Summary: The escalating demand for ultra‐processed foods poses a growing concern due to its potential adverse effects on human health. This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of research and review articles investigating the intricate relationship between ultra‐processed foods and the gut microbiota. Employing rigorous search strategies across Scopus and Web of Science databases, we identified 211 English‐language articles. Utilising Biblioshiny and R‐tool Bibliometrix, we analysed publication and citation trends, prominent contributors, collaborative networks and influential journals. Our investigation reveals a consistent upward trajectory in both publications and citations over the past 42 years. Notably, the articles by Chassaing et al. (Nature, 519, 2015 and 92) and Thomas et al. (Frontiers in Microbiology, 2, 2011 and 93) stand out with the highest citation counts, highlighting their impact in research and review domains. The United States emerges as a key player, leading in both citations and productivity. 'Nutrients' emerges as a dominant journal in disseminating knowledge in this field. Importantly, our analysis extends beyond bibliometrics to glean insights into the actual impact of ultra‐processed foods on the gut microbiota. Synthesising findings from the reviewed articles, we observe a nuanced relationship between ultra‐processed food consumption and alterations in the gut microbiota composition. While the specific 'dry' impact remains a focal point, our results underscore the need for targeted research to elucidate the molecular and functional implications of these dietary patterns on gut microbial communities. This 42‐year bibliometric journey underscores the increasing awareness and concern surrounding the impact of ultra‐processed foods on the gut microbiota. The rising trend in publications and citations, coupled with our nuanced insights, emphasises the continued significance of this field. Researchers, policymakers and health professionals will find our study valuable for understanding the evolving landscape and addressing the broader implications of modern dietary trends on human health. Aims: The Communities That Care Youth Survey (CTCYS) is an assessment for youth risk and protective factors focused on antisocial behaviors, drug abuse, violence, and delinquency. The systematic review aimed to analyze psychometric validations and cross‐cultural adaptation processes of CTCYS to prepare its Brazilian validation. Methods: PubMed, SpringerLink, Scopus, and Web of Science were the databases included. The study followed the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta‐Analyses) protocol. Results: Twenty articles were selected based on the inclusion/exclusion criteria. In general, the construct validity indexes were considered adequate, and the measures of risk and protective factors were equivalent between ethnic groups, gender, and populations at risk. Reliability values for most scales are good, averaging about 0.78. We found cultural adaptations from six different countries with some satisfactory results, but not so good as the original properties of CTCYS and the adjustments to other ethnic groups or subpopulations in the United States. Conclusion: This survey may be a potentially reliable and valid instrument to assess risk and protection in different cultures and populations. Hyaluronic acid (HA) is an active ingredient that has attracted the attention of pharmaceutical companies. There are expectations that the market for it will grow in the next few years. A technology roadmap for hyaluronic acid and its derivatives market was built and analyzed. A roadmap is a prospective tool that allows the visualization of the evolution of a product or technology through time, revealing opportunities and providing greater safety for companies' and institutions' resource allocation. A search was conducted for patents that were granted or applied for in the USPTO database and for scientific articles in Science Direct database. The information was presented in categories in such a way that the evolution of the categories over time could be predicted. Analysis of the roadmap showed that the market is diverse with local and global companies developing patents in this sector. The main highlight is in the medical area, in which HA and its derivatives are widely used in the treatment of osteoarthritis, wound healing, cell regeneration, and tissue engineering. Major drug companies, such as Alergan, Klox Technologies, Fidia Pharma USA, and Cormedix have focused on HA. The roadmap indicated that, in the long run, the market's focus will be on cancer treatments with the development of less aggressive medicines, which have already been the research focus of companies such as Holy Stone Healthcare and DKFZ. Ecological restoration studies have been widely conducted for many years to solve eco‐environmental problems. However, no publications offer a systematic and quantitative analysis of the evolution of the field of ecological restoration. To address this knowledge gap, for the first time, we applied a bibliometric analysis approach to analyze ecological restoration studies. We analyzed 3,929 articles published between 1988 and 2017 catalogued in the Science Citation Index Expanded database and the Social Sciences Citation Index database. The results show that annual article output stably increased after 2004, and the number of annual articles of each country has also increased notably since then. The United States occupies the leading position in ecological restoration studies, with China attaining a close second position in recent years. Four institutions and seven journals are outstanding in the field of ecological restoration. Academic collaborations of authors or institutions exhibit an increasing trend, but international collaboration needs to be strengthened because eco‐environmental problems are a global challenge. Forest, grassland, and wetland ecosystems have received the most attention. Biodiversity, ecosystem services, and climate change are core issues of ecological restoration studies and are predicted to remain the research hotspots in the future. Novel ecosystems are likely to become one of the most important research areas in the near future.
