- Abstract
Modern industrial companies on a purpose to compete and stay tight in the global markets need to produce very high quality production and own manufacturing process must be efficient. So nowadays is very actual to install various mechatronical systems into manufacturing processes and make them automatized as much as possible. These new mechatronical systems installation into technological manufacturing processes increase a country technological progress, quantity and quality of manufacturing production and economical country development. The aim of the Bachelor thesis – design Three Coordinate Manipulator by the technical task given by company „SALDA“. The research object - Three Coordinate Manipulator. In the project of Three Coordinate manipulator accomplished alternative constructional variants comparison and chosen the most optional constructional variant, also accomplished technical – design calculations, planed mechanism exploitation and safety work specifications, designed one of the main manipulator part‘s – mobile platform’s technological manufacturing process and calculate Three Coordinate manipulator design and manufacturing price - 16179,93 Lt.
