прайс-листи відомих гуртових компаній українського ринку, а також роздрібні ціни на препарати антисеборейної дії.Результати. Виконали аналіз цінової кон’юнктури фармацевтичного ринку антисеборейних засобів ВЧГ, що мають найбільший попит серед населення. Розрахований коефіцієнт ліквідності ціни для більшості антисеборейних ЛЗ перебуває у межах значення 0,5. Показники коефіцієнта адекватної платоспроможності свідчать про доступність вітчизняних препаратів Кетоконазол-Фітофарм (0,31), Кетодін (0,96), Кетозорал-Дарниця (1,00), Дермазол (1,16), Дермазол Плюс (1,17). У сегменті «лікувальна косметика» доступними для споживачів південного регіону є Сульсена паста 1% (0,17), Сульсена Форте паста 2 % (0,19), шампунь «Зелена аптека» (0,40), Сульсена шампунь (0,88); серед імпортних – шампунь «911» дігтярний (РФ) – 0,50, Дігтярний шампунь (РФ) – 0,51 і шампунь дігтярний «Аптечка Агафії» (РФ) – 0,92.Висновки. The article analyzes A. I. Kuprin“s journalistic works created in his emigration period and dedicated to the 1917 October Revolution. The author dwells on the publicist“s attitude to the revolution seen as an absurd and disastrous experiment on the Russian people. The methods and means of creating images of the Bolshevik Party leaders are defined in the article. It is emphasized that A. I. Kuprin“s journalistic works of the emigration period present an active protest against the Soviet regime. Particular attention is paid to the publicist“s views on the ways of national liberation, the Russian national character, spiritual and moral traditions of the Russian culture., В статье анализируются публицистические произведения А. И. Куприна периода эмиграции, посвященные Октябрьской революции 1917 года. Выявляется отношение публициста к революции как к нелепому и гибельному эксперименту над русским народом. Определяются приемы и средства создания образов вождей большевистской партии. Подчеркивается, что публицистика А. И. Куприна периода эмиграции – это активный протест против Советской власти. Особое внимание уделяется размышлениям публициста о путях возрождения Родины, о русском национальном характере, о духовно-нравственных традициях русской культуры.

в статье рассматриваются возможности использования образов сказочных героев на занятиях по художественной гимнастике в группе девочек 4-6 лет. Для развития артистичности и выразительности девочек отмечается важность музыкального и творческого подхода к занятиям по художественной гимнастике. Описывается педагогический опыт проведения учебно-тренировочного процесса с детьми. Делается вывод о пользе творческого подхода к проведению художественной гимнастики, в ходе занятий девочки приобретают способность лучше управлять своим поведением, легче переносят нагрузку, становятся более гибкими в общении, более спокойно выражают эмоции.

One of the hallmarks of COPD is an accelerated decline in lung function, as measured by spirometry. Inflammation, oxidative stress and other pathways are hypothesized to be important in this deterioration. Because progressive airflow obstruction is associated with considerable morbidity and mortality, a major goal of COPD treatment has been to slow or prevent the accelerated decline in lung function. Until recently, the only known effective intervention was smoking cessation. However, newly reported large clinical trials have shown that commonly used medications may help slow the rate of lung function decline. The effect of these medications is modest (and thus required such large, expensive trials) and to be of clinical benefit, therapy would likely need to start early in the course of disease and be prolonged. Such a treatment strategy aimed at preservation of lung function would need to be balanced against the side effects and costs of prolonged therapy. A variety of newer classes of medications may help target other pathophysiologically important pathways, and could be used in the future to prevent lung function decline in COPD.Keywords: COPD, emphysema, pulmonary function, beta-agonist, anti-inflammatory, pharmacotherapy in COPD

A significant correlation between the annual cosmic ray flux and the amount of low clouds has recently been found for the past 20 years. However, of the physical explanations suggested, none has been quantitatively verified in the atmosphere by a combination of modelling and experiment. Here we study the relation between the global distributions of the observed low cloud amount and the calculated tropospheric ionization induced by cosmic rays. We find that the time evolution of the low cloud amount can be decomposed into a long-term trend and inter-annual variations, the latter depicting a clear 11-year cycle. We also find that the relative inter-annual variability in low cloud amount increases polewards and exhibits a highly significant one-to-one relation with inter-annual variations in the ionization over the latitude range 20 - 55degreesS and 10 - 70 degreesN. This latitudinal dependence gives strong support for the hypothesis that the cosmic ray induced ionization modulates cloud properties.
